• Bro (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs! - I had an extremely disappointing experience at this homestay, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to warn future guests. Promised vs. Delivered - The listing boasted a wide array of amenities: private bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, kitchen, Netflix, satellite channels, Wi-Fi, and towels etc. However, the reality was far from what was advertised: - Hidden Fees: Upon arrival, we were asked to pay an unexpected RM150 security deposit, which was not mentioned in the listing. Despite a promise to refund it by 7 PM on the checkout day, I’m still waiting for the refund. - Broken Promises: Basic facilities were either missing or not functioning: - No Wi-Fi, despite it being listed. - No Netflix or satellite channels, and the TV had no working channels at all. - No toiletries, including hand sanitizer or shampoo. - No towels, leaving us to fend for ourselves. - Broken kitchen appliances, so cooking was impossible. - Non-functioning air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. - Dirty and broken bed: The bed, mattress, and linens were filthy and full of bugs, causing our bodies to itch throughout the night. The mattress was so damaged you could feel the springs poking through, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. - Broken kitchen: The kitchen was completely unusable, and cooking anything was out of the question. - Unprofessional Host Behavior - On top of the lack of amenities, the host's behavior was shockingly unprofessional: - Late replies to messages and rejected calls when we needed urgent assistance. - Host displayed arrogance and created unnecessary stress by constantly referencing "laws" to intimidate us. - Seemed to enjoy imposing unnecessary rules and expectations on guests. Overall Impression The experience felt like a scam, with a focus on over-promising and under-delivering. The condition of the property and the host’s attitude made this stay the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Air conditioning not working and no people have come and check after we made complaint throughout we stay there 4 days. Lousy service and agent is not helpful and not bothering our stay having issues. Host is terrible .

• Psm (3/5): Poor - Nearby KK mart, mamak, convenience store etc Plenty of beds, good for family with big pax Unresponsive host, takes very long time to reply message. Listed as Netflix and Wifi included but never provide wifi password. Baby cockroaches in the living room. Need multiple follow up to get back deposit.
• Wan (5/5): Passable - Environment. Easy access to many shops around. Owner should provides a good facilities for guest. In a matter of cleanliness and a functionality of equipments provided should be in their priority. At first, towels is our real problem when it is not provided. Before midnight, Miss Vaani (owners agent i guess) helped me to get the towels.

Have good potential ..room size with bed was ok..checkin was ok easy The apartment were dirty..it looks like it need to do major clleaning. The room got dirt & hairs on floor. I have to borrow my friends vacuum to clean the front carpet & living room.....hope owner will do major cleaning..also parking is not provided ..need to pay using touch n go..each time u go out will be charged..luckily maximum only rm6 will be charged also parking abit difficult always full
