• Michal (9/5): דירה מרווחת ונעימה מאד במיקום מרכזי ונוח - מיקום מעולה, דירה מרווחת, מיטות נוחות, ספות נוחות בסלון, אמבטיה ושרותים נוחים, שני חדרי שרותים, מארח קשוב ושירותי מאד - עזר לנו עם כל מה שביקשנו באדיבות ובנחמדות. בלילה היה קצת רועש (בעיקר מכוניות ואופנועים), היו חסרים מתלים למגבות באמבטיה (אבל התגברנו על זה בקלות).

The Greek hospitality is warm and charming. - Unbeatable location and the apartment was very well-equipped with all the conveniences one might need. We especially appreciate the air-conditioning! Christos is an excellent and friendly host. When we left some belongings behind by accident, he helped us out immensely by couriering them to us to our next destination. Nothing.

• Carrie (10/5): This apartment worked very well for our family of 4. We enjoyed the quieter location that was within walking distance to - The property was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• Peter (9/5): Centrally located and spacious, I highly recommend you stay here when in Athens, will definitely be returning. - Perfectly located just a short walk to Syntagma Square with ample options for great food and shopping all within a blocks radius. Spacious accommodation with dual balcony and a lift servicing the building. Parking station located directly opposite is more than handy and the host was extremely polite and accommodating. There is nothing not to like about this property.

We were only there for two nights, but it was pleasant, and the air condi - The apartment was very large, and it was close to the nice shopping area in Kolonaki. It seemed to be a very secure building, as you needed a key to get into the building and also the unit itself. The kitchen was very old and outdated.
• Victoria (5/5): Old apartment close to the center - Apartment was big and well equiped, location 8 minutes from Syntagma square. Early check in and late check out where possible. Apartment is old, AC worked properly only in one bedroom. AC in the living room was broken but fixed on the first day although it still worked poorly and the remote was even worse. The most anoying thing was that after all the mess with the AC and the remote the host blamed me that i have damaged the remote inspite of all the problems with it on the first day. Another big problem was noise. One day some alarm worked outside from 12am till 9pm and windows did nothing to block it. There also was a lot of noise from neighbours, we heard their every step as if it was inside our apartment. There was a lot of dust on the shelves full of books, dirty under the beds and most of the cups we had to wash before using them.

Good value for money. All was good, if I need to mention a minor thing, it would be the sleeping sofa which was not very comfortable. On the other hand the location of the sofa could be separated as an additional bedroom.

• Wendy (10/5): Luxe apartment in gorgeous neighbourhood - Christos was such a helpful host, he met us to hand over the keys and bounded up the stairs with our bags like a superhero and then recommended restaurants for us. Kolonaki is a gorgeous neighbourhood, very fancy, elevated from the rest of the city and airy. We loved the wall full of Greek law texts, the coffee was excellent and abundant, and the washing machine was greatly appreciated.

Two large bedrooms, a nice kitchen with all facilities, and a big living room (with old Greek law books) give a feeling of authenticity to this place. • Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Christos waited for us on arrival and showed us the flat on arrival. Very helpful and quick to get back to us. The flat is as shown on pictures and very clean. Please note this is in the city so there is noise from the street, but we enjoyed there was some life around us :) There could be some more knives and cutting boards in the kitchen, but this is minor.
• Imelda (9/5): A spacious apartment in the best area in Athens - This apartment was the best choice we could have done. We were a family of three and the fact of having two comfortable rooms was very nice. The position is really central, we just parked our car and moved by foot everywhere. The house is packed with everything you might need and more, it makes you feel at home. We will surely go back.
