It was very comfortable and the check in process was straightforward and clear. Guido was very responsive and helpful. We had a great experience! We enjoyed everything!

• Guest (10/5): - die unterkunft ist super gemütlich, schön ausgestattet und gut gelegen. in nichtmal 5 minuten erreicht man die u-bahn oder tram station und kommt somit gut überall hin. um die ecke gibt es einen aldi und lidl. zudem ist der vermieter super zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. ein großes dankeschön an ihn.

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect for our short stay in Milan. In a very convenient location with grocery stores and restaurants close by. Metro station only a few minutes walk that allowing easy access to anywhere. Guido is a fantastic host helping us with many questions we had. Apartment was safe and secure. Cleaned to a very high standard and had everything we needed to cook at home. Drip coffee and pod coffee machines were handy too. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was better than other places we've stayed. We would love to stay again if we go back to Milan.and can highly recommend Bright House. Nothing!

The apartment was spotless, everything on hand (even the coffee). The host accommodated our arrival time and was very generous with directions and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Communication was efficient and pleasant. We had a great time! The walls are a bit thin and we were able to hear plenty of conversation from neighbours. This isn’t something the host can change, though. And quiet hours were respected by everyone.

The host did more than enough to make us feel right at home, from the ultra detailed instructions on how to get there, the apartment amenities (everything you could possible need when away from home - including sights suggestions for every visitor's taste, transportation means around the city, we even found the sofa already prepared for sleeping, which is unusual from our experience), he also covered every possible situation you could encounter during your stay. Spotless clean, with an elegant combination of modern and classical furniture, the apartment is located in a quiet and green zone, 5 min away from an M1 Metro station. Thanks for having us and helping us fully enjoy a few days in Milan!
