- Gyenge (10/5): Mindenképpen ajánlom. - Közel volt a metró állomás és a buszmegálló is, de a Spar is ha valamire szükségünk volt. Nagyon jó a szállás elhelyezkedése, tágas nagy terek a lakásban, segítőkész a szállásadó mindenben a segítségünkre volt. Kaptunk a kávéfőzőhöz kapszulákat, mosógéphez is , nekem az is jól jött, hogy volt vasaló, hajszárító…stb Nem volt ilyen.

Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Wir waren zehn Freunde da und jeder einzelne war zufrieden. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles war perfekt!

- Cristian (10/5): Ottima casa per un soggiorno rilassante - La casa è molto vicina alla metro quindi è molto semplice muoversi. Nella zona ci sono diversi market per cui è molto comodo fare un po' di spesa in caso di necessità. Sarebbe stato carino trovare qualcosa in frigorifero, acqua e qualche cialda del caffé in più. In ogni caso non le considero cose negative, i market sono molto vicini

The location is awesome with all necessary facilities nearby, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, metro, restaurants, ... you feel welcome and at home. Beautiful rooms and excellent beds. If I'd go back to Barcelona, I would be happy to stay here again.

- Bongilaj (10/5): Jeżeli jeszcze raz odwiedzę Barcelonę, wybiorę Stay Unique Apartments. - Korzystna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko stacja metra Padula, piekarnie, kawiarnie, sklepy. Apartament czysty, przestronny, gustownie urządzony, w każdej sypialni zamontowana klimatyzacja. Apartament wyposażony był we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty: lodówkę, zmywarkę, pralkę, odkurzacz, express do kawy, suszarkę. Jedyny minus to taki, że okna były, ale z bliskim widokiem na budynek.

- Yunhee (8/5): Great stay but there was instruction you have to fully understanding. - The location was great. You can live with native Barcelona people around you. Paid early check in fee (paid already full for a week but they still charged you) but the instruction was poor and it was pretty hassle to get in the house so we were waiting about 45 mins. There was construction going next door but did not get any alert about it. Place needed to be fixed like clogged sinks and some windows couldn't lock.

- LILIA (8/5): - Apartamentul este spațios, cald si luminos. La ora trei dupa masa trebuia sa ne preluam cazarea, dar am intrat la sase si jumatate din cauza echipei de la curatenie. Din ce am înțeles nu au fost anunțați la timp. A fost neplacut si ne-au stricat planurile. Nu mi-a placut curatenia in apartament, a fost făcută superficial. Pe sub paturi nu a curățat nici cu aspiratorul si nici cu mopul, dulapurile de la bucatarie trebuie si ele curățate mai atent.

Great location, only 30 minutes drive from airport. Local Spar just below and not far to walk for other transport links. Only 2 things. A door handle was broken in a bedroom so my daughter got stuck! plus Hob top was broken when we arrived.

- Levterova (10/5): - We were wellcome with bottle of wine and decoration for birthday. In our family there was a birthday boy. Someone has noticed that from the checking page. Very cute! The location is very good. Exactly to the metro station and a bus stop. Clean, new furniture. Very good choice. There is no option to put overcoats near the entrance in the appartment. But it is not critical problem ;)
- M. (9/5): Fantastic apartment to explore Barcelona! - The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thats the reason we selected this one. There was a good cup coffee machine in the apartment and a very big fridge as well. The apartment is very close to the subway station (4 stations away from central Barcelona), 2 supermarkets en 2 bakery’s (one gluten free bakery), also many restaurants in walking distance. The area is not touristic, we liked that!

Było bardzo czysto, wygodnie i przestronnie, a do dyspozycji mieliśmy dwie łazienki, co było ogromnym plusem. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona: zmywarka, lodówka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik, toster oraz wszystkie niezbędne naczynia. Apartament znajduje się w pięknej kamienicy, okna są dźwiękoszczelne, więc mimo świetnej lokalizacji jest cicho i komfortowo. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, przystanki autobusowe i metro – idealna baza do zwiedzania Barcelony. Spędziliśmy 6 wspaniałych dni i z całego serca dziękujemy za świetny apartament oraz szybką reakcję na drobny problem z kołdrą 😉 Mimo że byliśmy w styczniu, klimatyzacja (ogrzewanie) w apartamencie działała w 100% i zapewniała pełen komfort. Zdecydowanie polecamy! Nie było nic, co by mi się nie podobało.

Estivemos cerca de 15 dias e adorámos. Muito obrigada à equipa Stay U-nique que comunicava sempre connosco e todas as dúvidas que tínhamos eram atendidas.

It was a bit challenging to get into the flat. Luckily the cleaners were still there so they could let us in. The door is opening with a WiFi code but we could not have signal in the corridor. It might have been my phone not the system.

Estuvimos una hora intentando entrar con las instrucciones y el código que mos dieron hasta que nos pudimos contactar con una persona. También no nos informarpn que el aire acondicionado era central lo que fué un problema y no funcionó en la recamara principal, en otras dos y en la cuarta salía muy frío.

We had 2 units Floor 3-2 and Floor 5-2. Wonderful layout. Lots of space for everyone. The A/C unit in Apartment 5-2 did not cool in 2 rooms and requested a fan and the brought it immediately.

The building is very nice and clean, centrally located with easy access to everything. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What I did not like about the apartment was that one of the twin beds had broken support slats, making it difficult to use. In addition, one of the dining chairs was damaged, and when I tried to sit down, I almost got injured, which is a safety concern. The water heater only provided enough hot water for two people, so with six guests, not everyone could shower with hot water, which was especially uncomfortable given the cold weather. Lastly, the internet only worked on the first day; for the rest of the stay, we had no internet or television service.

- Toscano (10/5): - Alloggio pulito e spazioso, ottima posizione sia per i mezzi pubblici che per i negozi di alimentari. Anche il quartiere carino, molto tranquillo L'unica pecca per noi è stata il piumone da sacco troppo pesante ci dovrebbero essere delle coperte o dei trapuntini leggeri.
- Susana (8/5): Súper correcto! - Casi todo perfecto. Muy cómodo, bonito y ubicación excelente Faltaría algún colgador para abrigos en la entrada y tendedero para poner en el interior. La calefacción no se regula muy bien. Un segundo juego de llaves sería muy util

- Anna (9/5): - Apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko przystanek metra i autobusowy. Jedynym problemem jest to, iż pomimo tego, że w apartamencie były prowadzone spokojne, swobodne rozmowy, dostawaliśmy informacje, że jest głośno i nie przestrzegamy ciszy nocnej. Po kontakcie z wynajmującym sytuacja została wyjaśniona. Dowiedzieliśmy się, że w apartamencie jest czujnik pomiaru decybeli.
