• Karina (6/5): A quiet location, but the apartment itself needs much better cleaning and upkeep. - Great location: very quiet area, a grocery store right next to the building, and the train station is only a 3–5 minute walk away. Nice view from the balcony. The host is generally willing to help if needed. The apartment technically meets the basic requirements for accommodation (hot water, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine). However, many items were in such poor condition that they didn’t feel pleasant or comfortable to use. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place if you have the option to save up a little and choose something slightly more expensive, especially for a longer stay. The apartment was not clean upon arrival: noticeable coffee stains on the floor, a lot of dust, and a visibly stained sofa. It was cold inside, and the air conditioner did not work. Both smoke detectors were missing (only the mounts were left on the ceiling), which felt concerning. There was a strong cigarette smell on the balcony. Communication was slow — it sometimes took up to 1.5 weeks to receive a reply from the host. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a property that accommodates up to four people (only three cups and very limited cutlery). Bed linens and towels are available only for an extra fee. As a tourist, this felt inconvenient and unpleasant.

• Janka Dimošová (4/5): - Obchod blízko. Self check-in. Bez problémov. Byt by mohol byť pekný, keby bol udržiavaný. Škoda. Veľké sklamanie za tú cenu. Bohužiaľ rezervované narýchlo v aute. Nečítala som si hodnotenia. Ani podmienky - ešte som nikde nezažila príplatok za uteráky a posteľnú bielizeň 10€ na osobu. A to cestujeme veľa. Ešte, že sme mali komplet kempingovú výbavu - teda aj spacie vaky. O čistote ani nehovorím. A ďalšia vec - parkovanie. Miesto nemáte rezervované, ako sa píše v ponuke. Parkovanie na ulici 2 hodiny zadarmo. Majiteľ nám síce poradil, ako neplatiť. No možno by sme radšej zaplatili, aby sme sa nemuseli báť pokuty. Takéto niečo sa nám nestalo ani na Balkáne. Tam ubytovanie stojí 30€ a je tam čisto.

Jääkaappi ja pakastin Asunnosta puuttui ohjeistus. Oli pyykkikone mutta vain tyhjä purnukka pesuainetta.? Käsipesunestettä, astianpesuainetta vain 1 tl purkissa. Tyhjiä pesuaine hylsyjä kylppärissä.Vessapaperia puolitoista rullaa. Roskapusseja 2 kpl/ kaksi yötä perheenä reissussa. Puuttui vispilä,kauha ja lasta. Uuni ja pellit likaiset. Juomalaseja vain kolme. Lautasia ei riittävää määrää että voisi käyttää astianpesukonetta. Jäi tunne että halutaan yöpyjän ne sinne ostavan. Ostettiinkin mutta ei niitä sinne jätetty. Myös siivous puutteellista. Siinäkin tunne että välisiivousta ei tehdä. Jätin pöydälle lapun asunnon puutteista. Lähtiessä jätin epähuomiossa avaimen pöydälle vaikka se piti palauttaa avainlokerikkoon. Laitoin klo 10 viestin että lähdettiin ja pahoittelin asiaa. Iltapäivällä puoli kolme vuokraaja soittaa kysyy närkästyneenä missä avain. Vaatii 60 e kun huoltomies joutuu oven hänelle avaamaan. Ihmeteltiin ettei voi olla että asuntoon on vain yksi avain.Lopulta mies hänelle hermostui ja antoi palaa hänelle tämän palautteen. Tämä asunto olisi helposti kympin paikka jos ylläpitoon panostettaisiin.
• Alina (5/5): Overall, for one night, this place is actually a great option — it’s convenient, cozy, and well-located. But the cleanin - First, let’s talk about the good things — because there are quite a few! The location is fantastic. You don’t even need to go outside from the airport — just take the train down two stops and the building is literally right in front of you, about 200 meters from the station exit. The instructions for finding the key were incredibly detailed and even included photos, which made everything super easy. The apartment itself is compact but quite functional. The renovation looks relatively new, and there’s a spacious glazed balcony, which is a lovely bonus. The Smart TV has YouTube (even if it’s a bit slow), and there were basic supplies left by previous guests — things like tea, sugar, sauces, and some cleaning products, which was appreciated. The hosts were quick to respond and very polite. There’s also a restaurant and a small grocery store just a few steps away — extremely convenient! But now to the unpleasant part — and unfortunately, it was a big one: the cleanliness. Honestly, this was shocking, especially in Finland, where high cleaning standards are usually the norm. My family works in cleaning services, and even my mother was stunned — she literally said that if she ever cleaned like this at her job, she would be fired on the spot. It looked like no deep cleaning had been done here in years. I’ve stayed in many places, in different countries, and I’ve never seen anything quite like this. There was dust everywhere, stained and greasy surfaces, random dirty cleaning gloves lying in the bathroom, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The washing machine had a load of used, still-wet towels and bed linen just sitting inside, starting to smell. The wardrobe was stuffed with random things, including piles of old linens and rags — it honestly felt like someone just shoved everything inside in a hurry. Worst of all: pet hair was everywhere. All over the couch, under the table — if anyone has allergies, this could be dangerous. And one more surprising (and frankly disappointing) thing: bed linen and towels cost an extra 10€ per person. I’ve never encountered that in any apartment rental — these are usually included by default.

• Mazumdar (5/5): Poor apartment facility in Vantaa - I would not like to mention anything special since I am disappointed with the overall facilities. The electric oven was uncleaned with grilled residuals. The cupboard was fully occupied with materials. For this reason, we had to keep our clothes on the bed and chairs. It was my first experience in my travelling life that I had to pay extra money for bed linens and towels to the renter in addition, which are supposed to be basic facilities when an apartment is rented

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Good location for late arrivals. Quite clean. It’s not easy to find the key. The instructions are not clear. Not enough tableware in the apartment - just two forks, one pan. And I was surprised to pay cash for towels and bed linen.

There was washing machine gel in the bathroom. Part of the bed for 4th guest was completely destroyed. The lockbox with key was in puddle of water. Bed linen and towels are available at extra cost only.

• Beáta (10/5): Recommended apartment. - The location is excellent, 2-min walk from the train station, close to the airport and the city centre is easily accessible as well. Nice, clean space, perfect for 3 people. One little thing is that there are only 2 plates in the kitchen, while 3 or even 4 people can stay there. A bit odd, but that's all.
• Dmitry (7/5): Extra charges for towels and linens. - Location is very convenient. Easy connection to the airport. I didn't like that you have to pay separately for linens and towels. I've used quite a few hotels, guest houses, and guest apartments, but I've never been asked to pay extra for towels and bed sheets. Another bad thing is the host can charge your card without any notice and without your permission.
