- Ariane (10/5): - A localização é excelente, bem em frente à estação de trem e com várias opções de restaurantes, comércio e mercado por perto. Em cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada já é possível chegar à Duomo e às principais atrações da cidade. A acomodação é ótima, muito limpa e bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. O check-in foi super fácil, o prédio tem elevador e o apartamento conta com ferro de passar, secador e outros itens que fazem a diferença. Tudo perfeito, recomendo muito!

- Rob (8/5): Very nice apartment - Apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff I spoke were very nice and helpful. It was very quiet even though we were right by the train station. The check in instructions were incorrect. There wasn't a glass door that I had to enter a code, the door said Mamo Florence not Novella and a room number wasn't given.
