• Marja (9/5): Aanrader! - Moderne, lichte locatie in rustige buurt op de begane grond. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, o.a. wasmachine inclusief wasmiddel. Bushalte om de hoek en metro vanaf vliegveld op 10 minuten loopafstand. Geen tuin of balkon

• Matteo (8/5): Abbiamo comunque fatto una buona vacanza e magari ci ritorneremo - Ottimo il letto molto confortevole, l'appartamento nell'insieme è ben disposto, la posizione è ottimale sia per il mare che per la metropolitana, consiglio comunque di affittare una bicicletta, in quanto la città di Valencia offre moltissime piste ciclabili da percorrere in serenità. Il piano cottura è povero nelle dimensioni difficilmente si possono usare le due piastre elettriche contemporaneamente, in quanto piccole, le vetrate danno sicuramente un'ottima luce all'alloggio, ma l'insonorizzazione è limitata, di notte basta poco per essere svegliati dai rumori.

Piccolina, ma é molto messa bene, punto strategico, ci sono supermarket, bar, ristoranti e farmacie proprio lì vicino, è molto vicina alla spiaggia circa 900 metri, a piedi sono circa 12-13 minuti dalla spiaggia principale. • Kenny (7/5): Good - It's a comfortable flat... near to the beaches, near to bus stops with conexión to all city. Fully recommend. There are lots of restaurants around. Ramón is a very kind guy who can help you whatever you need to know. TV control didn't work, so I got bored at night without TV to watch the news or whatever... despite it was reported just receiving the flat and nobody came to fix it.
• Alexander (9/5): Amazing stay - Beautiful stay in a charming neighborhood, close to beach and lovely restaurants. Subway and bus in walking distance. Shops are close by. Appartement perfect for a couple. Everything what you need is there.
• Aleksandar (10/5): Very nice apartment in Valencia - Clean and nice apartment with everything you need, even 2 beach towels and a beach chair. The location is excellent, close to the beach, local shops, the local market, as well as metro, bus and tram stations from where you have a connection with the whole city. Recommendation for both a short and a little longer vacation!

Great contact with the Owner, quick and easy check-in and check-out. In a situation where we locked the keys to the facility inside, immediate help. Comfortable conditions in the facility, peace and quiet, very good air conditioning. The facility is clean, fully equipped, safe, spacious, high ceiling. Nearby there is a network of shops and cafes. • Viktoriia (9/5): Great apartments to stay - Had a great stay at these apartments! The apartment was clean and comfortable, looking just like the pictures. The location is good, with shops close by and the beach nearby. Bus and metro stations are also easily reachable, making it convenient to explore the city. It was very easy to get the keys from the locker upon arrival, and checking out was straightforward by simply leaving the keys in the apartment. Would be nice to add a shelf in the shower cabin to keep shampoos and other items while washing.

From the airport you can take metro 5, you don't have to come by taxi (it's the end of the line - Maritim station). The location is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. A quiet area with friendly people
