• Simone (6/5): The location is great, but the property didn’t match the expectations. - The area was definitely the best part of the stay – it felt new, safe, and pleasant to walk around. Lot of shops around and well connected with the city centre, even if the tube is 20 minutes walking. The accommodation itself was quite disappointing. It was advertised as a studio flat, but in reality, it was just a room within a Victorian house that had been split into several smaller rooms. The place wasn’t very clean, and the internet connection was so poor that I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot throughout all my stay. The bathroom was also extremely small, especially the sink, which made even brushing my teeth a bit of a struggle.

The first room I was shown had a mattress that I couldn't sleep on as it seemed broken, there was laundry hanging around the room and there were flies buzzing around, and there was a bad smell. I told the man that I was really sorry, but I couldn't sleep there. Then he showed me a second room that was really nice and I had a good stay there. The location was good, the mattress was comfy, and the place was clean. The first room I was shown -- it had a mattress that I couldn't sleep on as it seemed broken, there was laundry hanging around the room and there were flies buzzing around, and there was a bad smell.
• Marie-jo (10/5): Super - Joli studio cosy très bien équipé, à proximité de toutes les commodités, propre et sécurisé. Les indications donnés par le propriétaire sont claires pour y parvenir. L'arrêt de bus est à côté avec un passage régulier de quelques minutes. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.
• Sebastian (7/5): Good stay with a few small issues - Good location right at the bus stop, many stores nearby and it's nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine. The personell giving out the key was really nice and so was the landlord, good and easy communication. The apartment has windows facing east to a main street, so it's pretty noisy and gets hot in the morning wenn the sun shines in. The curtains also don't really block the sun, its pretty bright in the mornings. Nothing you can do about that but it should be clear before booking! For the apartment a small touch up would go a long way. The mattress is pretty old but still okay, the shower was leaking a bit, 2 of the 3 windows are hard/not to open. Also the previous tenants left the dishes pretty dirty and it could be a touch cleaner overall.
• Aidan (7/5): yeah was very good for the amount of time and had everything to get you by - the room has everything you need as a solo traveller or with a partner needs a bigger fan to cool the room down in summer and a bigger ironing board so you aren’t ironing on the floor, needs the right sized fitted sheet on the bed and the first set of stairs you come up doesn’t have a light so it’s really dark
• Amina (10/5): Good stay for budget! - Clean, and very cosy apartment. All facilities are provided. Regular bus routes make it easy to travel into the city. Coffee, grocery and other stores are a short walk away. Mattress urgently needs a change. Lumpy, old and soft! Causes back ache after prolonged use.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - Safe location. Good price/quality ratio. The apartment was fully equipped and clean and the bed was comfortable. Bus stop is near and buses run every few minutes. Floor creaked at some spots. Towels didn't look very good, so I used mine I brought from home. Street was a bit noisy at night thanks to traffic. Entrance to the apartment is from street behind the building and it doesn't look very attractive.
