• Fawzy (10/5): Great apartment and excellent location - A beautiful and quiet resort in a prime location in the heart of the city, completely safe. The beach is directly opposite the resort. There's a wonderful and varied restaurant on site. The staff are very friendly; Mr. Ayman and Mr. Karim were always helpful from arrival to departure.

• DOHA (5/5): Probar con otro lugar, aún siendo barato es mejor buscar otro alojamiento por limpieza. - Es económico, está bien situado. Ayman fue muy amable hablándonos, pero al chico que mandaba era un engreído y nos habló muy mal.. (quejándose de todo). Estaba sucio, el agua al abrir salía naranja y a veces marron. Hasta que pasara tiempo que se cambiaba. Las sábanas estaban sucias… sé que es barato pero hay un servicio mínimo a cumplir.

• Rene (1/5): Trauen Sie den Fotos nicht - Vor Reiseantritt wurde mir vom Eigentümer felsenfest zugesichert, dass im Resort alles in bester Ordnung ist. Vor Ort zeigt sich leider ein anderes Bild. Das Resort ist heruntergekommen und wird gerade von Grund auf saniert. Bauarbeiten finden täglich statt. Der gesamte untere Wohntrakt steht leer. Ein einziger Rohbau. An Erholung ist kaum zu denken. Das Apartment an sich ist ok, aber wer will schon in einer solchen Umgebung verweilen. Feinstaub durch Bauarbeiten ist äußerst gesundheitsschädlich.

• Bruno (1/5): Fürs gleiche Geld hätte ich im nachhin was besseres bekommen können. - Baulärm ohne ende, den ganzen Tag über wird gehämmert mit Presslufthämmer und Fliesen schneide Geräte gearbeitet- Die Staub Entwicklung drang bis ins Zimmer ein. Unser TV wurde eingestellt weil wir kein Programm hatten, nach der Einstellung hatten wir 1 Ägyptisches Programm das war alles. Da wir auch die ganze Zeit kein Internet hatten so konnten wir mit dem TV nichts anfangen. Der Pool war durch die Arbeiten schmutzig und ein Vogel lag auf dem Grund seit tagen. Es wurde auch öfters das Wasser für einen Zeitraum abgesperrt. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir nicht sitzen weil die Baustellen unter uns und im Umkreis von 30 m ständig arbeiteten , und es Staube sehr. Wenn wir aus dem Haus gehen wollten mußten wir Höllisch aufpassen die Treppenstufen fehlten wegen den Arbeiten, und in den ganzen Eingänge lagen Material das für ca. 1 - 2 Arbeitsjahre reichen sollte. Wer also den Baulärm mag ,und auf Internet und TV verzichten kann der kommt hier gut zurecht Habe sehr viele Bilder an Booking.com geschickt , nun habe ich leider danach alles gelöscht. Booking.con hat uns größzügig für unseren Ärgen Entschädigt., dafür bedanke ich mich recht herzlich

• Yuliya (10/5): - Wonderful accommodation – very clean, cozy and comfortable. Many times booked it, owner takes very good care of it and cares about guests comfort, thanks!!! There's air conditioning, renovated equipment in bathroom, balcony now has additional anti-mosquito door so you can leave glass door open and not afraid to be bited. The shower has a curtain, so water doesn’t spill onto the floor. Everything needed is provided, random TV channels. The host is very hospitable and attentive. Great beaches nearby. We’d be happy to return again, best recommendations, thank you mr. Ayman!

Room is cozy, same as on photos, everything is good and comfortable. Apartment's location in compound itself is perfect - beautiful garden view with small bar and pool, very quiet place (no street noise or loud music or same) and same time easy and quick access to the main relax area of Florenza compound (main pool, bar etc.). A lot of supermarkets near, 5 min with taxi or bus for the Hurghada City Center shopping mall with Carrefur supermarket. Near public beach, also possible to buy all day pass to Zahabia beach with one of the best reefs in Hurghada (on Zahabia reception, includes towels and foods and drinks on the beach), beach entry is opposite to Florenza compound We enjoyed staying here and hope to come back, best recommendations and many thanks to host!

• Abdullah (6/5): Unexpected fees that was not mentioned - The room only and the facilities When I arrived, the host asked me to pay 50 Egyptian pounds for registration. I had not expected this fee, as it was not mentioned on your app when I made the booking. Additionally, I had to pay about 500 Egyptian pounds for electricity, and I did not receive a receipt for this payment, which made the situation worse. When I made the reservation through your platform, I assumed that the price included everything, but in reality, it did not. This kind of treatment is unacceptable to me, and it has made me lose trust in your platform. Furthermore, the host demanded that I pay for his transportation because I wanted to check out at 7 am. This led to a confusing and unnecessary argument. I came on this trip to relax, not to negotiate transportation fees with the host. It was even more frustrating when he was telling me when can I check out without having to pay for his transportation fees and when can I check and paying his transportation fees and I didn’t come here so that someone tell when can I leave and when not The only positive aspect of my stay was the room itself. However, the unexpected fees and the host's behavior severely marred my experience.
