- ROBYN (4/5): Not value for money - The location was excellent. Second bathroom advertised was not an ensuite. It was in a dirty old garage out back and was filthy. Windows were dirty, limiting the water view. Cobwebs throughout the house: kitchen, lounge and ceiling. Outdoor table and chairs had green slime. Table broken. Floorboards out back rotten and in need of replacing. House is in serious need of attention and thorough cleaning .

- Cathy (5/5): Ok, overpriced for what you get - The location & view Dead ants on dining table & thousand dead ants in the back toilet which we had to wipe up Outdoor permanent cover would be good so we could sit outside in drizzle Outdoor furniture is green with moss & mould due to no permanent cover - so unable to use Both Decks are in need TLC No Hairdryer for $960 a night this is absurd Clean the windows when you know you have guests arriving so they can enjoy the view A house number at the front of the property would be a no brainer plus instructions that it’s a battle axe block with a long driveway Musty awful smell like the house had been locked up for months. How this rates 10 is beyond me
