The villa was brand new with all new furniture and appliances. The a/c units worked perfectly, and we used the oven and outdoor grill . The bedrooms with each having a bathroom on the ground floor was great as we spent all of our time there on the exterior porch with a great ocean view and a constant breeze we never were hot , also had an exterior shower , rinse tank for dive equipment and locking exterior storage for gear . Very safe and quiet area , close to the town and a dive resort and restaurant a short 2 minute walk away It would be nice if there was some beach chairs but it did have a nice cooler to use
