• Haifeng (1/5): Never had such a experience - none No one contact me after booking the apt. When I arrived in Brisbane, I called to ask to check in information. They told me that the owner take back the property and will no longer to accomdate for any people. It was about 6:00pm in the Sunday evening. Where can I stay over night?

• Lee (4/5): Stressful / staff extremely unhelpful / possibly scam for credit card details. I have been with Booking.com for - Location Difficult to enter / lockbox was hard to find and directions were not clear. I prepaid but staff were insistent I load my credit card and licence prior to providing check in details. Once I provided my CC was hacked within hours and I had to cancel my CC and get a new one. Details sent for check were not accessible as the website was blocked by my server so screen shots had to be sent. Furniture was stained and mismatched and the shower leaked. We will not stay at this property again
• Cathy (8/5): It was great location besides the living room furniture everything was very clean and comfortable. - It is great location for our short stay and close to all the locations we required for our stay I would suggest providing more than 1 key though as only having 1 was very inconvenient. There was no proper couch only some very uncomfortable stained and dirty looking piece of furniture that I am unsure of what to call plus 2 single chairs which were also very stained and dirty looking. We ended up sitting or lying on the floor The balcony floor also looked very dirty and we did not take our shoes off while out using the baloney It could have been just very stained though

• Jodie (5/5): Look it was clean, in a good position, but that's about all. - location was good close to shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Finding key to the property was a nightmare. I'm sooo glad we got there before dark, otherwise I think I would have given up and gone somewhere else. People on phone were rude and not helpful at all. Lounge was aweful. only a 1 seater clam type lounge that was soo uncomfortable, and 2 single chairs (not even lounge type chairs either).

Disappointing Experience - Lack of Service & Unjustified Deposit Charge Our stay involved zero face to face interaction with any staff. To check in, we had to visit a separate location to find a key hidden in a public area, which we struggled to locate. When we called for assistance, no one answered initially, and we had to wait for a call back before finally finding the key. The room itself was fantastic for the brief time we were there, but before check in, we were asked to use a third-party app to pay a security deposit. This deposit was higher than the cost of the room, which felt excessive. Check-out followed the same pattern, no human interaction, and we were required to return the key to the public hiding spot. Several hours later, we were contacted and accused of damaging a doorstop, resulting in the forfeit of our deposit. We disputed the claim but were told the cleaners had found it that way. Given the lack of staff interaction and the use of an external app for the deposit, the situation felt suspicious, and we couldn't shake the feeling that this could be a scam.
