• Millie-ann (1/5): We arrived at the property, just to be told it is not available. - We arrived at the property, to be told it is not available. Booking.com was very helpful and issued a refund. The 'host' who's number we received via the booking confirmation email was rude and unhelpful.

• Vicky (5/5): I wouldn’t of paid the amount if I had known about the issues - I wasn’t sent the code for the door and had to stand in the street trying to organise the code to be sent. However the host was quick to respond. As above but the flat was disappointing there was dead plants, very bad water marks on the ceiling from leaks, towels very small, the bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable spongy and could feel the springs

• Wwd (1/5): I will think twice before booking anything through Booking.com, as I have completely lost my trust i - Since I wasn't allowed into the apartment, I don't like anything, except the front door! Upon arrival, I did not receive an access code to the facility. After about an hour of trying to contact the host, I was forced to urgently find alternative accommodation. From now on, I will think twice before booking anything through Booking.com, as I have completely lost my trust in this service.
• Megan (5/5): Passable - Facilities were great Wasn’t cleaned when I got there and was kicked out after booking an extra day because owner had double booked. Was told this at 4am
• Aishah (4/5): Unfortunately we couldn’t stay - Unfortunately not much, however it was fairly clean It was above 2 nail salons, this is not advertised. Smelt very strong of acetone from the shops below. This affected my asthma. We couldn’t stay, owners of the property stayed in contact though and were very good at communicating.

• Jenna (5/5): Not a pleasant stay, all my clothes smelled like damp and smoke. Very poor, needs a good clean and better utensils. - Not much Smelly apartment, no good pans to cook with, the pan that was there was burnt. Access stairs was filthy, old letters everywhere and dirty entrance.

• Roy (8/5): Nice apartment in a vibrant area - Nice apartment in the middle of a very vibrant and bustling community. Everything you needed was provided. The owner was very quick to answer any queries. Not really a problem but note that the staircase to this apartment is quite steep.
• Richard (7/5): Comfortable apartment in the heart of vibrant Peckham. - Really accessible for Rye Lane and Peckham Rye Station. Nice roomy lounge. Comfortable and nice kitchen area. Good WiFi and TVs. Narrow and steep access stairs, with a front door that you had to be quite forceful with. Staining on the ceiling, which was more of a cosmetic issue.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - I lived in Peckham a few years ago so I knew the area. The apartment is located on the main street, with the overground and plenty of buses just around the corner. The apartment is perfect for 3 people, with everything you need for a short stay. It's warm and quiet. Great communication with the person in charge, they keep checking on us every day. Very appreciated. The place is not dirty, just not spotless as usually these places are, and there are signs of a past leak on the ceiling that should be redecorated. Nothing was a problem for us, but it differs from the pictures.

• Rosie (7/5): Very nice and so handy for a party I was attending but BAD about the electric 🤦🏻 - It was a lovely spacious apartment with everything one could need for cooking and sleeping. The owner told me the following day that there was a charged electric card on top of the meter but how the heck was I to know that unless informed before?!!😩😢 Arriving back at 10.30pm to complete darkness was really very scary and if not for kindness of man in apartment below I would not have had light until the morning. There should be a note left in apartment or in entry instructions. Very distressing.

• Naomi (9/5): Great apartment with good transport links - Wonderful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us as it’s only a short walk from the station and there’s plenty of shops nearby if you need anything. We had a small issue when we arrived but this was very quickly resolved by the owner who was lovely and very helpful.
• Lindsay (1/5): Hell - The wider location of the apartment was fine but the actual building that the apartment was in was full of drug takers. The front door that was covered in graffiti and the unkept stairwell that was full of rubbish. The courtesy light went off before you had reached the apartment door and you were left in the pitch black. The damp ceiling, the unwashed items in the oven from previous occupants.The top step in/out of the apartment was different in height by a few inch higher and caused you to fall as you weren’t expecting the height difference. The cannabis using of the other occupants in the building that filled our apartment with smoke and the smell of weed. The 10 air fresheners puffing out chemicals that the owner had put in to try and mask the smell of weed. The fact that we had to sleep with our window open because of the smell and the noise kept us up all night. The empty apologies from the owner to sort something. The aggressive harassment of the neighbour because we had complained about the drugs.

• Valentina (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment, easy to reach central London and plenty of shops -amenities nearby - me and my family had a great time in the apartment, was very well equipped, warm enough, quite spacious even from the picture looks bigger but was good for 2 person
