La piscine et le salon commun avec possibilité de faire des barbecues. Bruyant, avec les fenêtres fermées ont entend l'extérieur comme si elles étaient ouvertes. La vaisselle dérisoire et salle C'est honteux de louer un appartement aussi beau où tout est neuf, déco impeccable et d'avoir de la vaisselle si délabrée, vieille salle (assiettes, couverts, casserole à jeter). Le contact via WhatsApp c'est bien fait avant le check-in Mais une fois que j'ai donné les informations demandées, je n'ai pas eu de réponse pour les quelques petits soucis notamment durant les 2 derniers jours (sur 4) Où j'ai signalé que le wifi ne fonctionnait plus. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Pas très correct et impoli

- Hinners (3/5): Bei einer Booking-Bewertung von 9+ hat man mehr erwartet. Man hat sich auf das Ende des Aufenthalts gefreut. Schließlich - Der Co-Living Bereich war gut. In dem Wohnzimmer, der Küche und auf der Terrasse konnte man sich gut aufhalten. Das Fitnessstudio ist zwar klein, aber nett. Der Pool war recht kalt und ebenfalls klein, aber auch sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit von einer Handvoll Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Sicherheitssystem funktioniert gut, jedoch sollte man vor der Ankunft einchecken, da kein Personal vor Ort ist. Der WhatsApp-Chat funktioniert gut. Wir haben uns vorher nicht mit der Lage auseinandergesetzt. Von Einheimischen wurde uns geraten das Viertel in der Nacht zu meiden. Man sollte sich ein Uber vor die Haustür bestellen. Generell waren in der Gegend sehr viele Obdachlose. Dementsprechend war der Geruch und die Sauberkeit vor der Haustür nicht sehr ansprechend. Das ist uns in Rio allgemein vermehrt aufgefallen, jedoch in dem Bereich extrem. Die Fenster haben Lüftungsgitter und sind so überhaupt kein Lärmschutz. Auf den Straßen war jeden Abend bis tief in die Nacht etwas los. Es wurde mit lauter Musik gefeiert. Gegebenenfalls hört man nachts auch Schüsse in der Gegend. Wenn die Straßen ruhig sind, wird man trotzdem von der ununterbrochen eingeschalteten Lüftung im Bad wach gehalten. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war auf dem ersten Blick gut. Blutflecken auf dem Bettbezug und Kissen sorgen jedoch dafür, dass man sich nicht sehr wohl fühlt.

Lokalizacja bardzo centralna, niedaleko przystanek z którego można dojechać w każde inne miejsce w Rio bez przesiadek. Lokal tez wyposażony bardzo dobrze. Brak przechowalni bagażu, mimo oznaczenia tego w ofercie. Pokrzyżowało nam to nieco plany. Dodatkowo w oknach kratka której nie dało sie zamknąć wiec mimo 7 piętra wieczorami słychać bardzo głośno co sie działo na placu nieopodal (usnąć sie nie dało)

- Morgane (8/5): Appartement moderne mais quartier pas rassurant - Appartement très propre, immeuble très sécurisé et proposant de nombreux services (piscine, salle de sport, laverie, etc.), lit confortable Le quartier est assez dangereux (il y avait un sdf installé devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et se droguant durant une partie du sejour), l'appartement n'est pas du tout lumineux et il était indiqué dans la description des services de streaming gratuits comme netflix, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

- lauriano (7/5): - La posizione della struttura è centralissima e ben collegata. L'appartamento è situato ad un piano molto alto e quindi completamente insonorizzato. Inoltre è molto confortevole e con tutti i servizi di cui si possa avere bisogno. L'appartamento ha una finestra interna che non poteva essere chiusa. Questo, nei giorni di permanenza che sono stati abbastanza freddi,ci ha creato un pò di problemi. Inoltre un pò di moscerini nel bagno dovuti allo scarico della doccia
- lauriano (9/5): - Appartamento finemente arredato di gusto. Lato giorno molto ben disposto e ben fornito. Nel complesso la struttura si oresenta in ottimo stato e molto accogliente. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato un pò di formiche in giro per casa, ma che non hanno inficiato in alcun modo sul giudizio della struttura. Inoltre, solita finestra aperta con grata, che non può esse chiusa. Sarà proprio un sistema che hanno di costruzione.

- Eduardo (3/5): - Localização. O quarto tinha um cheiro de cigarro insuportável. Além disso, infelizmente, acabei não prestando atenção às fotos da acomodação antes de fechar a locação. Certamente, não o teria feito se tivesse prestado mais atenção, pois a decoração é de péssimo gosto e perturbadora. Tive uma noite péssima, pois o ambiente causa tensão e nos mantém em estado de alerta.

A pesar de estar en el piso 13 a las 7am ya empieza el barullo de los alrededores y por las noches el barrio no es lindo para salir por la cantidad de gente que se encuentra en situacion de calle y se ve mucho consumo de estupefacientes.
- Antonio Jose (9/5): - Apartamento muito espaçoso e limpo. Host nos informou tudo que era necessário para entrar no prédio, garagem e apartamento. Espaço exatamente igual as fotos. Simples, porém faz diferença, o chuveiro é muito curto, precisamos praticamente ficar encostados na parede para ficar embaixo do chuveiro, tirando isso o apartamento é ótimo.

Review: Honest Take on Our Stay We stayed at the superior studio on the street side. While this apartment is offered at a good price, our overall experience left us quite disappointed, mainly due to location, atmosphere, and comfort. Check-in Process It would have been much more welcoming if the host had met us at the apartment to let us in personally. Instead, the check-in involved a complex online process that felt impersonal and unnecessarily complicated. A copy of the passport needs to be shared, not just shown, which might be normal these days, but also raises security issues. Noise and Sleep Quality The apartment is not well soundproofed — we heard a lot of car noises from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get proper rest. View and Ambience There is technically a balcony, but it overlooks an office street with high buildings and no charm or character. There are no windows with a (real) view or sunlight, which made the space feel closed in and disconnected from the outside world. Location and Surroundings The apartment is located in an office/business district, which lacks the vibrant, lively Brazilian atmosphere many travelers seek when visiting Rio. The area is empty at night with just cars passing through, and not very save. If you're looking to experience authentic Brazilian life — music, food, energy — this neighborhood may not be ideal. Getting to more exciting or culturally rich areas from here takes time (and money), which a better location saves you. Interior and Design The apartment is painted in very dark grey tones, and the interior design is equally somber. This gave the space a rather depressing feel, especially when combined with the lack of natural light. Final Thoughts While the price is attractive, you may be missing out on the essence of Rio by staying here. If experiencing the heart of Brazilian culture is important to you, I’d recommend choosing a place with a more vibrant atmosphere and better location.
- Dias (10/5): Excellent value for money in the downtown area! - Excellent property in the downtown area. Just a 5 minute walk from the very popular Selaron steps - so you can wake up at 7 and try to get a jump on the queues! The property also has a pool, gym, and laundry. Just 15 minutes by taxi to the popular beaches - Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon. Given that it's downtown, the neighbourhood isn't the most picturesque, and may feel a little intimidating at night.

O acesso ao prédio é fácil, via reconhecimento facial. A entrada no apartamento é via fechadura digital com código. É estranho ter armários cuja abertura é proibida.

I was wondering if something emergency happens to a guest, how they can get help. At the very least, they should have an emergency contact available all the time. Would I stay there again? NO way.

- Jennifer (7/5): War aber sehr angenehm. - Sehr modern und gute ausgestattete, wenn Mann im Zentrum bleiben müssen ist eine gute Option. Da ist keine Personal vor Ort, und das stört mir nicht, aber ich denke das die verantwortliche sollte sich denn Ort öfters gucken gehen, besonders die Bereich putzen/reinigen. Es war nicht dreckig aber könnte besser sein 😊

Dormimos com almofadas do sofá! Sofá cama não é apropriado para dormir, duas crianças tiveram que dormir na divisória do sofá!

- Pablo (8/5): Bueno - El departamento cumplió con las expectativas, limpió, cómodo, casi bien equipado, las áreas comunes están en buen estado. El personal facilitó de muy buena manera el check-in, todo el tiempo atentos a mis consultas, incluía wifi. Incluía toallas y buen aseo del baño. Muy buen sistema de llaves para ingresar y buena iluminación, bastante moderno. Quizás deberían tener implementado más cosas comunes que a veces no es necesario comprar, como por ejemplo azúcar e endulzante, café. No incluía el aseo a diario. La ubicación la verdad pensé que sería mucho mejor, como experiencia queda casi todo lejos, Copacabana a 20 a 30 minutos según el tráfico, cerca las escaleras de selaron. Lugar un poco peligroso para andar de noche.

- Tere (10/5): - La anfitriona se comunico con nosotros en todo momento. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en la zona de lapa. Cerca de los arcos de lapa. También está cerca la estación de metro( subterráneo) estuvimos muy cómodos. Del departamento no tenemos nada que no nos haya gustado. Lo que no nos gustó de la ciudad y principalmente de la zona de lapa la cantidad de moradores de rua. Y el olor a suciedad y mucha mugre , en las veredas y en los lugares turísticos. Pero para ir a los distintos lugares turísticos nos buscaba un uber a la puerta del edificio y nos dejaban donde le habíamos solicitado. Y eso nos daba más seguridad
