The neighborhood was also nice and quiet and not too long of a walk to the tube. This was a really relaxing place to come back to after running around all day. The rooms were a little hot at night but otherwise it was pretty comfortable.

Tout est très bien organisé et les consignes de départ et d’arrivée très clairs. Nous avons eu besoin d’un lit pour bébé et nous regrettons qu’un matelas supplémentaire ne soit pas ajouté à celui de base qui est très fin. Pas de flexibilité sur les horaires de check-in et check-out.

• Sabine (10/5): Perfekter Stay in schönen Viertel! - Die Lage war super, ganz ruhig und doch zentral. Das Badezimmer welches vom Flur aus abging war sehr eng, insbesondere die Dusche.
• Ferenc (9/5): - Nagyon jó a lokáció, kis forgalmú csendes utcában, távol a turisták zajától, mégis közel a látványosságokhoz. Pár percre a Pimlico metró megállótól és a Victoria Streettől, és a Tate Gallerytől. Az üzemeltetők nagyon készségesek voltak, bármilyen kérdésre azonnal válaszoltak, mindent megtettek a kényelmünk biztosításáért. A tartózkodás végére igazi londoninak érezhettük magunkat. Az apartman nagyon kényelmes, tiszta, rendkívül jól felszerelt. Mind a főbejárat, mind az apartman ajtaja kóddal nyitható, ami rendkívül kényelmes megoldás.

WhatsApp messages were useless also phone calls but then they called us and was ok after that but seem less typo caused us some unnecessary nerves. Apartment as is is nice and very good location

• Nathalie (8/5): Séjour inoubliable à Londres ! - Appartement très bien situé dans un joli quartier assez calme. L’appartement est normalement conçu pour 4 adultes mais il manquait un lit ! Le lit double dans la 1ère chambre était confortable. L’autre chambre ne comportait qu’un lit simple et une sorte de petit fauteuil pliable. Ouvert, il faisait à peine un mètre cinquante... Impossible pour un adulte de dormir dedans…. Il a fallu se contenter du divan…

• Brunier (8/5): Appartement idéal pour une semaine en famille à Londres - L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. L'emplacement est idéal, 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro de Pimlico. Une petite supérette (qui fait également consigne à bagages), un italien et le Regency café à proximité. Serviettes et draps de bain en quantité suffisante pour 4. Liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchons et pastilles lave vaisselle à disposition. La literie est confortable. L'hôte est réactif si besoin. Assiettes et couverts en petite quantité, le double serait bien. Nous avons eu un problème avec la chasse d'eau, vite réglé par notre hôte.
• Monica (9/5): Ottimo alloggio e splendido soggiorno nel centro di Londra - L'appartamento era ampio e spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi. Situato in una posizione tranquilla e vicinissima al centro e a tutti i mezzi pubblici. I gestori sono stati sempre disponibili, gentili e premurosi anche durante il nostro soggiorno. Consigliere di aggiungere alcuni piccoli mobili/ripiani per appoggiare le proprie cose in bagno e anche nelle due stanze in quanto gli armadi sono dotati solo di appendiabiti.
• Ilaria (10/5): Appartamento accogliente e ben fornito di tutto, posizione perfetta per gite a piedi - L'appartamento è a due passi dal Tate Museum (quindi dal lungo-fiume Tamigi) e a 10 minuti dall'abbazia di Westminster, quindi Big Ben e parlamento. Tutto il centro a portata di mano! Il quartiere è residenziale, ben fornito con supermercati Sainsbury che offrono anche il pane fresco e tanti prodotti a prezzi contenuti. Inoltre è vicino alla fermata di Pimlico della metro e a 15 minuti a piedi da Victoria Station da cui è possibile prendere il treno per visitare altri luoghi come Windsor. L'appartamento è come si vede nelle foto, i bagni un po' piccoli e senza finestre ma molto forniti anche di prodotti. Bello il soppalco e le vetrate. Quartiere silenzioso. Noi abbiamo utilizzato molto i bus che sono frequenti e consentono di vedere bene la città, ma anche la metro è comoda veloce. Si può utilizzare il telefono x pagare con la carta su tutti i mezzi (anche stessa carta su più telefoni!). Il riscaldamento non è facile da regolare, abbiamo avuto molto caldo in certi momenti e un po' freddo in altri. La TV ha la predisposizione per Netflix e Disney ma non c'è un account GUEST .

El apartamento está perfectamente equipado. Nos tocó apartamento en el sótano. La escalera para llegar es incómoda, y con lluvia puede ser peligrosa.

Para conveniencia hay dos tiendas autoservicio cerca a un minuto de caminata y un supermercado Sainsbury´s a ocho minutos. Desde los apartamentos The Regency puedes moverte a pie o en las bicicletas que están frente al alojamiento si lo deseas, hacia Westminster Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey o al museo Tate Britain. Para desplazamientos más lejanos tienes cerca de las estaciones de metro Pimlico y Victoria. y autobuses caminando dos cuadras hasta Vauxhall Bridge Road o a La atención de Nestor Stay vía WhatsApp me pareció muy buena, además de servicios de transporte y apoyo, están los manuales de uso del apartamento. Nosotros arrendamos el apartamento del ático, dos habitaciones, cocina, área social y estudio, cómodo. Había buenos suministros en los baños y en la cocina. Si bien, mientras uno está de viaje pasa poco tiempo en el alojamiento, los detalles sí importan durante la estadía. El calentador ambiental de uno de los baños no funcionó.

• Patricia (9/5): - Nice modern apartment with all needed amenities. When the front door to apartment block was opened , it caused a vacuum and our door kept on moving and making a noise. Needs a foot stop ti be supplied to keep door firmly closed.
• Mafalda (4/5): Terrible customer support, not worth it even if the price seems competitive. - Location was good and the apartment was recently decorated. I got a promotion so the price was quite reasonable. The flat was in a basement with poor light, which was not specified in advance. The pictures showed apartments with nice windows and light, which is very misleading. A major problem was that at arrival, I noticed the heating was not working. I promptly let the host know but at first they wouldn't believe me and only after a lot of insisting on my side they sent someone to fix it. It took them 5h to have this sorted, in February, and me having to contact Booking.com. Unacceptable!!! Finally, after my stay, I requested an invoice and also this was complicated. It took them more than one month to issue an invoice, and I had to contact them several times. Communication with customer support felt like talking to a (non-AI) machine... Very poor service.
• Sergio Ferraris (10/5): Hospedaje tranquilo y seguro - El apartamento es grande igual a lo que se ve en foto. Tiene cocina completa con todo para cocinar No tiene horno. Tiene lavaropas. Es una zona muy segura. Con market y supermercado cerca para poder ir a comprar. A unas cuadras de la estación Pilmilco y el bus 88 te deja a unas cuadras también. Tiene conexión para ir a donde quieras. Caminando en 10 minutos al Big Ben. Muy buena ka ubicación. Las ventanas dan a la calle y asi y todo no se escuchan ruidos. Es una zona tranquila y super segura. Podes estar con la ventana abierta y no pasa nada. La calefacción nada,super bien. Las camas nos parecieron comodas aunque los colchones se ven que tienen unos años. El baño super grande solo tengo para decir que la bañadera es un poco alta, tanto para entrar como para salir. La habitación doble no tenía placard, guarda ropa. Tenía solamente un barranco en u. Cuarteto con cuatro perchas.🤦‍♂️ No tiene caja fuerte, debe ser porque es seguro la zona y el apartamento. La habitacion doble no tenía guarda ropa. Tuvimos que dejar la ropa en las maletas. Fue muy incómodo tener que abrir las maletas cada vez que tenias que cambiarte.

• Tomas (6/5): PESIMA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL - La ubicación muy buena, instalaciones cómodas y en general estaba muy lindo. Acá me voy a extender, llegamos a las 16:00 el 1 de enero y la habitación no estaba lista, nos tuvimos que ir y volver a las 18:00 cuando claramente dice que el check in es a las 15:00, en ese momento dije no voy a decir nada, es año nuevo realmente lo entiendo, puede pasar. Lo peor viene luego, el día que nos íbamos a las 8:00 am se fue la electricidad y solo en nuestro apartamento no en todo el edificio (que pertenece completo a ellos) pues el agua dejo de salir caliente, no nos pudimos bañar, nos tuvimos que ir y en ese momento dije esta bien puede pasar, le voy a mandar un mensaje. Aquí empieza lo peor, cuando le mando mensaje a la compañía solo me dicen disculpas y no dieron ni minima intención de un resarcimiento económico ni nada por todas las horas en las que fueron pagadas y no pudimos estar en el apartamento, tanto del primer como el último día. Vale aclarar que el ultimo día hacían 0 grados afuera, imaginasen que la calefacción se apago y el agua salía fría, no pudimos ni bañarnos. La compañía nos ofreció un 5% de descuento en la próxima reserva, lo que me pareció realmente el chiste mas grande que me hayan contado, somos de Sudamerica probablemente no tengamos oportunidad de volver nuevamente, pero a ella si quería dejarles este mensaje, piense bien antes de venir, esta empresa es un chiste.

Está muy bien situado, las paradas de metro y guagua estaban a literalmente 3-4 calles y puedes ir caminando al Big Ben. Apartamentos limpios, provistos de toallas, papel higiénico y de cocina, dejan el aceite de oliva, azúcar, té y 4 cápsulas de café de cortesía. Camas muy cómodas, el wifi iba perfecto al igual que la calefacción. El personal muy amable y siempre la comunicación fue inmediata. Repetiría sin dudarlo y si estás leyendo este mensaje pensando si es recomendable o no elegirlo puedes estar tranquilo que no te vas a arrepentir. Me pasé meses buscando apartamentos por booking y leyendo reseñas sobretodo los comentarios negativos porque iba con mi familia y había vistos otras propiedades que parecían estupendas y siempre descubría cosas negativas en los comentarios. Supermercados cerca [Tesco express (si se hacen la tarjeta del club les sale más barato la compra) y el Sainsbury’s (cierra a las 23h y está literalmente a un par de calles y es yo encontré varias cosas más económicas)] Como recomendación: poner una cafetera italiana (aunque hay cafetera eléctrica de cápsulas). Yo me llevé mi propia cafetera y café porque me imaginé que no tendrían pero sería un punto fuerte tener este tipo de cafeteras. -No había secadora en todos los apartamentos. - En los apartamentos con cristalera solo un ropero en la habitación secundaria. En la habitación principal solo una cómoda o nada. En cambio en los apartamentos sin cristales muy bien de roperos.

Pulizia eccellente, dotazioni di buonissimo livello, cucina super attrezzata e modernissima per preparazioni base. Macchina del caffè a cialde e tea maker. Sistema di riscaldamento con termostato super moderno. Ho chiesto una coppia di lenzuola singole e mi sono state negate. Per un soggiorno di 3 notti pagato 600 € in appartamento non mi sembrava una richiesta così difficile da soddisfare. Finestre forse troppo poco termiche.

This is the second time I have stayed at Nestor properties and the experience has been consistent across two locations. I will definitely be staying with Nestor again. Absolutely not applicable.

• Ladd (9/5): The Regency was a nice apartment in a convenient location with all the amenities. - We liked the location of the apartment. It was close to the Pimlico Tube Station. You could easily walk to Westminster Abbey. There were nice pubs nearby such as the Queen’s Arms, the White Swan and the Jugged Hare. There were also grocery stores such Tesco and Little Waitrose. The apartment itself was spacious by London standards with nice amenities. It had a wonderful shower and washer. One big caution is our apartment was on the ground floor. There were lots of car and foot traffic. You can hear people’s voices as they walked by. I would request an apartment on a higher floor.

• casandra (4/5): Muchi menos de lo que me esperaba - Me gustó lo reformado que estaba el apartamento y que estuviese equipado (aunque por ejemplo, eché en falta un armario o una caja fuerte) Reservé un estudio superior, pero al llegar, no podía entrar por la entrada principal, teníamos que acceder a través de una escalera muy estrecha exterior y el estudio estaba en el -1. Tan apenas entraba luz y el apartamento contaba con un deshumidificador muy ruidoso que se conectaba cada poco tiempo, para dormir con tapones. Si en la descripción hubiesen avisado de que se localizada “lower ground” no lo hubiésemos reservado.
