• Katrin (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Top Lage, ruhig, unkomplizierter Check In via WhatsApp und Videos, App fürs Aufsperren sehr praktisch, Garage und Garagenplatz groß, schöner Patio mit Blumen, guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche, viele Lokale gleich vor der Tür, Supermarkt ums Eck und nur 5 Minuten zur Mezquita/Altstadt Doppelbett klein, Ausstattung in der Küche sehr dürftig - reicht nur für eine kleine Jause, kaum Gläser vorhanden
• SYLVAIN (7/5): Nous avi - Le parking , L’espace dans l’appartement , la position géographique , la tranquillité et la sécurité L’appartement a un gros potentiel mais n’est pas entretenu , la robinetterie à reprendre ,l’abattant des toilettes cassé , le robinet de la salade bain mal en point , l’électricité , la chaise cassée dans une chambre , le peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine , des fenêtres ne se ferment plus. Bref quel dommage ! Les serviettes de toilettes ne sentaient pas bon.. Le tapis de poussière sur les ventilateurs du plafond . Bref un gros entretien est nécessaire . Dans la cuisine 1 bouteille d’ huile et un paquet de café ce serait le minimum . Une personne qui accueille serait nécessaire , car se débrouiller avec des codes , 1 application à l’arrivée pour ouvrir le garage , le portillon et l’appartement ce n’est pas donné à tous !

• César (8/5): Apartamento céntrico, cómodo y bonito. - Excelente ubicación, a 4 minutos andando de la judería, y con varios restaurantes y tabernas también a pocos minutos andando. Con plaza de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio, y parada de autobús urbano delante del portal. Apartamento bonito, cómodo y muy limpio. Las camas pequeñas tienen los colchones muy blandos, al menos en nuestra opinión, pues quizás haya quien los prefiera así.

• Francesca (9/5): MERAVIGLIOSA CORDOBA - Posizione strategica e parking sotto casa, la grandezza dell'appartamento che era dotato di ogni cosa I letti non erano molto comodi, il materasso essendo solo gommapiuma e non di buona qualità si imbarcava, inoltre aggiungo che non abbiamo trovato nessuna bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto come dovrebbe essere.

• Frank (9/5): Absoluut de moeite waard - Perfecte ligging tov het centrum, fijn en ruim appartement, rustig gelegen in/achter een mooie binnenplaats. Hoewel er een sleutelsysteem werd gebruikt dat je mbv smartphone bedienen moet, werkt het vlekkeloos en vlot. Goede banken en stoelen. Ruime en goed toegankelijke parkeerplek onder het gebouw. Communicatie met de verhuurder via de app verliep plezierig. Bij het digitaal inchecken werd op het laatste moment nog even gevraagd om allerlei ID gegevens door te geven. Da's niet fijn als je net de koffers uit het vorige appartement naar buiten aan het zeulen bent. Iets eerder uitvragen graag! We wisten van tevoren dat de douche in het bad zou zijn, maar een verstelbare houder e/o glijstang voor de douchekop, zou een minimale investering zijn met maximaal comfort. Nu is het alleen maar standje loodrecht naar beneden.

Parking - underground - easy access - wide space. Apartment was cold - it has furnace but it was slow to heat up. Kitchen needs attention & updating - fix the light bulbs, add more dishes, more water and wine glasses (there was only 2).

• MarioVarela (9/5): Para pasarla muy bien. - La ubicación dentro de la zona turística antigua de la Ciudad y pocas calles de la Mezquita Catedral, es ideal. Amplio apartamento con todo para pasarla bien. Y el parking dentro de la urbanización.

• Jan (9/5): Mooi appartement op een prachtige locatie met parkeerplaats. - De locatie en de parkeergarage waren fantastisch. We zaten overal dichtbij. De twee banken zaten heerlijk en de airco kon de kamer goed warm krijgen De keuken inventaris had beter gekund. Er was een wasmachine en een vaatwasser , maar geen wasmiddel en vaatwastabletten. Als je een paar dagen in zo’n appartement verblijft dan ga je niet een verpakking kopen. Dit hebben we ook nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Er ligt altijd genoeg om 1 of 2 wasjes te doen. Ook waren er geen vuilniszakken. Misschien iets om mee te nemen voor volgende gasten. Een klein pannetje om eieren te koken en een vaat-en keukendoeken waren ook welkom geweest. Toch hebben we vanuit hier 4 prachtige dagen in Cordoba gehad.

• Raquel (8/5): De maravilla - La ubicación excelente. La amabilidad de Reyes que nos ayudó a alojarnos muy bien. Entramos antes de tiempo para poder realizar un tour y no hubo problema. Por poner un mini pero, las camas individuales tienen los colchones muy blandos, pero nos apañamos bien.

• BONNAUD (10/5): - La situation proche du centre de Cordoue. Le calme, l'appartement est sur le patio intérieur. Les 2 chambres avec les lits simples donnent sur une petite ruelle calme. C'est au rez-de-chaussée, les fenêtres ont des barreaux donc pas de problème pour la sécurité. Les fenêtres ont de vrais volets, c'est bien contre la chaleur du soleil et pour mieux dormir. Le parking privé souterrain.

Kleiner Tipp:Die Tür wird nicht mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet,nur mit der App.Eindrucksvoll die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch enge Gassen.

• PILI N (10/5): - La ubicación buenísima, cerquísima de todos los monumentos. El garaje en el mismo edificio, muy amplio y cómodo. El apartamento muy limpio y bonito. Con todos los accesorios necesarios, incluso lavavajillas, horno y lavadora, aunque nosotros no lo hemos necesitado. Reme, la dueña muy amable, nos explicó todo con detalle por WhatsApp, muy pendiente de si necesitábamos algo y que todo fuera bien. Usa un sistema de check-in y check-out muy moderno y cómodo que no necesita entrega de llaves en mano. Y nos pasó una lista muy completa de lugares que nos recomienda para comer o tapear según la zona. Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación, la comodidad de ver todo sin coger coche. Y Córdoba una preciosidad. Muchas gracias por todo, volveríamos sin duda!

• Claudio (8/5): Con un'APP - Appartamento enorme e sufficientemente pulito,ma avrebbe bisogno di un bel pò di manutenzione. L'impianto di climatizzazione è ottimo. La posizione è perfetta sia per visitare la città sia per arrivare in auto.Ottimo il parcheggio,di facile accesso e spazioso. La cucina ha tutto l'essenziale e abbiamo trovato anche acqua fresca in frigo. Meriterebbe un voto più alto ma non mi è piaciuto il sistema di apertura della porta. Ti arriva un link e le porte si aprono con una applicazione. App che ha smesso di funzionare alle 8 della mattina della partenza.Non sono riuscito a riportare il telecomando del garage in casa.Per fortuna avevo già portato fuori tutti i bagagli. Magari il classico tastierino sarebbe più comodo.

Home made wardrobe and bed with no headboard, just an awkwardly placed picture and bare wall to lean against. Sofas need thorough cleaning or replacing. Cupboards smelly. Would not recommend.

• Ann (10/5): The location cannot be beat - The two best things about this accommodation are the location and the responsive, friendly and clear communications from our host when we had a question. The home is on the edge of the old quarter, so one does not have to try to maneuver the narrow streets yet is in easy walking distance of all the sites. Restaurants and markets are also within easy walking distance. The host provided very clear instructions on parking and entry and promptly answered every question we had. The home itself was quite comfortable for a family of 5 and very quiet.
• Carlos (1/5): At 200 euro per night, we had to leave the place after the first night, wasting the payment of second one. - Only the location, close to the main monument in Cordoba, and parking availability. Staff were very friendly despite the situation. Old furniture, smelly, old sheets with hairs on them. They didn’t change the sheets after previous clients. There was an ants’ plague and we had ants’ bites when sleeping at night. Toilet paper roll reused from previous clients.

It had one of those digital locks that you could share with your guests so everyone could open the doors and also had a normal key, made it super convenient. Great value for money with full kitchen for cooking with three bedrooms

Alex was waiting to hand over the keys and pointed out places of interest in the old town. Parking was a bonus. I can’t think of anything that could have been better.
