Guest Reviews
- Robyn (9/5): Very Lovely space in incredibly Devine location ..Marian is a very generous host . - Backing onto a gigantic National Park is a HUGE +
Having the bay at the end of the road incredibly scenic & visually pleasing.
The shed Reno is a success. Aircon unit vibrated consistently(sounded like a scene from Apocalypse Now ) to the point where it was necessary to turn it off to hear .
It vibrated the whole wall ..
Bed oriented so that accessing bathroom is a challenge ..(very squeezy)
- Alejo (9/5): - Quiet, clean, Shower didn't have a door, so the whole bathroom would get wet after a shower
- Heidi (9/5): A great little space for a few days in a great location - A great little place for a few days. Bed was really comfy and had all the kitchen basics to self cater. Marion the owner was lovely and helpful without being intrusive. It’s def a granny flat at her back door but I felt like we had plenty of privacy and it was great to be able to easily ask when we needed something.
I stayed with my 7yr old which made the small space fine, but possibly might feel a bit claustrophobic if you were 2 large adults for more than a few days. The only real negative was that there aren’t blinds/curtains on the little windows up high. This is great for lots of light as it’s a small space, but not so great if you would like to sleep past 5.30am, which on hols you’d like the option to do!

- Claire (8/5): Internally small but perfectly formed and beautiful. - Great location and well priced for an expensive area. Though small, this property really had everything you could want. Very well thought out use of space. Perfect for a couple of days escape. The outdoor space was a little disappointing. Very limited in space and privacy. While there was access to a BBQ, this was in the owners garden. Outdoor seating was not very comfortable either. Fine to sit and have a cup of tea, but not for a longer lounge outside.

- Maureen (10/5): - Loved the area and the accomodation. Beautifully put together in an idyllic location. Small town charm at it's very best. Our host Marian was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the area and very interested in assuring that we had a fabulous time. Truly loved everything.

- Christopher (9/5): Central Coast retreat - Quaint granny flat style accommodation. 10-minute walk from the Wagstaff ferry. Very clean bedding and linen. Comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect for one or to nights.
- Bronya (8/5): Beautiful little retreat! Must stay if you want somewhere quiet and nature surroundings - Location was beautiful and use of the kayaks! Nicely decorated place, the host was lovely and stunning beaches close by. Had to drop off the key 25min walk away with a heavy bag, toilet was dirty when entered and ant problem in the kitchen unfortunately.
- Lowenna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (9/5): An idyllic, peaceful location close to National Park walks and various beaches. - Lovely location with a short drive to local cafes and restaurants. Air conditioner was very noisy but ceiling fan helped with the heat.
- Linda (9/5): A lovely comfortable stay at a very beautiful and peaceful location. - The location is very convenient, and it’s located within the beautiful national forest area.
Lots of opportunities to see beautiful wildlife.
The converted garage/shed was sufficiently comfortable, clean and well-stocked. There is no internet. The guest book / instructions advise of a WIFI connection and password, but this does not work.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional - Peace & quiet Nothing
- Naomi (10/5): Pelican's Nest was perfect. - what a beautiful place to stay at Pretty beach - it was a slice of heaven.
