- Małgorzata (2/5): Brudno!!!!! Zdecydowanie nie polecam. - Jedyną dobrą rzeczą było położenie mieszkania. Naprawdę blisko do Koloseum (ok. 20 min na pieszo). I to jest jedyny atut tego mieszkania. Było brudno. Zdjęcia na bookingu, a rzeczywistość to dwie różne sprawy. Dobrze że było ciepło i praktycznie nie było nas w mieszkaniu. Ale łazienka fatalna, na zdjęciach wygląda ok, ale prysznic, cały w pleśni/grzybie, niedomyty. Na ścianach grzyb w łazience. Nawet suszarka do włosów była owinięta ręcznikiem papierowym, bo się kleiła. Nie dało się tego używać. Na ścianach jakieś pajęczyny, które nie zrobiły się przez kilka dni. Łóżka bardzo niewygodne, dostawka wręcz tragiczna. Załączam zdjęcia jakie są prawdziwe warunki w mieszkaniu, bo dawno już takiego przekłamania nie widziałam. Nie wiem skąd te dobre opinie, bo standard tego mieszkania jest naprawdę zły.
- Juan (10/5): Ótima! - A acomodação atendeu bem nossas necessidades, tendo tudo que precisávamos, com conforto e qualidade.
- Maria Eugenia (7/5): Bien ubicado - Me encantó la ubicación y el baño era amplio. Esta a 20 metros de paradas del colectivo y si bien está sobre una avenida superior transitada, al cerrar la ventana no se escucha ni un solo ruido. Si bien en el aviso decía que era pequeño, a mi y mi familia nos quedó demasiado pequeño. Estaba muy,muy sucio el piso cuando llegamos. El Internet nos falló en todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.
- Sigurd (9/5): Fin leilighet i et sentralt, behagelig område med en hjelpsom, hyggelig vert. - Beliggenheten, fasilitetene, senga og personalet var veldig bra. Gangavstand til flotte severdigheter og gode restauranter innen 10 min gange fra rommet. Det ligger utenfor turiststrøket, så man slipper støy fra natteliv. God lyddemping i vinduene. Ikke noe særlig utsikt, men etter å ha gått rundt i Roma en hel dag og sett på ting så var ikke dette noe problem.

- Francesco (10/5): "Vacanze Romane" - Io, mia moglie e mia figlia (di 8 anni) abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questo appartamento. Siamo stati colpiti dalla pulizia, dalla posizione strategica ( 20 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, Fori imperiali e metro), pochi passi da ristoranti tipici e supermercati e dal rapporto qualità prezzo. La differenza la fanno come sempre le persone: il padrone di casa (Massimiliano) e suo figlio si sono dimostrati molto accoglienti, gentili e premurosi soprattutto in fase il check in e check out allineandosi alle nostre tempistiche. Esperienza molto positiva, ringrazio di cuore Massimiliano: spero a presto!

- Dr Maria Victoria (8/5): Thanks for addressing double bed issues - The daughter of the apartment owner is nice and patient with tired guests like us (who travelled 15 hours with less sleep). The room is clean though not 100% ready upon arrival
- Roberto (8/5): Massimiliano was very kind to order a (difficult-to-find) taxi and he was easy to contact. GOOD! - Location to FAO was walking distance. Rental units do not have a person on the premises but it worked out fine.
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - It was so close to the Coloseum, 10 minutes on foot. It was close to the bus stations that can take you to the major sightseeing places( Trevi,Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II, Coloseum). The shop( Penny) also was near, for snacks and other stuffs. The hosts, Massimiliano and his daughter were super helpful and kind. Kindly recommend 🙂
- Alison (9/5): One week was not enough! - Quiet and private apartment in a great central location in walking distance to iconic attractions. The apartment was very secure and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Massimiliano was very helpful and organised a pick up from the airport.
