It’s a great location - 2 mins to main road with restaurants but away from noise. Plus the price is extremely good! A little bit of TLC in the bathroom, but it was close to perfect.

Tivemos uma vista privilegiada para o vulcão arenal e também tem um lounge muito gostoso que pode ser usado para comer, conversar, ler ou até jogar. Super recomendo esse local. Só senti falta do mamão (papaya) no café da manhã. 🥰 De resto tudo excelente.

My room was excellent as well as the staff. Breakfast was great and the Staff was really thoughtful. Nothing everything was great. The staff was so helpful and caring from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They even put balloons on the bed for my birthday❤️

The rooms are a good size and the view of Volcan Arenal from our room was amazing. The breakfast was tasty and the staff all very helpful and friendly. The aircon in our room was broken so it got a little hot at night

Alles sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit sehr viel Geschmack :) Das Frühstück war etwas sehr strukturiert. Einen Abend vorher musste man sich für eine Frühstücksoption und Uhrzeit entscheiden. Im Urlaub mag ich etwas mehr Freiheit ;) Auch war die Portierung etwas klein und Nachschlag war leider nicht möglich.

• Erik (8/5): Prettig verblijf in een rustig deel van het centrum - Centraal gelegen. Uitzicht op vulkaan. Parkeren bij locatie. Personeel is vriendelijk. Een personeelslid gaat ‘s nachts 1,5 uur sjoelen. Ontbijt is nogal eenvoudig.

Hade gärna stannat ett par dagar till. Det finns mycket att se och göra.

• Holly (10/5): Friendly staff, great location, lovely rooms and Excellent breakfast - Arrived to the warmest welcome, particularly from Melanie who settled us into our room which overlooked the volcano. Perfectly situated in the centre of La Fortuna but not directly on a main road so nice and quiet. Gorgeous breakfast every morning and appreciated the access to a chilled and hot water tap 24/7. Our first stay in Costa Rica and we were sorry to move on to our next location after only three nights. Could not ask for a better base for all the adventures Arenal has to offer. No notes. Truly a perfect stay.

• Eve (8/5): Très bel hôtel , bien entretenu et personnel sympathique - Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. L’hôtel est très propre, calme et bien situé. Les restaurants de la rue principale se font à pied. Emplacement pratique avec stationnement. J’avais payé plus cher pour avoir une chambre avec vue sur le volcan mais on m’a donné une chambre située au rez de chaussée donc je pouvais seulement entrevoir le top du volcan … qui est pratiquement toujours couvert par les nuages. J’aurais apprécié que ce soit plutôt écrit « vue partielle » pour éviter des déceptions.

• Nayeri (5/5): I stayed one night. It was not bad once I fell asleep. Given its central location it was supribgly quiet. - If you like staying in La Fortuna center, it is a great location. The room had two flaws for me. It was small with no windows. It felt as if I was inside a box. The floor had levels with as much as 10 inches drop between them. I almost fell a couple of times.

Every morning we had a delicious breakfast and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff took care of everything we needed, including doing our laundry. They also gave us great recommendations and helped us with booking tours etc. We loved our stay!

The hotel is in a super central location so you can easily walk anywhere, but it’s set back 2 streets from the Main Street meaning you have peace and quiet at night. There is a coffee maker with coffee in the room as well as a fridge and free water and even an ice machine in reception. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Free Netflix by hotel and good internet.
