You can do your laundry, it has a kitchen with an electric top for basic cooking, the washroom had warm water coming in at all times. The location of the hotel was the only thing we didn't find too convenient. The closest cafe and a 7/11 is a 10/15 min walk away.

• Yuliya (7/5): Только если по месторасположению вам удобно, иначе не рекомендую - Хороший, свежий номер. По просьбе дали посуду: сковороду, кастрюлю (её мы не просили), нож, вилки, ложки. Далее попросила утюг, ринесли и его, вместе с гладильной доской и сушкой для вещей. Хорошо бы, если бы это всё сразу было в номере, а не тратить время на спросить-ждать-получить. Во всяком случае дали. В номере были мыльно-рыльное, полотенца, свежее хорошее бельё. Кровать удобная, подушки тоже. Мошки в душевой. Их дохрена. Я нигде такого не встречала. При заселении, за дверью в душевой, висело полотенце явно от предыдущих жильцов. А после уборки после нас, также забыли забрать грязное полотенце, оно так и осталось валяться на полке Местоположение нам было не удобное. В этом районе страшно ходить пешком, прогуляться. Пришлось всегда такси вызывать и куда-то ехать. При том, если ехать в центр, то попадаешь на перекрёсток с очень долгой пробкой.

If I had known this in advance, I would not have booked this hotel. Unfortunately, due to the excessive noise from the street and the very loud air conditioner in the room, I decided to move to another hotel with my family.

Everything felt well thought out, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. I didn’t try the breakfast, but the rest of the stay was really great. A small detail: no complimentary laundry detergent was provided despite having a washing machine. Also, the property doesn’t have a swimming pool. Otherwise, everything was very good.

The hotel had everything you could need, even a washing machine which we used every day. Everything was excellent at the hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

• Atlas (9/5): Great Amenities, Cozy Bed, and Helpful Staff - The room I booked had everything I needed, eating utensils, a brand-new washing machine, and a new microwave. There’s a nice dining table, and what I loved most was the super comfy bed and pillows that make you want to sleep the whole night and day. The room was very clean, well-lit, and had a huge window that made the space feel bright and welcoming. The lobby was well-organized, and the dining area was just as neat and inviting. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. I arrived as early as 11:30 a.m., even though check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 p.m., but the staff kindly told me she could check me in right away. That was such a thoughtful gesture, especially since I had just come from a flight and really needed to rest. What I didn’t like was that the room given to me was located in front of the main road, so I could hear the noise of vehicles early in the morning, maybe my ears are just too sensitive to this kind of sound. Although the view in front was nice, the noise was a bit of a downside. But still, I could still highly recommend this hotel.

• Michael (2/5): I would tlstay in another hotel. - Not much, after. my stay. I would not recommend this hotel and for sure will not book again on my next trip to Bangkok. The hotel’s location right next to a busy road made it hard to relax, with loud traffic noise at all hours. I booked partly because they advertised a free airport transfer, but when I asked, they said it wasn’t available—really disappointing. The kitchenette had no basic tools—no pots, pans, or utensils—so it was basically unusable. The AC had no remote and blasted air, forcing me to get up during the night to adjust it manually. I stayed for eight nights, which made it feel especially unreasonable to be charged 500 baht for a small towel with a bit of coffee on it—something that should have been easily washable. I was told it couldn’t be cleaned, and no alternatives were offered. The staff were polite, but overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by their listing.
