• Yulia (10/5): Great, newly refurbished apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia - A great, newly refurbished apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia. The size of the apartment is great, it looks out directly onto Charlotte street, which is full of lovely restaurants, however it is not at all noisy as the bedroom looks out into the inner courtyard. The hosts have leave you with enough coffee capsules, as well as dishwasher tablets, and washing machine tablets for your stay, which is very thoughtful. We also got a lovely bottle of wine and some Quality Street on arrival. The apartment is extremely clean and cosy. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Keys were easy to collect as they are located in lockboxes outside the property. Nothing comes to mind - keep up the amazing work :)

• Leanne (10/5): Beautiful place to stay in perfect location - A gorgeous apartment with attractive furniture and artwork. The decor was lovely and the apartment felt very relaxing. There were subtle lighting options and the air con worked well. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The bedroom was spacious, with more room than the photos seem to indicate. We were able to have two suitcases open and still had enough room to walk around. We enjoyed looking out the windows at the people passing by on the streets below. The neighbourhood was excellent, with lots of restaurants and shops. It was quieter than I expected - the pubs nearby did not get rowdy or stay open too late. Walking distance to the British Museum and tube station. Being an old house there is no room to install a lift. The many stairs were challenging with the amount of luggage we had. I would recommend bringing small bags only!

• Dröfn (10/5): Beautiful apartment, perfectly located with charm, comfort, and everything you need at your doorstep - This apartment is in an absolutely unbeatable location! It couldn’t be better situated — right in the heart of everything, with countless restaurants and cafés just around the corner. It’s also very close to the tube, which makes getting around super easy. Despite being so central, the street is charming and peaceful, with a lovely atmosphere that really adds to the experience. The Charlotte Street Hotel just across the road is so beautiful — it gave the surroundings the perfect touch of character and elegance. The apartment itself is newly renovated, beautifully done, and very welcoming. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine and some chocolate, which was such a nice touch. It’s well equipped with everything you could possibly need — plenty of closet space for clothes, a fully stocked kitchen, and really comfortable mattresses. This is definitely a place I would love to come back to, and I highly recommend it! If I had to point out one minor downside, it’s that the bed is a bit on the small side. But honestly, that’s a small thing in an otherwise fantastic stay.

• Era (9/5): Superb - Great location, love the furnishings, very clean! Bathroom only had hand soap and didn’t have any shampoo/body wash for the shower. Given how well stocked the apartment was (dishwasher pods, washing liquid, etc), I assumed that shower gel would also be included.

Easy access to unit. Stylish. Felt like a local rather than tourist. Be aware that the accuracy of description includes noise; single-paned window - light sleepers should pack ear plugs - just a part of city living. Mostly very clean. Hair on the bed linens. While the flat was very clean - there was hair on the bed linens and I'm not convinced the linens were changed. Bring your own linens or be prepared for washing linens on arrival. Hair in the shower floor. Strangely, the flat was very clean except for the hair and crumbs on the sofa. It's as if the flat was cleaned - except bed linens - and then someone had a snack on the sofa.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in London, and we’d definitely stay there again. Chocolates and wine on arrival were also very welcome. Staff were quick to respond and very accommodating.

Amazing location with many restaurants, shops and places to see just a few minutes away. Fully equipped with everything you'd want, good wifi. Honestly I have nothing to complain about.
