• Cataldo (9/5): A refaire. - Le check-in réalisé par Lucas alias BADINI a été parfait : accueil chaleureux, explications claires et suivi très professionnel de notre arrivée. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé, avec une vue superbe. Il est également très bien situé, à seulement 3 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui facilite vraiment les déplacements dans Barcelone. Quartier animé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet appartement ! The check-in done by Badini was perfect: a warm welcome, clear explanations, and very professional follow-up of our arrival. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a beautiful view. It is also very well located, just a 3-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around Barcelona very easy. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this apartment! El check-in realizado por Badini fue perfecto: una bienvenida muy amable, explicaciones claras y un seguimiento muy profesional de nuestra llegada. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado, con una vista preciosa. También está muy bien ubicado, a solo 3 minutos a pie del metro, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos por Barcelona. Tuvimos una estancia excelente y recomendamos mucho este apartamento.
• Roberto (7/5): Sauber, gut gelegen und absolut geeignet für einen kurzen Städtetrip. - Sehr gute Kommunikation und herzlicher Empfang von Frau Guzman. Ruhige Lage, dennoch alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich z.B. ein gutes Restaurant sowie eine Apotheke. Schöne und große Dachterrasse mit guter Aussicht. Sehr kleiner Aufzug in dem max. 2 Erwachsene und 1 Koffer Platz haben. Das Bad ist auch recht klein und bietet wenig Ablageflächen. Die Betten sind recht hart und könnten zudem etwas mehr Länge haben.

• Violet (6/5): The landlord did a poor job of keeping clientele happy and this should not repeat for other client . - The location was great but the lift was not great. Only only entry with small luggage. So what happens when you have children. Such an inconvenience. There were no lights on the fifth floor and with the st The lift was not great. There were no lights on the fifth floor and with the stair cases were steep and very risky especially walking up and downstairs minus good visibility of poor lighting in general overall on all stair cases. We wished the landlord checked on the residents to know how we were getting or and check on us if we needed anything . The Wi-Fi never worked . The were inly two small towels per person and no replenishment .Few toilet rolls and then the landlord put the cleaning stuff in the kitchen cupboard with toilet rolls explaining with a note written on the cupboard not to use which felt quite ironical and selfish. There was cleaning detergents to clean up the toilets, kitchen and floor. Only four tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. One of us sent in several requests but landlord never emailed us back with clear explanation and response.so we bought more stuff and left in the apartment because it clearly explained that six days supplies was not catered for. No WiFi for the entire stay.
