- CLAUDIO (8/5): - Il solo problema è trovarlo. Perchè Roquettes Rooms è di fatto l' HOTEL LAGO PLAYA. Dopo un'ora di ricerca in zona siamo entrati per caso nell'Hotel Lago Playa e ci è stato detto che la nostro prenotazione a "Roquettes Rooms" era lì da loro. Per il resto, Hotel ben gestito con tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. Pulizia perfetta e buona colazione. Le ragazze alla reception molto gentili e servizievoli. E' necessario uno scooter per gli spostamenti. A circa 1 km da El Pujol con i suoi ristoranti ed altrettanto vicine ci sono le spiagge piu belle di Ses Illetes. Per cui tutto perfetto. Torneremmo volentieri.

- alex (6/5): - Hemos reservado una habitación de metros cuadrados tal como lo ponía en la descripción de la habitación y nos han dado una dos veces más pequeña, más bien una individual, después de reclamarlo varias veces no han hecho nada… teniendo en cuenta que justamente se ha pagado por la habitación específica…

- Lisa (10/5): - Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick im 2.Stock. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß unsere Freunde hatten im 1.Stock ein eher kleines Doppelzimmer. Wir bekamen immer frische Handtücher und für den Pool werden Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Rezeption ist 24h offen und man bekam jederzeit etwas zum trinken. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend und schmeckte sehr lecker. Ich empfehle das Hotel sehr gerne und komme sicher wieder!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Roquetes rooms = Lago Playa Hotel - First of all you should know that "Roquetes Rooms" is hard to find and hard to get in touch with on the phone number provided on hotels.com. The reason is that this actually is the Lago Playa Hotel! Once there, though, expectations were mostly exceeded. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a pretty decent breakfast are definitely on the positive side. The location is also good if you don't mind walking a bit: only 200 m from the nearest beach, 15 min on foot to Es Pujols, and about 45 minutes along the beach to Ses Illetes. The hotel room was not big, but had a balcony, air conditioning and a small fridge. Only two paper cups were provided for a week's stay, though. I hope they at least upgrade to real glasses. Also, dinner at the hotel restaurant wasn't great in my opinion. Better to take the walk to Es Pujols or eat at some beach restaurant. All in all I'm happy with my stay, though!

- Leila (6/5): - Pas grand chose dans le logement à disposition quand on sait que d’autre pays beaucoup plus dans la pauvreté donne tout et sont bienveillants La bienveillance ici n’est attribuée qu’au personnes aisées Ils vous harcèlent avec le même mail pour me dire qu’il faut payer 40€ après 20h30 pour les clefs et surprise il y a une caution de 200€ à laisser en cash ou carte de CRÉDIT (personne ne m’a précisé cela par contre) J’insiste sur crédit car en France aujourd’hui nous avons tous des débits mais ils ne comprennent pas que ça fonctionne très bien. La mienne est donc refusée mais celle de mon compagnon est acceptée car heureusement le mot débit écrit en blanc sur du gris ne se voit pas mais c’est la même carte !!!! Enfin la cerise il faut payer 20€ si on ne rend pas les clefs avant 11h30 payer toujours payer Le logement ne dispose pas de piscine, elle appartient à l’hôtel Lago playa (la standardiste ne savait pas si nous pouvions y aller) Il y fait froid la nuit pas de chauffage ni couverture juste un drap et sur drap Pas la folie
