• Vasio (10/5): Great stay in a great apartment! - The whole experience of renting this property was flawless. The complex has all necessary amenities - groceries, restaurants, beach club... The apartment is spotless, and has all necessary utilities. It is well distributed. The host was so welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information. There are two swimming pools where even in December it is great for sunbathing. The water in the pool was great for the kids to swim. Christmas cake was a great personal touch. The location of the apartment in the complex is good, the terrace is great with just the right furniture and space. Bottom line, that is a great accommodation and the service, provided by the host is at a very high level. We had three accommodations in Tenerife during our stay and this, by far, was the best in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and host hospitality. Definitely will book again if we come to Tenerife again. Noting really.
• Rene (9/5): A very nice spot outside the crazy tourist places - The apartment in itself was very luxury and did have everything that could be required. The view was not the nicest one in the entire complex, but it did have a very nice terrazzo and the complex in itself was very beautiful and well kept. And the lady who welcomed us (Cristina) was very nice and forthcoming/helpful. Although the apartment was really in line with the expectations (being quite luxury), what really was insufficient were the kitchen utensils as these were very limited regarding glasses, cooking pots and pans and som other things. It was possible to use the ones available, but some additional things would have been quite nice. Th pictures indicated that there was also something at the beach (Bahia Beach Club?) that was part of the deal, but this was not true (and Bahia Beach Club is quite expensive).

• Dawn (10/5): A beautiful apartment. Well kept with great facilities. - Really easy. Received a call when we arrived to arrange collection of keys at the property. Lovely apartment. Clean and well kept. Really like the ambient lighting in the rooms too. Heated pool was a bonus! Local shop for supplies easy to walk to and Beach also just a short walk. A lovely gift from the owner when leaving. Such a lovely thought. There was a delay with us getting the hire car so I was worried we were holding Cristina up as I knew she had another arrival to deal with. Would have liked a pizza cutter and a few other utensils. Parking was tricky at the weekends to get near to the apartment. We struggled to find somewhere to park on arrival which was awkward with heavy bags.
• Zelka (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful and fully equipped. Highly recommend. - The apartment is beautiful, peaceful and fully equipped. Loved our stay. Walk to the many restaurants in the area (food was great at all of them), 2 small supermarkets and the waterfront all an easy walk. Ample street parking. We didn’t use the pools as it was a bit cooler. You will need a car (as we had) as didn’t see public transport/bus. It is also a 5 -10 minute drive out of the estate to the freeways. But then easy drive to all the attractions.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex as is not a typical touristic place. which we extremely enjoyed. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Many parking opportunities around the complex, we never had a problem to park the car near one of the entrances. Though this is not a tourist area, there are some good restaurants a few pubs to go to - Flamingo, El Cortado, Siete Mares, Clouseau's or the Club House. Not to forget the excellent Chiringuito beach bar, which is the place to go to enjoy sunset at the beach. The host is very nice and helpful. Would recommend anytime. The southwest of Tenerife suffers from dense traffic every day, so be prepared to spend some time in jams.
• Engstein (9/5): We will definitely want to return to this appartement. - Every thing was fine, nice and clean on arrival. Towels and linnen were sufficient. Very good bed and nice interior as shown on the web. We stayed here for 14 days. The premises were nice and clean on arrival, but we would expect cleaning (at least) once a week.

• Piotr (1/5): Bad - It was clean. Nice pool nearby. CAMERA POINTED DIRECTLY AT THE WINDOWS OF BEDROOM AND LIVING room just in front of the apartment!!! It is something unbelivable and firmly inappropriate as the host could observe us even comming out from the bathroom 24/7. Nobody informed about the camera, neither in the Booking's offer, nor before check-in, nor while check in. According to the host the camera was not armed while stay of the guests and is armed just when the guests are out. This was a lie while the camera had the IR diodes on in the night (and the "unarmed" camera does not use diodes) - the photo showing diodes "on" is attached below. Definately it was "armed" and it was "on". The host had possiblity to see everything even with lights down as the IR diodes are used to record films and photos in case of lack light up to 10 metres. This camera model is connected to internet and may be controlled remotely (up-down-left-right, on/off, record etc). If the camera is really used for the purposes of security regarding potential theft assault, it should be directed towards the street and enterance gate, definately never at the windows of the appartment!

It is in a quiet location within the complex and is situated nicely between the two swimming pools. The local supermarket is just a short walk away, as are the shops and restaurants. The owner kept in touch helping with any questions I had. I really enjoyed my stay here and would thoroughly recommend it. Thanks for a great holiday. • Fei (9/5): Superb - The decoration is luxurious and the surrounding is quiet. A key will be handed over to you at a designated location and you will be told how to find the accommodation. There is a small supermarket close to the accommodation, although it is not large, but you can buy the necessary supplies. There are also many restaurants around to satisfy your appetite. The location is a bit remote for travelers without a car。
• Kristinn (10/5): Exceptional - It was a recently renovated apartment, beautiful, and comfortable with African art in the recessed windows. The kitchen interior was old but pleasantly styled. The location was inside the centre of the apartment complex. The terrace was quite spacious with both sun and shade. All communication was exemplary and all requests were responded to promptly. It would have been great to have a washing machine and a few more glasses and plates to make the most of the dishwasher.

Nicola our host was very helpful and looked after Us very well. It was Xmass time so a bit loud at the times but overall nothing really to complain about.

• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - There was a problem on arrival. The host knows about this, it is better to check the name or document of the guest. In the morning there is an unpleasant smell on the territory of the apartment, in the afternoon it disappears. This is a wonderful house where there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, a beautiful new renovation, household appliances, clean bed linen and towels. The host is a friendly person who cares about his guests. Near the house there are shops, cafes, a playground. I recommend it for your vacation!
