No faltaba detalle nada, desde lo básico como gel, jabón y papel higiénico hasta aceita, sal, café, fairy, bolsas de basura, detergente para la ropa. Todo muy cómodo y agradable. Decorado con gusto y la cocina grande y con todos los utensilios incluido lavavajillas. Todas las comodidades. Apartamento grande en comparación con los de la zona. Las ventanas de salón y habitación daban a un pasillo descuidado y en obras.

• ANASTASIA (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is really spacious, well organised and in perfect condition. The main space, the bedroom and the bathroom were really clean. Especially the bathroom was absolutely spotless, which was really important to us since it made our stay really comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped with every kitchen supply anyone may need. In general, all amenities were provided. We highly recommended! We would choose it again and again!!

• sonia (8/5): Très bien pour 3 nuits, l'emplacement est excellent !Hôtes extrêmement réactifs pour répondre - Hôtes très très réactifs. L'emplacement à proximité immédiate de métro GLOUCESTER 2 min à pieds du logement est un des atouts majeurs de ce logement pour se déplacer. Cette station de métro est desservie par les lignes principales et permettant les correspondances à une grande majorité des lignes. L'emplacement à proximité immédiate du centre commerciale WHAITEROSE 1 min à pieds du logement (un passage piéton à traverser :) ) L'emplacement à proximité immédiate à 7 min à pieds du musée d'Histoire Naturelle, musée des sciences et musée VICTORIA&ALBERT (tous les 3 gratuits mais il vaut mieux réserver pour les 2 premiers) Palais de Kensington à 10/15 min à pieds Hyde park à 8/10 min à pieds La salle de bain est très agréable propre est de bonne taille. Le lave linge sèche linge c'est top ! Tous les produits utiles sont présents autant ménagers que d'hygiène. MENAGER => tout y est même la lessive ;-) HYGIENE => Il vous suffit d'avoir votre tube de dentifrice, vous aurez sur place gel douche, shampoing et après shampoing, gel pour les mains. Le quartier aux façades blanches est propre et très agréable, Gloucester Road est une rue avec une multitudes de restaurants, boulangeries, fast food etc La taille de l'appartement pour 4 personnes est bien (peut-être un peu léger en revanche pour 4 adultes en raison du couchage au salon) Cuisine très très bien équipée, il y a tout et plus que ce que l'on peut attendre. C'est la première fois au cours de nos nombreux voyages que nous trouvons une cuisine aussi bien équipée et aussi propre surtout frigo et congélateur. Suite à la réservation, Charlotte envoie des instructions extrêmement complètes tant pour l'arrivée que pour l'utilisation des différents équipements Attention ce qui n'est précise pas l'annonce (ou alors je ne vois pas où ?) mais l'appartement est situé en sous sol et de ce fait très peu lumineux et sans aucune vue sur la rue seulement sur des murs. Cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé car nos journées de 9h30 à 19h se passaient dehors. Mais si vous y allez en été où les journées sont plus ensoleillées et les jours plus longs cela peut être gênant (personnellement cela m'aurait gênée et j'aurai envié les personnes de l'hôtel Montana juste en face) Le point le plus problématique est l'isolation et l'insonorisation de la porte d'entrée ;-(( Alors là vraiment il y a un réel soucis avec cette porte d'entrée, on voit même le jour passer entre la porte et son cadre. La rue est extrêmement passante, même la nuit et il est très difficile de pouvoir dormir correctement au salon. Nous avons laissé la chambre aux enfants et avons fait le sacrifice nous parents d'être au salon, mais le repos n'est pas au RDV, il y a beaucoup trop de bruit, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans la chambre car les fenêtres sont mieux insonorisantes. Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable, il faudrait un sur matelas moelleux. Le tissu du canapé comporte beaucoup des traces/taches pas très agréables. Les couettes avaient elles aussi des taches et ne semblaient pas fraichement lavées.

• Anne (8/5): Great flat and perfect location in a vibrant neighborhood for a few days exploring the city. - Location is amazing, check in / check out communication as straight forward as it can be.. the flat was very well equipped, with everything you need for a few days. The beds were comfortable and although we didn't spend much time cooking, the kitchen was perfect for a family of four. The lack of daylight but didn't mind as we were out all day.

Several options for eating and grocery shopping. All cooking ware in the drawers was easy to find and use. Having a crib for the baby! Maybe I missed it in the listing but I was shocked when I saw a small metal stairway that I’d have to carry a stroller up and down several times a day but wasn’t really a huge deal.
• Andrea (8/5): Top Lage, super ausgestattetes Appartement! - In einer top Gegend, U-Bahn Station, Bäcker und Pub nur ein paar Meter entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit bis 24 Uhr geöffnet, mehrere Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen, Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit, als wir das Appartement nicht gleich gefunden haben, App. bestens ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr sauber im top Zustand! Nachts sehr hellhörig durch Straßenlärm, App. befindet sich „unter der Erde“ Fenster sind vorhanden, aber Blick an die Wand, also dunkel! Treppe und Gang zum Appartement schmutzig!

It was a bit stuffy with no air conditioning and a basement you cannot leave the windows open but as to be expected. The quantity of fans though was much appreciated and made a huge difference.

• Gabriele (9/5): Toll ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt, an der U-Bahn Glousterroad(80m), die Piccadilly-und Circleline bringen einen überall in London hin. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Fastfoodläden und Restaurants um die U-Bahn Station herum. Die Gegend ist schick, fußläufig Naturkundemuseum, V&A Museum und Hydepark erreichbar. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teens und hatten ausreichend Platz, die Wohnung ist mit allem! ausgestattet. Sehr netter Mail-Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und ist sehr hellhörig, das Wohnzimmer kann nachts nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden, wenn man dort auf dem Couchbett schläft. Man hat keine Aussicht weil die Wohnung Subparterre liegt.

Excellent hosts who provided exceptional details about what to expect and great communication. We arrived earlier than expected and were given an early check in to drop our luggage. • Samantha (1/5): N/a. - Inexcusable Service Failure at The Perfect City Escape – A Warning to Future Guests Dear Booking.com Support and The Perfect City Escape Management, I am writing to register a formal and public complaint regarding my recent experience with The Perfect City Escape. My booking, which was fully confirmed in advance, turned into an ordeal when I could not gain access to the property at all. Upon arrival, I was met with shock and disbelief—no one was present to help, and I was curtly advised that I would have been better off at a hotel. Here are the specific issues I encountered: • Complete Denial of Access: Despite a valid, confirmed reservation, I was not allowed entry into the property. • Absence of Assistance: I sought immediate help only to be told that no one was available to assist, a response that was both dismissive and unprofessional. • Disregard for Guest Welfare: I was given no alternatives or practical solutions, leaving me stranded and under stress, ultimately forcing me to cancel important business meetings. • Breach of Contract & Consumer Rights: Under European consumer protection laws and applicable national regulations, a confirmed booking is a binding contract requiring service delivery as advertised. This blatant failure not only breaches the contract but also violates the standards for fair trading and service quality. The stress, inconvenience, and disruption to my travel plans caused by these failures are unacceptable. I expect a detailed explanation for how such a failure occurred and the immediate measures being taken to ensure that no other guest experiences the same ordeal. Moreover, I am seeking appropriate compensation for the undue stress, financial loss, and reputational damage incurred as a direct result of this experience. I am making this complaint public to warn potential future guests about this level of neglect and to hold The Perfect City Escape and Booking.
• Paula (8/5): Very good - Very easy to get to. Just across the road from tube station. Great location to explore London. Inside the apartment was excellent, very clean and cosy with everything you need. Area outside the apartment was unclean at times. Host quickly attended to it when informed.

I don't know why I did not notice that we will have to use the stairs with the baby stroller and luggage😊No regrets though because it was worth it💯

I’d stay there again. - It was the perfect location for us to wind down after a 3-week romp through four countries and seven cities. The apartment was incredibly clean and quiet, although being located below a corner post office. It’s close to many amenities, grocery, coffee shops, but especially the subway, barely five minutes on foot. NA
• Lynne (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location, and great hosts! - Everything about this apartment was amazing. The finish on the interior was exceptional and of a very high standard. The location was brilliant, we have spent a lot of time in the hotels on Gloucester Road and this apartment held it's own with all of them. Would definitely stay there again! Difficult to find something to dislike, I suppose being a basement it did get a little hot but there was plenty of fans and with the outside space we were able to have front door open safely and securely to keep cool.

Step by step check in instructions sent over that are really easy to follow and a house manual which was very handy. The host was really helpful and attentive and I would definitely stay here again.
• Rosie (10/5): Amazing location and value for money - Amazing location, so quick and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Super clean and modern with great facilities. Well equipped for children (we stayed with a 3 year old and 1 year old and travel cot and high chair were provided at no extra cost). Great communication with the owner. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to eat out in the evenings due to having the children with us but there were loads of restaurants a stones throw from the apartment. Waitrose and Tesco within 2 mins walk which was very convenient for self catering. We hadn’t received the instructions of how to locate the apartment until we had already spent a while trying to find the right door, however after some communication with the owner these were quickly sent through. The living area is very noisy with road traffic which disturbed sleep given we were using the sofa bed, however this is to be expected given the very central location. The bedroom itself was much quieter.
