This was not notified before booking. We immediately answered that luggage storage was necessary given the purpose of our stay. We even wished to extend our booking for a night, but had to pay more than our total booking for a 5 hour extension! Host was not cooperative at all, and also did not want to cancel our booking. (7 days in advance!) Eventually we paid full price and ended up booking somewhere else. Kindness goes a long way.

There are also plenty of food options downstairs, which makes it really convenient. The management is very patient and always willing to help us tenants. Highly recommended! Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less convenient. The property only provides one free parking space, which is very inconvenient for guests with more than one car. The second car has to pay for parking, and even then, the parking spaces are very limited. Although the location is said to be near Petaling Street, it actually takes around 20 minutes to walk there, which is quite far under the hot weather. It would be much better if parking and accessibility could be improved.

From the pool, you can see Kuala Lumpur's famous Merdeka 118. Although it is located in the city center, it is surprisingly quiet when living there. The check-in process went smoothly, but parking spaces can be a bit difficult to find on weekends.
• Julian (1/5): Black mold and severe cockroach infestation throughout building - Checked in September 7, 2025. Within 4 hours discovered: Multiple cockroaches in kitchen, bathroom, and living areas Extensive black mold in bathroom (health hazard) Small insects throughout the unit Management offered an alternative unit as replacement. I found a cockroach immediately in the living room. This indicates building-wide infestation, not an isolated incident. Two units, 10 floors apart, both had visible roaches upon inspection. Had to evacuate at 11:30 PM for health and safety reasons. Management refused refund, telling me to take it up with Booking.com. Property later falsely claimed I "never checked in" despite having WhatsApp messages with them discussing room changes and photos from inside multiple units. The building appears to have a systemic pest problem. I would strongly advise checking any unit thoroughly before accepting it, though based on my experience, the infestation seems building-wide. Cannot recommend. Look elsewhere in Bukit Bintang - there are many clean options at similar prices.

Having convenience stores and food stalls downstairs made the stay easy and comfortable. At night, some street noise could be heard from below

• jack (1/5): Don't stay here, AVOID. - Nothing to like I'm afraid, we had booked for 9 nights, we left after 2 nights. We were only given 1 key for lift, pool and room. This meant if one of us went to the pool or shopping the other one was trapped in the room (on the 37th floor). We asked (begged) and offered to pay for another key (against our policy was the reply). It also seemed against their policy to clean the bathroom supply t towels for kitchen, any glasses. 2 thin towels & 2 toilet rolls for 9 nights. Disgusting. No offer of partial refund.

The rooms are spacious and clean with good lighting. At night, you can also enjoy the lights of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It is not only suitable for a short stay to experience the prosperous atmosphere, but also suitable for a long stay to explore the surrounding area slowly. The sink faucet drips constantly.

The space is clean and spacious, with a strong modern design, comfortable beds, and a very charming night view, making it suitable for travelers who enjoy experiencing the urban atmosphere. The overall living experience is decent, with a pool and gym in the public areas, but there can sometimes be a lot of people using them in the morning, requiring a bit of a wait.
