Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- James (8/5): - Very comfortable, homely holiday stay in a good location. Plenty of things to use e.g. table tennis table, board games, BBQ, etc. Easy to book, questions were answered in a timely manner, and nice and spacious. Minor things. Air con upstairs wasn't working so it got very hot up there. I let the hosts know and they got onto fixing it very quickly. Could have had a few more day to day items, like toilet paper, washing detergent, etc. Also, no access to wardrobes in bedrooms was a little annoying.
- Jennifer (10/5): Highly recommended - Location 5 minutes from the beach, beautiful spacious home with everything we needed, easy communication from point of booking, straightforward check in and out. Loved the table tennis and beach stuff in the garage. All we needed to bring was clothes and money, the house had everything. Coffee and teabags and oil, salt and pepper etc available. And cling film, foil and so on. We wish we had more than 2 nights here. Next time we say, though it’s a long way to come from England! This is not a criticism, just a suggestion - provide bedding and towels without charge for overseas guests as this isn’t something we can bring in our luggage, with restricted weight and room. I appreciate most of your guests won’t be coming from overseas, so bringing own linen and towels would be straightforward for them.

- Simon (9/5): Comfortable and clean with a great location near to everything in Cowes - Loved the house. Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses cups and cookware. Games room in garage was great for the youth. Multiple bathrooms and toilets made it easy for a group. Lots of games and DVD's in the house for that rainy day. Close to the beach and boat ramp was also a bonus. A tea pot would be nice.
