• Washington (9/5): Muy bien ubicado, depto muy amplio, limpiio y comodo con una muy buena anfitriona - Muy amplio, perfectamente equipado, muy amable la anfitriona y muy bien ubicado. Seguramente repetiria. Las toallas un poco mas confortables y seria util tener algunas capsulas de cafe, ya que tiene maquina.

• Dzonson34 (8/5): Odličan - Location is great with a very pleasant neighborhood. Communication with the host was also great. The apartment was spacious, clean and well organized. The unlocking system (going throught multiple doors) is fine for me, but it would be convenient to get another key, especially if more people come and split into groups. Overall, I recommend this place. If you are coming with a car (SUV or bigger), be careful because the entrance to the garage is very narrow. Although we had great communication with the host, the realization could have been a little better. When I said this, I mean on replacing/repairing the bed, which was supposed to happen at the beginning of our stay but didn't happen at the end.

• Rosario (2/5): Cuando vuelva a sevilla q voy con frecuencia, este apartamento no lo vuelvo a reservar. - Que estaba limpio y es grande. Pues no me gustó que una de las camas tenia las patas rotas y se cayó al sentarnos. Asi que tuvimos q dormir 3 personas en la otra cama y los otros 2 en el sofa cama. No habia lo minimo que se puede tener para la higiene personal, es decir, ni un champú ni un gel de baño y para el precio que se paga por noche me parece un poco abusivo. Por otro lado tirnen parking gratuito, pero deberian avisar que el acceso a él es super pequeño vamos q un coche de tamaño mediaño pasa justo. Con un Suv no se puede entrar. Nosotros rozamos los espejos del nuestro. En definitiva precio excesivo para una noche y sin gel y cama rota.
• gennaro (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo tenuto in splendide condizioni. Abbiamo soggiornato in sei sfruttando anche il divano letto e siamo stati comodi. Cucina completa di tutto e due bagni comodi. La posizione stupenda perché si trova nel cuore del quartiere di Triana ed è possibile raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse di Siviglia a piedi. La stazione dei pullman si trova a due passi dall’appartamento se si volesse visitare un’altra città. Dall’aeroporto si può raggiungere l’appartamento anche con un Uber a poco prezzo.

• Vanina (8/5): - El departamento está muy bien, limpio y cómodo. La comunicación con Mary es muy fluida y siempre predispuesta a resolver lo que necesites. Una luz y dos persianas rotas. La persiana rota del comedor genera que siempre esté oscuro y la de la habitación que sea difícil conciliar el sueño. Seguramente lo reparen pronto.
• María del Mar (6/5): Descepcion - El apartamento es bonito y la ubicación estupenda Está un poco abandonado, las persianas de las habitaciones estaban rotas, lo comentamos y nos dijeron que habían sido los huéspedes anteriores, aunque mirándolas se veían que llevaban rotas mucho tiempo y que nos lo arreglarían, pero no aparecieron en los 5 días que estuvimos allí. Los mecanismos de las cisternas estaban rotos y el coche nuestro es grande y no entraba en el parking.

• Leticia (7/5): - El apartamento es muy mono dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana. Muy limpio. La ubicación es perfecta céntrico. La propietaria muy maja disponible en todo momento para cualquier imprevisto. El parking es un poco pequeño cuesta un poco entrar y salir de el.

• maria alice (8/5): Localização excelente e apartamento bonito - Localização excelente. Fácil comunicação com a responsável pela locação. Apartamento bonito. Sofá cama grande e confortável A água quente acabava rápido. Éramos 5 hóspedes e tivemos que tomar banho em horários alt em nados pois a água quente acabava após 2 banhos. A entrada da garagem é muito estreita. Mesmo recolhendo os retrovisores é muito complicado pra entrar.

• Peter (10/5): Alles Top! - Es war alles TOP! Typische spanische FeWo in Triana! Über die Brücke ins Zentrum von Sevilla. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Parkgarage. Wir hatten einen Mittelklasse-Wagen, dafür ist die Parkgarage zu klein… wir haben in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe für 2 Tage geparkt…. Also alles gut…

• Durand (9/5): Très agréable séjour à Séville - L'emplacement de l'appartement nous a parfaitement convenu et la place de parking est un réel plus. L'appartement est agréable, nous y avons très bien dormi dans le calme. Il y aurait eu une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo et quelques capsules de café, nous aurions donné une note de 10 😉

We had to get it in through the door with some effort. We had an Audi Q3) The house is not exactly the same as the photos of the house. It was brightened better using Photoshop. However, it was not like that. The shutters were broken. They would not close or open. Privacy could not be provided. Liquid cleaning products were diluted. There was blood from dead flies on the walls. It had not been cleaned. The bed leg was broken. The general cleaning of the house was sloppy.

• Tonya (9/5): Great location - It’s a great location. We loved the size of the place and the way that it was set up. On day one, the video directions were great and no problem to follow but, the apartment was tricky to get into on our first day. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite and closet and the second bedroom has a full bed in a small space but has an area to place your small suitcase and a hanging rack for clothes with the bathroom directly across from the room. The washer was a huge benefit (no dryer) but directly next door was a laundromat where we dried our clothes. Which was convenient. The parking was extremely difficult/tricky with a larger car (SUV) and we ended up paying for parking because it was too stressful to get in and out of. The faulty en-suite shower and sink was disappointing for the first 3 days given that we specifically chose a place that had 2 showers and two sinks. The hostess came and fixed the shower and sink on the third day and replaced our towels. The Nespresso was a great perk. Overall, it was a very well appointed, nice place in a wonderful location and a nice apartment. Difficult getting into and out of every day given multiple locked doors. Only a single key available to guests which was not easy to manage if the group splits up. No second key available per staff. Our requirements for a place was parking area and 2 bathrooms and the fact that the parking was not comfortable with an SUV and The en-suite bathroom was not working was disappointing.
• Maja (8/5): Good - location quiet but in the center facilities smell in the second bathroom sink didn’t work well in the second bathroom parking was not big enough for our van, so we had to search for another parking and pay it
• Dawn (8/5): Comfortable place with good location. We had a couple maintenance issues and reported them to the property. Their respon - Good location and comfortable beds. Light did not work in outside hallway so it was difficult at night to get into the apartment.
• Dd119 (9/5): Superb - Very helpful host, great location in a quiet street but near the city center and cozy reataurants, nice apartment design and pretty spacious one, 2 bathrooms/toilets, comfortable beds. Will come back here for sure! 1. Quite complicated parking, very narrow but nothing can be done, this is because the street is very narrow itself, just be prepared to spend some time for parking 2. Small things like holes in the sheet or missing kitchen towel but I explained it to the host and she was ready to help immediately as she didn't know about that things

• Lee (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyable stay and friendly responsive apartment staff. - Location in Triana. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom in addition to main bathroom. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Extremely good response from staff when problems were reported When we arrived all the three window blinds were broken (and there weren’t any curtains) and although staff responded immediately ( on three kings eve!) we feel it should have been fixed prior to us arriving. Also the apartment was a little dark but then again you don’t stay in much when you are in Seville. Finally the door entry system was very clever and simple which involved remote control on a mobile phone which unfortunately didn’t work with my network (three) although it did work perfectly well for my friends who were with a different provider
• Kerry (9/5): Superb - Wonderful location and a fully equipped apartment decorated very stylishly. The management staff were very prompt in responding to any queries we had and sent a very comprehensive list of recommendations for sightseeing, dining, entertainment etc. The security blinds were very difficult to use and were problematic. An instruction manual would be helpful.
• Zoya (5/5): Nice apartments, very low service. - Nice new apartment in a good location. Veeeery uncomfortable that reception is far from the apartments and you can’t pay for the late check-out. You can’t leave your belongings at reception. You could only take a taxi to bring your stuff to the random lockers which is closed during the day time. Very complicated for us. And very complicated system of supporting guests. In the morning you should text to first number, I’m the evening to other, in the night to third number… first time see that kind of system and it’s not useful at all.
• Blays (8/5): Really well located and spacious apartment - Was well located for bar hopping. Was pretty spacious and beds were comfy. Plenty of little toiletries. Wasn't that clean - floor had not been mopped only swept and therefore feet got pretty dirty because of all the dust and dirt from previous guests. Toothbrush holder not washed out and a used tissue found in a bedside drawer. Could have done with a welcome pack othings like recycling and recommended local services. And instructions on how to arrange check-in could have been clearer.
