Guest Reviews
- Sarah (10/5): Great location for all the tourist spots; safe and authentic. Close to little supermarket. 3 minutes walk from Piazza Na - Great location and spacious. Rooftop a nice little extra! The stairs are a lot - but I felt fitter by the end of stay!
Brak wystarczającej ilości kieliszków, talerzy, kubeczków do espresso. Prawdopodobnie stłuczonych przez gości. Drogi Gian Dionisi, uzupełnij to!😎
Check in fácil y rápido. Sin duda volvería a elegirlo.
- Sara (10/5): - Limpieza, ubicación y contacto con el personal estupendo Para 6 personas estaba un poco justo de jabón

- Michelle (8/5): Great location and apartment for a short stay in Rome - The location is amazing. Walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions. A few minutes to restaurants and shops. The kitchen / living is small but it never bothered us as other than having breakfast in the kitchen we were out all the time.
Host was super helpful and check in & out easy. A lot of stairs which can be tricky with heavy suitcases. We were aware of this when we booked.
- Vlad (10/5): Great location, friendly host - Perfect location, walking distance from all point of interests
Friendly host Small improvements are required
- Justyna (9/5): Superb - I liked the terrace!!! Location was excellent and the host very helpful and friendly
- Fleming (8/5): Magical Rome - The apartment was very spacious, warm & clean. The location was exceptional. Plenty of restaurants, the market and shops on the doorstep. The owner was always very quick to reply to any issues/queries which we had. He was very helpful. The stairs were very steep and 3 floors was extremely difficult, especially for my husband who had a sore knee.
The pillows were very soft and no spare ones in the apartment.
- Pat (2/5): Good option for one, max 2 nights, for longer stays you’ll probably miss a comfortable bed & hot shower. - Clean, good location Very uncomfortable beds & pillows, especially the sofa bed. Shower water temperature luke warm only
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (9/5): Would definitely book this property again and recommend it! - Central location - close to all the major Rome sites. Campo de Fiori is a cool place for evening dinner and lively crowds. Close to Piazza Navona and lots of good restaurants. Roomy, nice bedrooms and great master bathroom. Lacking an inside living room/sitting area. Outdoor terrace sitting area nice in warm weather. Stairs are clearly a challenge, but very clearly disclosed as something to be considered for older people.
- Airi (10/5): Exceptional - Almost everything - location, it was clean and spacious and the host was very friendly, AC. Only one thing - the sofa is not good for sleeping.
- Keith (8/5): Roomy apartment in a very central location - easy walk to all the sights. - The apartment was modern and very clean. Great showers. Minimalist furnished bedrooms with just a clothes rack, end table and a bed. 3 bedrooms! Great AC. The children appreciated having their own room for the last 3 nights of our trip. It was also very centrally located between all the sights and plenty of great restaurants around. The nearby lightly visited Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle was fantastic. The stairs were large sized risers and extra height on each story, so a bit of a thigh burner to get all the way up to the 3rd floor, especially carrying luggage. No clothes washer. The patio on the roof was nice, but we did not use it since it was very hot until much later in the evening - no shade or much plant life. Maybe early morning would be good for the roof top, or winter/fall/spring time.
- Théodore (8/5): Very good -
- Kate (8/5): Great location and clean, sleep quality not amazing though for us - Great location and clean, 2 showers and toilets We had 6 guests so used the sofa bed, however this was very noisy to sleep on so ended up putting the mattress on the floor. This wouldn't happen with 4 guests, but as we had 6 we needed to use it.
Only one pillow per person, not great if you usually use two, minor issues but worth noting as we didn't sleep great whilst here!
- Sarah (8/5): Good, clean, central accommodation suitable for a family of 5 - Good central location. Plenty of space and mostly clean. Rooftop was a nice added bonus. Shower could do with a decent clean. No washing machine, which is an oversight on my behalf and not a negative comment against the facilities. Quite noisy at night due to the central location.
- Deniscia (1/5): Great location, but the 3 flights of stairs ruined our stay at the apartment. - The location of the property was really the only thing we liked. Even though it was on an extremely noisy side street in Campo Di Fiori . All night we heard people arguing and fighting in the streets. Also comfortable beds. First and foremost, you only get one set of keys so if you have multiple people at the property, you all have to coordinate and manage when you’re leaving and coming to the apartment. Secondly, when they say it’s up three flights of stairs, these are treacherous dangerous and absolutely miserable stairs. We would plan our day so we wouldn’t have to come back to the apartment at all until we are ready to go to sleep because nobody wanted to go up the stairs. Managing the luggage was absolutely ridiculous and extremely difficult. If the stairs wouldn’t bother you, then the apartment is in a great location and the host is responsive and pleasant.
- Zoltan (10/5): Exceptional - Best location, close to everything
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Anders (9/5): Great location, only complaint is the sleeping couch, it could use a replacement. Otherwise, great communication, and th - Nice apartment, cozy terrace.
- Uriel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional - Idéal for a family with adult children since there are 3 separate bedrooms.
Location is outstanding -we visited all of Rome by foot.
Beds were very comfortable
Perfectly Clean/recently renovated with 2 bathrooms
Terrace is a nice extra
Responsive host -easy check in
Wifi v good
I’ve gone to Rome many times and if definitely stay here again ! Kitchen a bit sparse but has the basics and it was fine for our breakfasts and storing snacks. This isn’t really a negative since Rome has so many excellent restaurants and cafés
- Amy (10/5): Great stay - Loved our stay here. Couldn't fault it at all. The owner was great with any questions we asked in the build-up to our stay and always got a prompt response.
The place was clean and tidy for our arrival. Great location and just an all-around great place to stay!
Thanks again, and if we were to return to rome, I would definitely stay here again! If I were to pick at anything, I would suggest more than one pillow for each person as there wasn't much volume in our pillows and we all felt one jjst wasn't enough. Hounestly apart from that I can't say anything bad about it.
Ps be ready to climb stairs, but again its a apartment in Rome. What would you expect
- Nataliya (8/5): Excellent location - The host is great and very helpful Nothing
- Vlada (10/5): Great new apartment to stay in the centre of Rome! - Everything was perfect! Great location in the heart of the city. Completely renovated apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, very quiet street and beautiful big terrace. I will definitely recommend it for big company or family. Very good hairdryer was in apartment. There are narrow and high stairs to the apartment , but if you don’t have any problems with health it’s not a problem at all. Also very nice owner who helped us with a lot of questions. I will come back with no doubt. Nothing
