• Irène (6/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung und die Terrasse waren nicht fertig gestellt, eine Baustelle. Die Betten und das Sofa waren sehr hart. Die Wohnung schien noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein und es roch in den Zimmern stark nach Holzstaub. Die Bewohner der Nachbarsuite konnte vor allen Fenster der Wohnung direkt durchgehen und hineinschauen. Dies wahr sehr unangenehm, da es keine Abgrenzung des Balkons gab.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered. The Alpine Flowers and some early butterflies , many bird species at this time of year were just fantastic , a few local shops etc . A week was just right for me very relaxing .

We have been going to Swisspeak Hotels at other locations for quite a few years now, but this one is brand new and had the best facilities inside the apartment. It is so beautifully designed, that I wished we had the same beds and so many drawers and closets at our own home. The beds are a bit on the firm side, but we still slept well. The showers are very modern and have good water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the best part – if you’re traveling with children – there is a big gaming room and a playroom, so even in the evenings there’s plenty of fun for the kids. I can highly recommend this hotel!

The access to the ski room and slope should be improved for safety (too steep to get up and down steel stairs). Apartment is nice, clean, good size with gorgeous views. Bus stop to and from Sion station is right outside the entrance.

• Olga (9/5): Great location, good property, maintenance to tune up to the standards for such a property class. - The property is great, everything is new. The cleaning personnel must be trained better, even given the newly opened property. For the establishment of such type and prospective high rental value, it is unacceptable for guests to see the dirty laundry from the adjacent unit(s) simply piled up on floor next to the guest elevator. Guest are on the paid vacation, the cleaning/maintenance services should be invisible, or at least, an attempt must be made to have proper cleaning bins for dirty bedding/laundry items.

• Warren (10/5): Great temporary residence while waifor access to ski chalet - Apartment was excellent, very spacious, lots of storage, super shower area & bathroom. Not very much, just a few minor points given to local staff.
