• Karen (7/5): Incredible views! House in need of some of TLC - Location was great. 5 minutes to town. Incredible views. Lovely home however not up to scratch. We couldn’t find the property. We were given the street name no number. The house was up a laneway impossible to find. Oven didn’t work properly, dinner was ruined. Couch was filthy, sheet on beds too small, not enough towels. Soap bottles old and didn’t work.
• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - We had the most wonderful weekend at The Cove. As soon as we arrived and entered the house, we were blown away by the light of the sun streaming through the windows. As there were three couples, each one of us had a bedroom with the most magical views of the beach and our own bathroom. Stunning early morning sunrises and swims just out the back door was a real treat. We thought we were in Noosa!! The place was well appointed and the position perfect. Everything was in walking distance and the town had many places to eat out. Thank you Kurt and family for looking after us. Everything was perfect - bubbles and glasses chilled for our arrival just topped it off. A great place for us to celebrate a special birthday!!
• Fiona (10/5): Gorgeous!! - Location cannot be beaten. Property contains everything you can think of. A perfect place to relax both literally on the doorstep and in the beautiful township. What wasn't to like was so insignificant that it's not worth mentioning.
• Fiona (10/5): A fun and relaxing 3 nights in an exceptional property. - Views from all rooms are superb and the hosts very professional. Port Fairy has so many good food and shopping options, lovely beaches and picturesque walks. Well worth the drive from Melbourne.
• William (10/5): We had a great sibling get together for my birthday. - It was a fantastic place with everything you need for our sibling get together. Location is incredible with walks on the beach just on your doorstep and town a lovely walk across the river. The only thing we could pick on would be water pressure was poor in the shower but understand might be caused by town water pressure issues.

• Pauline (9/5): There is absolutely no better place to stay in Port Fairy. The proximity to the beach makes water activities so accessib - A very small criticism would be that the sheets on the Queen beds didn’t seem big enough and kept coming untucked
• Susan (10/5): Wonderful location for our daughter to go get ready for her wedding - We loved the house, the view, the outdoor deck… It was a perfect house to have friends and family to in the large and non precious living room… It had the best light and karma for bride's wedding party to get ready and then pre wedding photos on the beach. The photos are stunning and the experience was more than we hoped for… The heat coming through the bathroom skylights.. Only overhead showers… Actually the bathrooms were not that great… Luckily there was a good cupboard to put things in as there was minimal bench space with a full houseful getting ready for a wedding..

The comfortable beds were a dream to sleep in, and the coastal outlook from the property was simply breathtaking. What truly made our stay extra special was the thoughtful personal card with a warm message and the bottle of champagne on arrival. It was a generous gesture that immediately made us feel welcomed. The well-appointed kitchen made cooking a breeze, and Kurt's excellent communication ensured a hassle-free experience. The location is second to none, with all of Port Fairy's attractions at your doorstep. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it's an ideal choice for a larger group or family. Don't miss out on The Cove Beach Front Luxury House in Port Fairy for an unforgettable stay! One noteworthy aspect of this property is the large doors. Yes, they are heavy to open and a bit tricky to lock. However, the good news is that the property is currently undergoing some exciting upgrades, including beautiful new decking. I couldn't help but feel that these upgrades might also extend to addressing the doors in the future.
