• Claudia (7/5): Für 2 Nächte war es ok und hat gereicht. - Einrichtung ziemlich neu und renoviert. Etwas dunkel im Keller, Kellerfenster in den Schlafzimmern und schwierig mit Lüften im Bad. ( nur kleines Kellerfenster und keine Lüftung)
• Alex (10/5): Ottimo appartamento a pochi passi da Innsbruck, a 30m c’è anche un parcheggio pubblico gratuito ideale per chi vuole vis - Ottimo appartamento, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario Alle finestre nelle camere sarebbe meglio aggiungere delle tende, anche se i vetri sono opachi, al mattino entra molta luce ed è difficile dormire

• Franz1860 (8/5): - Saubere Wohnung gut ausgestattete Küche sehr freundlicher Vermieter ruhige Lage Ist halt eine Kellerwohnung..Schlafzimmer sind daher sehr dunkel Wohnzimmerglastüre nach draußen führt direkt zu den parkenden Fahrzeugen vom Vermieter. Töpfe insbesondere die Pfanne könnten mal erneuert werden.

• chrisalisa (9/5): Gemütliche grosszügige Wohnung mit sehr nettem Vermieter - Super netter Vermieter, grosse Wohnung, schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden in der Küche. Ein kleiner Abstrich für die schmalen Betten und die Kellerfenster, die kaum Lüftung im Schlafzimmer bringen.
• stefy (8/5): Una casa in una zona molto tranquilla - La grandezza delle stanze dava molto il senso di essere a casa. Con il necessario e il suo fascino ci ha accolti molto bene. Abbiamo trovato caffè the anche altro. Non era ben pulita C erano un po' di ragnatele e un po' di polvere.

• gabriela (9/5): דירה מעולה במרחק דקות מאינסברוק - בית מרווח, מטבח מאובזר, מקלחת טובה, טלביזיה חכמה עם אפליקציות מגוונות אין מספיק איורור בחדר השינה, יש רק חלון קטן שפונה לפיר. הוויפי התנתק מדי פעם.

• Jose Javier (8/5): - La vivienda es muy grande, y tal y como aparece en las fotografías. Esta al norte del pueblecito de Thaur, muy cerca de Insbruck.. es una zona muy tranquila. Un punto a su favor es la piscina cubierta que tiene (no climatizada) para uso exclusivo de la familia que alquila y de sus huéspedes. El aparcamiento que se indica que esta a unos 30 metros estuvo ocupado todos los dias que estuvimos allí, pero pudimos aparcar en el propio recinto de la vivienda. Apenas hay aspectos negativos. Quizás que al ser una vivienda en un bajo, habia muy poca luz en las habitaciones y en wifi llegaba con mucha dificultad. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fácil para llegar y entrar al apartamento y el día de la llegada (de forma presencial). Pero luego le enviamos un par de mensajes y no nos ha respondido..
• Swantje (6/5): Für eine Übernachtung ok. Für Urlaub leider nichts. - Geräumig und alles da, was man braucht. Zweckmäßig. Zum Schlafen und Duschen gut. Nichts für den Urlaub. Leider ist das ein ausgebauter Keller, daher ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel. Der Blick im Wohnzimmer geht in die überdachte Garage. Direkt vor dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster parken also regelmäßig Autos ein und aus und es laufen Menschen unmittelbar an den Scheiben vorbei. Man kann die Jalousie runter machen. Dann ist es allerdings leider noch dunkler.
• Anna (10/5): Gorąco polecam, piękny apartament za rozsądne pieniądze. - Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona zarówno w piekarnik, płytę grzewczą, mikrofalę oraz ekspres do kawy. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, duży plus za materace. Apartament bardzo czysty. Lokalizacja kawałek drogi od centrum, piękne widoki. Apartament stanowi dolną/piwniczną kondygnację obiektu, 2 sypialnie są poniżej poziomu gruntu i posiadają tylko małe okienka. Nie jest to problem gdyż większą część dnia spędza się na zwiedzaniu okolic.

• Simone (9/5): Berge und Pool in einer schönen Kombi für einen schönen Urlaub! - Die Betten waren sehr schön für uns hergerichtet, die Bettwaren hochwertig und kuschelig. Christoph hat uns fröhlich und unkompliziert begrüßt. Der Pool war toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
• Zhanna (4/5): Disappointing - I didn’t like it. It felt like living in a storage room. The place was cluttered, with random items in almost every room — probably left behind by previous guests, but they definitely should have been removed. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and hallway. Mold in the bathroom. The backyard was neglected and uninviting — we didn’t even go outside or use the pool once. We stayed in the basement apartment, and every morning and evening (we were away during the day) lots of people were constantly walking by — it felt like a public passage. We had to keep the shutters almost fully closed, which made it even more uncomfortable.
• Basson (9/5): The house is perfect for a short or long term stay. Thank you - The house was perfect, big enough for a family of 5, the rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen area is the perfect size. The host is super attentive. Everything we needed was available N/A

• Siti (9/5): Very comfortable & enjoyable stay! - The property is well equipped with all the necessities especially in the kitchen. Even there’s eye makeup & nail polish remover in the bathroom. The host is very friendly & accommodating too. He helped to send us to the bus-stop during checkout due to heavy snowfall.
• Maike (10/5): Very nice apartment - Spacious and very clean apartment. There were also a lot of basics provided for cooking such as spices and oil. We always find it convenient not having to buy it ourselves when on holiday. Coffee and tea were provided for breakfast, as well as some small cups of jam and Nutella. Other useful items available: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, towels, toilet paper,... So much had been thought of. The presence of a washing machine was also very much appreciated. The proximity to Innsbruck and Hall are a plus. You cannot park at the accommodation itself, but there is a safe, free public car park nearby. We dropped our luggage off in the driveway, so this actually didn't bother us that much. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool due to the weather. But that is of course out of anyone's control.
