• Mee Len (10/5): Exceptional stay at this hotel, gym goer will enjoy the facility as it's a commercial managed one - Breakfast was awesome, however, advise visitors to go earlier as the choices for dim sum were limited towards 9 plus. They are linked with a commercially owned gym, gym goer will enjoy this facility while I enjoy the free laundry service. The staff was not friendly, not a single smile was offered during my check-in and the explanation was super fast, without ensuring my understanding. This is not the way for people in hospitality sector

They are professional, have a flexible approach and are knowledgeable at their job. This made our stay with our 85-year-old mum especially pleasant. Because of their excellent service, we will definitely return the next time we visit Guangzhou and we gladly recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is in a great location, everything is close. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, every day they had a different selection of food. As for the room, everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again. Everything was great, no negative comments.

At the breakfast the area is smaller that the guests and we were not able to find table.Also I did not like it that the plates were plastic.It is not acceptable to consider be a 5star hotel with plastic plates at breakfast!
