- Naomi (10/5): Could not fault it in any way - The amazing location to tube station surrounding area is picture high street has great shops cafes restaurants bars felt very safe walking around even at night free parking is an added bonus Nothing for price location great value for money easy access to tube into London

The flat has free parking, and has ample towels, and the kitchen has alot of utensils. Could not get the oven to work and the shower needs attention
- John (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, would use again. - We loved the proximity to two tube stations. Flat was warm, lots of hot water and clean towels. Wi fi was excellent and we slept well. Free parking permits to cover our stay. Dezie was very responsive and communication was good. Flat is in need of a bit of TLC, but that said we were very comfortable for our four nights and it was great for our trip to ABBA.

- Fabrizio (10/5): I can’t find a word that describes how much I liked it!!! - First of all it’s clean. Like proper professionally clean (and I am no easy to impress). Secondly there’s plenty of cleaning products so if you care about keeping it clean, you can do it
easily with no need to buy anything. Not only there is a washing machine but also washing powder and softener which you are welcome to use. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is in good working condition. I couldn’t find the lockbox with the keys (not the host’s fault btw: google map thought it was a good idea to show me the route that leaded to the entry at the back of the building) and called the number provided and talked to the manager of the office. It was dinner time so he could have easily try to explain me where to go fron where I was and let me struggle but instead he instantly made his way, showed me where the lockbox was, opened it and gave me the keys. He even offered to come upstairs to the flat and shoe me around (unnecessary and he was way beyond his working hour so I declined and let him go back home and relax). It’s also fairly close to the tube station (less than 10 mins walk…and I was wearing high heels!!!) which is on the central line, one of the busiest but also quickest lines: in about 20/30 minutes you can be pretty much anywhere in central London. I would definitely book it again and strongly recommend it. Nothing, it was perfect.

- Michael (3/5): Wer nicht viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ist mit dieser Wohnung in sehr guter Lage gut bedient. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, direkt an zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen sowie zahlreichen Bushaltestellen. Fußläufig befinden sich etliche Restaurants sowie Möglichkeiten take away Essen zu kaufen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Wohngegend direkt an einem Park. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, beim Vermieter den Privatparkplatz zu reservieren. Uns war nicht klar, dass man dies vorab tun muss, aber der Vermieter hat sehr schnell reagiert und uns noch am selben Tag das Parkticket eingeworfen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in keinem guten Zustand und bedarf dringend einer gründlichen Grundreinigung. Die Betten waren frisch, bezogen und sauber, ebenso war das Badezimmer oberflächlich sauber. Allerdings lag an den Ecken und überall am Rand viel Staub und auch die Küche müsste dringend geputzt werden. Wir haben uns hier nicht getraut, etwas zu essen zu kochen. Die undichte Toilette, aus deren Abflussrohr Wasser kommt (wir mussten ein großes Handtuch darunter legen), wurde schon vor zwei Monaten von Reisenden bemängelt, war aber noch immer nicht behoben.
Leider befindet sich das Schlafzimmer zu einer viel befahrenen Straße hin und sind auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut zu hören.

Le calme dans la résidence et des voisins. Les draps sur le canapé étaient trop petits. Le matelas du canapé trop dur.
Les fenêtres de la chambre n'isolent pas du bruit de la circulation, la fermeture des fenêtres n'est pas hermétique .

The internet connection was consistently reliable, living up to the advertisement's claim.
We greatly appreciated that the apartment was fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. Communication with the host was consistently excellent, characterized by prompt and helpful responses. Furthermore, the check-in and check-out instructions were exceptionally clear and easy to follow, contributing to a seamless experience.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we would highly recommend this apartment to future travelers. Minor Comfort Considerations
While our stay was very pleasant, we noted a few minor points that, if addressed, would further enhance guest comfort. The bedroom can be a bit noisy due to its location on a fairly busy street, and the windows don't sufficiently isolate the sound. Additionally, the toilet bowl has a minor leak that requires repair, and the water kettle is unusable due to significant limescale buildup, needing a thorough decalcification.
Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this apartment to future travelers.

The hosts communication is excellent and they're extremely accommodating The apartment is next to a busy road so the noise in the bedroom is quite loud.

Liked the security arrangements and felt very safe .
Plenty of hot water and apartment warm and cosy.
Good Internet connection.
Close to the cemetery where funeral was taking place. The road at the back of the apartment is busy and as the apartment is not double glazed the bedroom was noisy.

- Emma (10/5): Great stay, everything you could possibly need - Wonderful flat with everything you could possibly need. Out in zone 4 so it's a bit of a journey into central London, but I knew that when I booked (about 30mins on the central line). The flat is very spacious and I had a lovely time staying for 3 nights while in London for work. The bed was very comfortable and having the sofas with the smart TV was a very welcome way to spend my evenings. Overall a lovely place to stay and if I'm ever back in the area again I would definitely choose to stay again. Dezie was also fantastic and happily came out to help me when I had a problem opening the door (I was just being weak!) which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here. It's a second floor (two flights of stairs) flat with no lift. Obviously not anyone's fault or anything that could be done, but just to make others aware if they are planning on coming with lots of luggage that you will have to carry it up the stairs. The windows are also not particularly sound proof, which didn't really bother me much, but might bother a very light sleeper.

The apartment was warm and decorated for Christmas. I booked for friends and they are very happy with their stay. Book with confidence.

- Kerry (4/5): Uncomfortable - Great location & spacious The decor is tired & uncomfortable. Very hard bed & couches. Utensils & crockery etc all old & some chipped. The front door to the apartment has a VERY tricky lock & was always a pain in the neck. After a busy day to struggle with the door is such a nuisance.
It’s all such a shame as definitely has potential. We will be visiting Wanstead regularly but will not stay here again. Not recommended unless updated & improved I’m sorry.
- Laura (8/5): Cosy apartment with great hosts - Very comfortable and warm apartment, with everything you need for day to day living. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, and answered all questions quickly. They were also very accommodating with check in time. The shower head wasn't hanging so having a shower wasn't easy. The bedroom is close to a busy road so it is difficult to get to sleep at night.

- Paullette (8/5): Very good - Location couldn't have been better as we were visiting family who lived just across the park. The flat was lovely. Had a great night's sleep as the bed was extremely comfortable. We were unable to watch terrestrial TV only Rakuten / Netflix were available. However I think this will be rectified for the next guests.
