Chloé (1/5): Pire séjour ever !! - L’hôte était agréable et là est le seul point positif. Horrible, à fuir d’urgence. Nous mettons 1 étoile uniquement parce qu’on ne peut pas mettre 0. Cet appartement est un scam complet et ne correspond ni aux photos ni à la description sur Booking. Le logement reçu n’apparaît même pas dans l’annonce, et en consultant d’autres avis, nous avons constaté que personne n’a le même appartement. Vous réservez donc sans savoir ce que vous aurez. L’arrivée est déjà problématique : aucun accueil, aucune indication sur place, obligation de télécharger une application douteuse pour obtenir un code d’accès. Une vraie galère dès le début. Seul point positif : la personne qui nous a accueillis était aimable. Mais là encore, aucun moyen de vérifier son identité, et les personnes (Jade, Sue…) avec qui nous échangions ne correspondent pas à celles rencontrées sur place. Concernant l’appartement : odeur insupportable d’humidité et de moisissure, surtout dans la salle de bain (maux de tête immédiats). Logement extrêmement sale : fourmis, poussière, taches partout, projections douteuses, canapé et draps tachés (y compris de fluides corporels), moisissures, équipements cassés (chasse d’eau, table…), surfaces collantes… Nous n’osions rien toucher. Le bâtiment est lui aussi sale et probablement insalubre. Au-delà de l’hygiène, la sécurité est très inquiétante : porte qui ne ferme pas, chaîne de sécurité cassée, porte-fenêtre non sécurisée donnant sur un balcon commun, objets suspects (gélules, mouchoir sale), escalier dangereux… Nous avons même dû faire intervenir quelqu’un pour réparer la porte. Très déçus de Booking, dont les avis étaient pourtant positifs. Nous avons dû quitter les lieux en urgence et changer de logement. Nous demandons un remboursement. Notre séjour n’a réellement commencé qu’après avoir fui cet appartement miteux.

Dj (10/5): We frankly recommend it - Honestly we always go there, the staff, price and location are literally perfect. The flat has everything you’d need honestly the flats are a bit old with a small bathroom but it does the job for a quick visit. Just don’t believe everything you read online.
Neil (1/5): This is a poor quality place and so dirty. I would recommend looking elsewhere before you book. - The location was reasonably good for access to local tubes. The property was filthy. Really filthy. It smelt of dirt and stale smoke. Other residents were clearly smoking and as a result the smell permeated other flats and clothing. There were parts of beds and junk in the hallways. The walls were stained. The electrics are questionable and present a fire risk. One resident was playing music until 4 am. No staff visible. The view out of the back is of a dirty yard. Whilst this was relatively inexpensive I can say that this is possibly the worst property I have stayed in.
Mathilde (2/5): I will not book this place again. - The bathroom was very dirty, and the smell of sewage was coming up through the pipes. There was no water pressure in the shower, and we had to wait at least five minutes for hot water to come. The toilet seat was loose, and the flush handle was broken. In the kitchen, the sink faucet was loose. In the bedroom, there were hairs and hair under and on the sheets of the bed. It was really disgusting. Overall, the walls of the apartment were very dirty and the smell was truly foul. There was also a big leak in the building the last day we stayed, which confirmed that the place was poorly maintained.

Vincent Johannes Frederikus (1/5): Uitgeleefde studio - De foto's op booking waren niet overeenkomstig met de studio. De deur klemde aan de binnenzijde bij het openen, de wc was half kapot, de douche werkte net genoeg. Het is best wel gehorig in het complex. De studio zat op de 5e etage zonder lift, dus enorm veel trappen lopen. Er waren nog meer verdiepingen boven ons.

Mattia (6/5): Magica Londra - Struttura situata in posizione comodissima rispetto alla stazione Paddington, con soli 10 minuti di strada a piedi. Quartiere bellissimo e tranquillo. Staff molto disponibile e reattivo nelle risposte. Il nostro appartamento, così come il terrazzo esterno erano molto sporchi. Forse sono i livelli di standard di pulizia loro, però comunque il divano era sporco, le sedie della cucina pure e anche il terrazzo esterno.

Si TV. Wifi pobre. Si se que es asi, no reservo. No habia material de limpieza en la cocina, tipo paños. Tampoco me gusto que me llamaran para confirmar cuando no hablo ingles.
Aida (7/5): Buena ubicación - Buena ubicación y fácil check in. La cama era cómoda y era más grande de lo esperado. El baño es diminuto, mi pareja ni siquiera entraba en la ducha. Además la habitación no estaba muy limpia, había polvo por el suelo y el mo en el baño, fue bastante desagradable. No se nos dio gel ni champú para la ducha lo cual nos había gustado saber con antelación ya que tuvimos que comprarlo. Por otro lado no tuvimos vasos no tazas ni algunos cubiertos y eso que solo éramos dos personas.

Windows didnt open and the place was stuffy and unhealthy, no fan. Bathroom rusty, moldy, tiny. Kitchen, filthy, badly equipped and bad layout. Couldnt access sink. All the drains were blocked, gross. Toilet didn't flush properly. All the hallways were filthy and to top it off, the hallways stunk of pot, they must haved smoked pot morning noon and night, our room stunk of it. Fake photos, property looked nothing like photos. Lucy (5/5): Functional and great location. Pretty basic but cheap. - Great location, one mattress was v comfortable, well equipped kitchenette. Functional if basic. Building very tattered, room itself felt tired, could do with a lick of paint. Bathroom so small it was impossible to move without hitting yourself off shower, toilet etc. One mattress was too soft.

Ahmad (10/5): - What I liked the most is the location. It’s very close to the airport—about 40 minutes from Heathrow—which made travel really convenient. It’s also very close to central London; within 10–20 minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful places like the Big Ben area or the bridge. There is also a market nearby and grocery shops that are open 24 hours, which was very helpful. Overall, considering the price and the service, it was more than excellent.

Heureusement que la porte s’est ouverte et qu’il y avait une personne du ménage. Pas de papier toilette pendant tout le séjour malgré mes demandes!! Propreté à revoir! On entend beaucoup les voisins! Aucune pression dans la douche, juste un filet d’eau!

El apartamento donde estábamos tiene todo lo que uno necesita. La atención al cliente muy buena, rápida y super amable. Tuve un problema con las fechas y me ayudaron a solucionarlo y también resolvían cada duda que me surgía. Estaba limpio, lo que ya es mucho para Londres, según mi experiencia. El apartamento necesita mantenimiento urgentemente. Es pequeño y el cuarto de baño minúsculo. Se escucha todo de los pisos de al lado y de arriba, los vecinos de arriba no nos dejaban dormir hablando y caminando maratones a cualquier hora.

Al nostro arrivo nn abbiamo trovato la struttura pulita e soprattutto nella nostra prenotazione avremo dovuto avere due letti alla francese e invece abbiamo trovato un letto e un divano letto non preparato, chiedendoci loro di farlo noi!! Irene (3/5): - Si se salva este apartamento es únicamente por su localización. El apartamento estaba sucio. Cogimos este porque tenía cocina para poder cocinar en él, sin embargo estaba tan sucio que no utilizamos absolutamente nada. Algún enchufe estaba roto, las paredes sucias, el baño minúsculo y las paredes eran de papel. Se escucha hasta cuando andan los vecinos. En las imágenes parece más amplio de lo que realmente es. No lo recomiendo porque lo que nos iba a suponer un ahorro de dinero (ya que íbamos a cenar en casa todos los días) ha supuesto un gasto extra.

Heard nothing till about 7am the next day. Asked for codes then and when FINALLY given them there was someone else in my room. Called and was told they were fully booked. I asked for a credit for another night and I was told if I pay £50. I was then told to contact booking.com for a refund. It’s been 3 weeks and I am being ignored. Nothing.?

Het bed was kapot, zou iemand komen om te maken maar die is niet geweest. Ik heb 4 nachten onder een fleese deken op een matrasje op de grond gelegen. Contact met de manager verliep stroef tot ik zei dat ik een slechte review zou maken, toen bood hij refund aan, maar dat heb ik nooit ontvangen.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that included basic cooking essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating worked well. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and services nearby. Bayswater and Queensway stations are just a short walk away, and Paddington is less than 10 minutes on foot. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing extra towels and useful recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
Manuel (5/5): Departamento pasillo - La ubicación es excelente. Barrio tranquilo y relativamente céntrico. El personal también es muy amable! De moderno no tienen nada. Son departamentos súper chiquitos, no aptos para estadías mayor a dos noches. Teníamos dos maletas, no podíamos siquiera abrir una. Un pasillo largo y angosto, con una mesa y dos sillas a punto de romperse. Nos tocó con escalera, y subir y bajar eso era una odisea diaria. La ventana estaba rota, así que tuve que poner algo para que se mantenga abierto. El olor que salía del baño era insoportable. Si alquilan, dejen siempre puerta de baño y ventana abierta. Es la única manera para no pasarla mal.

Matteo1994 (1/5): State alla larga! - Lasciate perdere, siamo arrivati alle 3 di notte e abbiamo trovato la stanza in condizioni pietose, contattato l'host non ha saputo fornirci soluzioni o alternative e abbiamo dovuto dormire in stazione. Successivamente anziché agevolare le procedure di rimborso, hanno temporeggiato, nel frattempo noi abbiamo dovuto trovarci e pagare un'altra struttura. In tutto questo, il giorno del check-in ci hanno spostato la stanza in un altra struttura, ben più distante modificandoci tutta la logistica del viaggio.

Patricia (7/5): Ideal para estancias cortas - La zona es ideal. Tienes estaciones de metro cercanas, tiendas y Hyde park. El apartamento muy pequeño, pero para una estancia corta es suficiente. La WIFI de la habitación no es muy estable... y en el colchón te hundes un poco... Tampoco hay mesa, nosotros cenábamos en la cama.
Esteve Cabanes (6/5): Viaje a Londres - La ubicación del apartamento es buena y el apartamento en sí está bastante bien. En general, por el precio que tiene, no está tan mal. El alojamiento en sí es fácil de encontrar, el problema que veo es que no mandan las instrucciones del check-in hasta la hora exacta en que se puede entrar, por tanto, al no haber recepción, se debe esperar en la calle hasta que se haga la hora si se llega con cierta antelación. Destacaría negativamente la limpieza (inexistente) y el tamaño del baño, así como la regulación de la temperatura del agua que es muy complicada (o hierve o congela).
Tamara Brenda (2/5): Sucio - Lo único valorable es la ubicación , a 5 minutos andando de la estación de Bayswater. Todo muy sucio , el sofá que cuenta como cama ,con unas manchas sospechosas, muy desagradables . En las sillas de tela , lo mismo, manchas y suciedad que daba asco mirar . La moqueta sucia también . Todo olía mal . Olor a marihuana en todo el edificio , este se acentuaba a mitad de la noche , parecía un fumadero. Nos quejamos y enviaron a una persona que accedió al apartamento cuando no estábamos y lo que hizo fue hacer la cama del sofá , abrió el balcón dejando la moqueta llena de hojas secas ., no se molestó ni en recogerlas . Imposible dormir cómodos , las almohadas son papel de fumar y los colchones ni hablar . Los muebles de la terraza están de adorno , están podridos no puedes usarlos . Tengo fotos de todo lo que comento . Una vergüenza .

Danielmeier (1/5): - Rein gar nichts, siehe Negativbewertung- Achtung, dieses Apartment entspricht in keiner Weise den im Internet abgebildeten Fotos und Beschreibung, Apartment 23. Appartement Dreckig, Klebrig, unsauber. In den Fluren lagern Mülltüten mit Wäsche oder Müll, undichte Fenster, Betten eine einzige M: ilben- und Wanzenoase, Türen beschädigt, Bachofen und einer mobilen Heizung, sprich Radiator aus grauer Vorzeit nicht den Sicherheitsstandards entsprechend, ebenfalls verdreckt. Achtung: Die Fotos und beschreibungen passen in KEINER Weise der Realität. Wir haben dort keine einzige Nacht geschlafen, ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten, um den Buchungsbetrag erstattet zu bekommen. Kontakt bekommt man mit dem Gastgeber nicht, nur ein WhatsApp- Kontakt, über den die Korrespondenz verlief. Geholfen in dieser Angelegenheit haben sie uns allerdings auch nicht. Booking.com ist für die Rückerstattung nicht zuständig, habe ich in Erfahrung gebracht, also oberste Vorsicht, wenn man sein Geld für eine sehr schlechte Unterkunft loswerden möchte!!!

We got a room completely different from the one advertised in the pictures when we first booked it. We originally booked a top floor studio with mezzanine and we got an underground studio instead. - room was disgusting, smelling like mould, no sunlight, and the only window opened to the view of the other studio room right next to it! - zero wifi connection and zero phone signal all throughout the room. - bathroom was disgusting and full of mould. - furniture was broken and the room was very rundown. - people in other rooms were extremely loud all the time and playing music at all times - walls are extremely thin and the noise is horrible. We kept waking up every night because of loud footsteps and creaks noises so loud that it seemed like it was in our actual room. - a few days into our stay someone knocked on our door and demanded to come in and look at the wifi. We got absolutely zero notice of this which is extremely unprofessional and worrying. And of course the wifi still did not work after the man checked it. I complained to the number they advertised for 24/7 help and i sent pictures as evidence and I WAS LIED TO that our concerns have been escalated to the manager and we will be moved to another studio right away. COMPLETE LIES. The manager called and messaged me to ask what is the issue with the room and I said that I have already explained to his customer service team everything in detail and I sent pictures of all the disgusting things that were wrong with the studio. He completely ignored me and DID NOT solve any of the issues and DID NOT change our room, despite more rooms actually being available as I checked on the website. Will never stay here again and I will report this property and manager as it’s a health hazard and I got all the pictures and video evidence to prove it.
BERSIA-MULA (3/5): Très déçue - Le manager à quand même essayé d'être coopératif Notre séjour a malheureusement été fortement perturbé par une accumulation de problèmes du début à la fin, et non par un incident isolé. Dès la première nuit, l’appartement était inhabitable en raison de nuisances sonores très importantes et continues provenant de l’étage supérieur, auxquelles s’est ajoutée une fuite d’eau au plafond. Ces problèmes nous ont contraints à changer d’appartement en urgence. Par la suite, les désagréments ont continué : interventions répétées de maintenance, demandes de retour dans l’appartement pour permettre des accès, coupure d’eau froide non rétablie (que nous avons dû régler nous-mêmes), ainsi que des problèmes de plomberie affectant un autre logement, entraînant de nouvelles sollicitations. Enfin, la situation de ce matin, avec une personne inconnue frappant de manière insistante à notre porte, a été particulièrement inconfortable. Au final, il n’y a pas eu une seule journée sans incident, ce qui a considérablement impacté notre séjour et notre expérience globale.

La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, soprattutto in cucina, che risultava particolarmente sporca. Il problema più grave è stato però la doccia non funzionante. Abbiamo segnalato subito il guasto al proprietario, ma durante il soggiorno non è stato fatto alcun intervento né ci è stata proposta una soluzione alternativa. Considerando che la doccia è un servizio essenziale, ci saremmo aspettati una gestione più attenta e tempestiva del problema. Nel complesso, esperienza deludente.
Anna (7/5): I would recommend this place if you want to be close to the attractions, but also not spending too much. - What we liked the most about the property was its location, very close to the Paddington underground, to Kensington gardens and a few minutes on foot from Notting Hill. There are lots of restaurants, fast foods and markets nearby and the neighborhood is really calm and safe. Another positive aspect is the price, convenient and not high at all compared to other London hotels/apartments. The heating and the wifi also worked really well, and the staff was kind to help. The room was a little dirty and the day before we left, when we asked for more toilet paper and another towel, even if the staff told us they would have brought them to us, we did not received them. Fortunately it was our last night and we left the room the following morning, but we had to make do. This happened just the last day because the other days when we needed something they were always ready to help or fix problems
Nati (3/5): - Tiene a dos calles Queensway que es una calle llena de restaurantes, para de metro bayswater y algún supermercado La ubicación esta bastante bien pero todo lo demás deja mucho que desear... Al llegar te das cuenta que la habitación muy limpia no está, es poco confortable y la odisea empieza cuando te quieres duchar. No sale agua de la ducha y cuando conseguimos que arreglen la presión el agua pasa de frío a ardiendo en unos segundos y no se puede regular, hemos tenido que ducharnos con ollas de la cocina poniendo agua templado o frío del grifo. El trato con la gente del alojamiento ha estado bien

Rubén (3/5): Alojamiento no recomendable, falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Buena ubicación. - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de 2 paradas de metro (Bayswater y Queensway). Hay restaurantes, comercios y supermercados muy cerca. Adel (manager del alojamiento) nos atendió muy bien y el precio salió realmente económico para ser Londrés. Las fotos del estudio no se corresponden con la realidad, son fotos de hace años cuando se reformó, un anuncio totalmente engañoso. Lo reservamos por las bonitas fotos, por el precio y ubicación. Sabíamos que era pequeño, apenas 15 metros, pero eso no nos importó. La sorpresa fue al llegar y ver un alojamiento que poco se parecía a lo reservado. Entro en detalle: El suelo estaba sucio y pegajoso, los muebles dañados, el pulsador del WC roto (se caía al pulsarlo), la zona del frigorífico sucia, el horno sucio, la mesa donde comer sucia y rota y la calefacción no funcionaba y sucia. Gracias a Dios tuvimos agua caliente y ni rastro de cucarachas / hormigas (problema recurrente en otras reseñas). Útiles de cocina escasos, no quisimos usar el horno por la suciedad interior, de modo que comimos de microondas por las noches. Al activar el grill del microondas para hacer una lasaña de horno, éste empezó a oler mal por la suciedad que tenía el propio grill y nos cayeron restos negros sobre la lasaña... La cama de muelles muy incómoda, tuvimos dolor de espalda durante la estancia. Mi pareja y yo nos hundíamos hacia el centro de la cama continuamente, debíamos dormir de lado y en las esquinas. Otro problema grave fue la falta de insonorización de los estudios, se oye absolutamente todo, las pisadas de la gente, los techos y suelos crujen, es imposible conciliar el suelo. No hay pestillo de seguridad en la cerradura del estudio, solo llave. Por último, el olor a humedad, es un espacio poco o nada ventilado, que huele extraño, no lo recomiendo para los que sean alérgicos, entre el polvo y la humedad, mala combinación. En resumen: falta de mantenimiento, limpieza y comodidad, lo básico y necesario cuando viajas y deseas un lugar tranquilo donde descansar. He recomendado al manager que actualice las fotos en Booking porque es un engaño mostrar unas fotos y ofrecer otra cosa. También escalaré este problema a Booking para que tome medidas ante este tipo de prácticas.

Simone (10/5): - Camera pulita, davvero accogliente con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno veloce per Londra, posizione incredibile sia come zona(molto tranquilla) che per la vicinanza alle metro di paddinton e bayswater. Servizio clienti 24h per davvero e i ragazzi che la gestiscono sono davvero gentili. Consigliatissimo
