• NIKOLAOS (8/5): περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο, άνετα τα κρεβάτια, ευγενέστατος ο οικοδεσπότης ένα πολυκουζινάκι θα συμπλήρωνε θετικά το σύνολο.

• Eirini (8/5): Για σύντομη διαμονή, πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Βολική περιοχή για ταξίδια και μετρό - Οι οδηγίες για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών ήταν ακριβείς και διευκόλυναν πολύ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Τα κλειδιά για τις δύο πόρτες είναι μαζί με τη μαγνητική κάρτα για την ηλεκτροδότηση του δωματίου, συνεπώς δεν μπορείς εύκολα να χρησιμοποιείς και τα δυο παράλληλα για γρήγορα μπες-βγες απ' το δωμάτιο. Έπρεπε να τα βγάλω απ' το μπρελόκ.

• Ioannis (8/5): - Nice ground-floor small apartment that fully covers your needs if you are around all day and you need a clean and comfortable room as a base. Nothing to complain about, it's 7-8 min walking distance to the metro, coffee shops, bakery and supermarket is very close. Demokritos lab is just 3 bus stops away. A nice surprise was the espresso machine with original Nespresso capsules! Don't expect luxury, it's a simple accommodation that can be very conveniently used as a base.

• Qixia (10/5): - Self-check in so you can check in anytime you want. The apartment is close to metro station and also airport bus station. This is super useful if your flight is delayed so late like mine as the metro stops around 23:34 but the bus runs throughout the night. It has everything I need. A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.
• DIMITRIOS (10/5): Excellent choice! - The neighborhood is excellent and the apartment is very close to the metro! If the location suits you, it's what you need for 2-3 days! It's very clean!

• Cat (10/5): Wonderful! - We booked again for our recent trip to Athens and it was even better than before! New beds that are super comfortable and a bathroom remodel with a wonderful new shower. There is also a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. Everything was perfect and the parking space and price are unbeatable. For people who can not find the address in their GPS/maps type in the coffee shop "Mellow" to get the location from Piraeus Port or the Airport. The coffee shop/cafe is very close. The intersection of the streets Solomou with Kristalli also works.

• Alexandros (6/5): - Μικρό ισόγειο στούντιο σε ήσυχη περιοχή, κοντά σε στάση μετρό. Εύκολη πρόσβαση χωρίς την παρουσία του οικοδεσπότη. Καθαρό δωμάτιο με κάποιες βασικές παροχές για διαμονή 1-2 βράδια. Δυστυχώς στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε καθόλου χαρτί υγείας, πράγμα άβολο καθώς έφτασα αργά το βράδυ στην Αθήνα. Το wi-fi οσο κι αν προσπάθησα κι επικοινώνησα με τον οικοδεσπότη δεν λειτούργησε. Το δεύτερο βράδυ είδα μια κατσαρίδα στο δωμάτιο.
• Lazaros (10/5): Great stay, clean apartment, comfortable beds! - Nice space, clean tiled floor, clean beddings, great stay overall! Coffee pods for Nespresso provided too. Maybe an extra table/shelf in the room/bathroom to be able and place some items would be a good idea! No complaints other than the minor negative that once you take the card key off the holder, electricity goes immediately off and cant see anything around if it's night! There is a light outside though so that makes it easier.
• Γιωργος (9/5): ΙΔΑΝΙΚΟ ΣΠΙΤΙ!! - Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ ο χώρος και η ηρεμία που είχε η περιοχή,η κυρία που είχε το σπίτι μαζί με τον γιο της πάρα πολύ καλή με ότι παροχές και η καθαριότητα όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!!! Τίποτα... ΌΛΑ ΗΤΑΝ ΤΕΛΕΙΑ!!!

• Andrew (9/5): Excellent clean private place for a mini break in Athens. Nice area & very convenient for the metro. - Very clean, everything there that's needed for a short stay and very convenient for the metro into Athens centre. No hooks in the bathroom. Wifi needed restarting.
• George (7/5): Good value for money - The apartment was in a very convenient location, close to the metro, which made it easy to get around. It was clean, and felt it offered good value for money. The internet was not usable. Also, the shower had a draining problem and kept overflowing, which made it uncomfortable.
• Cat (9/5): This place offers more than just an apartment! - Having a parking space was amazing. The apartment was exactly as expected and we really liked it. Such a great value. Down the street there is one of the best bakeries we've ever been to and mid day they offer tasty cooked foods (take-away) for lunch. When they opened at 19:00 we went to a really beautiful restaurant with traditional Greek food with great prices called Morias. It was a 5 minute drive and the second night we decided to walk and it was 18 minutes. The neighborhood is so nice and we always felt safe. The metro is down the street connected to the blue line that goes to Syntagma, Monastiraki and Piraeus or the other direction to the airport. This was a perfect location for us and one of our best experiences in Athens!
• Annita (8/5): Very good - It's very close to the metro Nomismatokopio. You have easy access to the city centre and the airport. The neighborhood is good and quiet. Lot's of trees. Got some some nice bars and coffee spots about 10-20 minutes walk. Good restaurants too. It's easy even if you don't have a car. It's very close to my office headquarters, so I'd probably stay there again for business. Maybe having double or triple pane windows to reduce the noise from cars would be ideal. e.g. The first two nights I woke up from the garbage track that came by around 4 a.m. However, the 3rd night I had a very good night's sleep. Maybe I wasn't used to the surrounding sounds of the neighborhood. The bathroom is a bit small but for a few days it's fine.

• Clemence (10/5): Great value for money, lovely room - Everything was great! Super clean, smelt nice, very comfortable stay. Very thankful for the AC. There was a set of plates/cutlery/cups/glasses.there was a kettle, fridge, and sandwhich press. All very useful. The owner was super lovely, waited for us to help us check in even when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. Very good communication. If I come back to Athens I will be staying here again! Nothing, everything was wonderful.
• Bogomila (10/5): Welcoming and cosy. - It was clean, wide and was way better than the photos. People who complained about anything, like plates, no windows or ventilation in the bathroom etc. The owners took a note and everything was available at the property. They were so organized and the communication was great. Nothing for this price you can’t complain.

• Yudisleydis (10/5): The staff were super attentive and supportive all the time, with recommendations and always willing to help. - It was super clean and close to the metro station and Light are connected so if you need the light in the bathroom you will also turn on the light in the room.
• Sarah (7/5): It was ok. - Location was easy to get to by train. It was clean and we liked the room in general. It smelt weird and we kept getting bitten my mosquitoes because of hole in bathroom.
• Vipindev (8/5): Very good - It is about 10 mins walk from a metro station and from airport bus stop. It has a parking spot and spacious. There is also an private outside area with the room. The bathroom is too small and not very comfortable. The apartment itself seems like converted from a commercial/office space and could have been better with a good bathroom.

• Abdilla (5/5): Passable - The location and that it had free parking in Athens and that it is near the metro. The room is small, with little ventilation and for safety you can not naturally ventilate the room. The bathroom was very small and the room felt cold. Apart from that the beds and pillows are uncomfortable.

Comfortable bed. I think it's better in real life than on the pictures :) A little noisy from cars driving down the street in the late evening.
