• Noé (8/5): Great apartment in a peaceful part of London - This apartment is an excellent opportunity for a 4-person stay in London. The instructions for arrival were very detailed and we had no issues getting there. It has a great location with very easy access to the underground and overground (Mildmay line) and the neighbourhood is peaceful. The wifi quality was quite good. The apartment was overall very clean upon arrival. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of kitchenware/plates/crockery to cook, as well as a large fridge. It really felt cosy! As in most London buildings, don't expect the windows to be fully sound-proof - there's a railway running next to it but trains don't run too often so it didn't bother us. Having 1 or 2 kitchen cloths would have been helpful.

• Joseph (9/5): Nice overall - It’s was a nice stay overall. Had everything needed for several nights stay. Good shower, comfy beds, balcony. I’d stay here again, lively area and easy to get to underground. A bit hard to find at first if you’re unfamiliar with the area.

• Marcin (10/5): - From the very beginning we were hosted on line by Jason with every single detail with the option to make a call if needed. Cozy apartment with really comfortable beds. All you need after long sightseeing around London for our family 2+2. I was looking for a place not too far away from the tube and it is around 7 min from Tuffnel Park Underground. After just one day it became our home station 🙂. Pub is just opposite the tube 😉 (ticked 😎). Everything was fine. No complaining.

• S.A.3 (5/5): OK for an overnight stay - It was in the right area for our visit. This is the email I sent to the owners/managing company. As yet I have had no reply (4 days after stay and counting): You failed to be specific about the address and where on the road it was, despite my telling you that it was dark and raining, and that we were carrying luggage. The photos of the lock box did not bear any relation to what was on the wall and we had to try them all.  When I sent you a message asking where the sofa and sofa bed were, you didn't even answer me.  I chose this apartment because there would be somewhere to relax over the 4 nights we were staying.  The description was clear that there was a sofa and the photographs you posted confirmed this.  When we arrived you had swapped them for another two beds.  There was nowhere for us to sit together and spend time without sitting bolt upright in the dining area chairs. This is misrepresentation.  This is not a deluxe apartment: there is graffiti on the bathroom window and the toilet seat does not fit properly.  We were woken in the night by lots of voices and police lights attending an incident. Our nights were also interrupted by water running in other flats and refilling in their pipes. Outside the bedroom window are train tracks, with trains that travel day and night, noisily, disturbing our sleep and preventing rest and relaxation. This is severe enough to require a warning on your description/booking.com entry.  We are not happy, as this was not just some overnight where we can ignore the shortcomings. It was for a special occasion to visit with family and friends, and it was expensive.  We did not get a single good night's sleep and took no joy in being in the flat. We will not be returning.

Good kitchen. with amenities but no dishwasher liquid ect Bed was comfy but not level across the width. Bedroom window very dirty outside. Some train noise in the night. The apartment has a balcony but was locked and had black bags of dirty washing on it for 24hrs. Outside was a bit untidy with rubbish in the garden opposite

• Caroline (9/5): Nice! - Location was perfect. Also, apartment was newly renovated. The door to the balcony wouldn’t open. Also, sofa beds were not super comfortable (which is expected btw).

V koupelne na stope byla plise, v koupeln letalo mnoho malych musek z vlhkosti (napocitala jsem jich najednou 19), vetrak plny prachu.
• Darius (7/5): Good - The apartments are beautifully furnished, and modern renovations have been made. They are located near the metro. Some windows are next to the railway tracks, and sometimes it's noisy. There is mold in the apartment.
• Rena (1/5): Left early due to awful conditions - The property was completely different from the photos. The kitchen had no basic utensils like pots or pans, and the kettle was so dirty I couldn’t even use it to boil water. The bathroom had flies flying around, and the furniture was old and dirty. The heating wasn’t turned on, and when I contacted the host, I received a confusing response: “It will turn on,” without any real help. I couldn’t stand the conditions and had to leave several days early. I also requested an invoice, but the host told me to remind them on Tuesday — after checkout. When I pointed out that it was their responsibility, I was told to “ask more politely.” Overall, the communication was unprofessional and dismissive. I do not recommend this property at all.

• Jonghyun (7/5): Clean and renovated equipments on good location, but you need a earplug if you have sensitive ears. - all clean facility with dish washer and washing machine. It wasn’t well sound proof. Noise from other neighbors going up/down stairs could be heard. From the room, you hear the train passing which was quite often till late night. In addition, bad mattress was squeaky all the time when i move.
• Sofia (9/5): Superb - Great location, amazing power shower, warm and comfortable 2 single sofa beds were great for sleeping on, though a little sofa for the other 2 occupants would have been nice, and maybe a little lamp in the lounge and bedroom too. Was generally clean but just a little dusty in places like under bed and on top shelf of wardrobe where iron and hair-dryer were . Overall a great little property though :)

• De (8/5): Nice and comfortable flat - This is a very nice apartment and is well-equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen is also well-equipped, and the apartment is within walking distance of the nearest tube station as well as shops, pubs, etc. A great option for staying if you're spending a few days in London. The fact that the apartment is next to the train tracks is slightly disruptive but not a major issue. The bathroom sink was clogged, and although we reported it, it wasn’t fixed immediately. A small shelf in the shower would help to place soap and shampoo. The couches, which can also be used as beds, are not very comfortable.

It does go past the property quite close but it isn’t loud and doesn’t pass all through the night. Tufnell Park is a great location and the area felt saf - It was spotlessly clean and in a great location with easy access to the underground. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen/ living room space was great. The sofa chairs were a great addition for the little ones. It’s obviously very new and there were some small details that were missing that would add to the property. Access to the outdoor balcony or ability to open a window, tea towel to dry dishes and a lamp for the evening. Very minor details as the property was in great condition .
• Kishor (6/5): Overall not a pleasant experience for my stay. - Horrible checkin experience from our stay, the mgmt person over the weekend struggled to find my reservation in spite for providing all my details. Took an hour to get the apartment location with luggage n family on the road. There was hardly any bath soap, 1 roll of bath tissue for a 3 day stay and the location is a steep hill 15 min walk to nearest tube station and was inconvenient with London’s unexpected weather with kids.
