Habeeb (1/5): Absolutely horrible I am currently covered in hives due to being bitten by the bed bugs. - There is a bed bug infestation
Tina (1/5): Appalling! - On arrival we were unable to access the property. No communication was sent so we were left with nowhere to stay. Communication with the owner was non existent. I will never use them again. Absolutely appalling. Not even an apology. Booking. Com also useless. I have always used the agency but am now trying other more reliable agencies. Don’t an alley above a takeaway shop! Says it all.

Romena (1/5): Shocking Lack of Responsibility – Host Never Showed Up - Absolutely disgraceful experience. We waited for hours with no response from Idris, the so-called host. In the end, Booking.com customer service had to cancel the booking due to his complete lack of communication. Neighbours and locals did their best to help, but it was clear this host had no intention of showing up. Unreliable, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. Avoid this property at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful experience. We waited for hours with no response from Idris, the so-called host. Mohamed (3/5): Absolute rubbish - Location The entrance to the property is a total disaster through an alley dark and smells fishy and no proper support provided no proper heating provided very unlikely to recommend

Grey (10/5): Excellent stay, host Idris is so very accommodating and helpful. - The location is fantastic, so close to the tube and overground trains, lots of buses too. It’s on the very eclectic Mitcham Road where you will find every grocery store, cafe, pub, bar to suit all. The apartment has everything you need- very comfortable double bed, sofa, smart tv, en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
