• Anthony (9/5): Excellent location, very good facilities. - Excellent location, clean and quiet. Fairly well maintained - just a few minor issues. There was a metal floor strip at the edge of the kitchen area which had lifted slightly and could be a trip hazard. It would be useful if there were some instructions for using the cooker - maybe a small note saying to turn on the gas on the wall, before trying to use it. Also the en suite shower holder wasn’t gripping the slider rail. Really only minor issues.
• Stian (9/5): - The apartment was very close to the train station and within walking distance to pretty much everything. It was clean and spacious. There are times where you can hear noise from a tv through the walls in the evening, but other than that nice and quiet area

• Jandie (8/5): - The host was very nice and accomodating. Clear instructions were given on how to enter the building and get the keys. Once inside there were clear notes about the unit with exceptional wifi! Restaurants recommendations were also left for us. Overall a great stay!

• Amanda (9/5): Great place to stay, has a working elevator for those of us to who overshopping on our holidays - Great location around the corner from the train station making it easy to get back and forth. Lots of space with 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen.

• Sibel (8/5): Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen - Große Räume. Genug Platz für 3 Personen. Küche, Balkon und zwei Badezimmer war für uns sehr praktisch. Saubere Wohnung. Leider roch es im Flur und auf dem Balkon sehr nach Müll. Die Innenräume von der Unterkunft war nicht betroffen.

• Lambrou (7/5): - It was in the center of Florence, close to the station, suitable for four people, and clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the stairwell of the building and in the elevator. The check-in is done online, so you need to be familiar with technology. There were no paper napkins in the kitchen, which I consider important. In one of the rooms, no natural light came in and the bed was low. An espresso machine would also have been a nice addition.

• Pranavdesai (9/5): We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and the proper was centrally well located. - The house was well-maintained and clean. Location was perfect. Everything we needed was there in the property, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The lobby had an unpleasant smell.

• Maria (7/5): Basic accommodation in a good location. Need to address the bad smell - Location. Close to the train station and a supermarket The entrance and lift smells has a strong drainage smell. The 2nd room was warm (if the aircon is off). On our first night, the window was not closed properly so we can smell the drainage smell from downstairs. It stank really bad that’s why we were not able to get a good night sleep.
• Ching Man (8/5): Good Stay - Overall it’s good. Extremely close to the train station and to many major sites, all within walking distance. Apartment is clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed during the stay. It’s almost a full mark experience while the only issue is the smell of the building. Occasionally there was smell from the sewage and we could even tell that some neighbours were pouring bleach trying to get rid of the odour. It’s not the problem of the apartment itself but it’s the building.

The apartment was very comfortable. but there was a very strong chemical smell as soon as we came in the building and outside at the patio and at times you we would get a swift of it in the house.

• Haya (10/5): Perfect - Location is perfect, 6 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. The apartment was clean and tidy, it had towels, shampoo etc. I chose the option of checking in alone but the staff always checked on our stay and if we needed anything. Nothing at all.

Bit of a squeeze if your 16 stone like me. - Location was superb, the beds were very comfortable and the property was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night apart from late night arrival of other guests. Small. For four young adults it would be great. For four full size adults it was a bit of a squeeze. Having to shuffle sideways to pass the bidet and toilet to get to the small shower in the en suite became a bit of a drag but partly my fault for being so fat. Bedroom two's only window looks onto the lift shaft.
• Dorin (10/5): Very glad to have chosen this property - The property is in a walking distance from all the main attractions. Plus we arrived by train at the Santa Maria Novella station and we got to the property in no time, on foot. The elevator is a major, major plus. It saved us from a lot of frustration, especially by having a baby pushchair with us. The apartment was fully equipped. The host was very present, through messages and her instructions were very clear. We couldn't figure out the central heating thermostat. We found that the quick way to increase room temperature was to increaase the water temperature in the central. Then, leave it as it was.

It was extremely hard to communicate with the hosts, the apartment wasn’t that clean, floor was dirty, and hard to get around because everything was very small, even bathrooms. The balcony smelled really really bad, disgusting, everyday.

The apartment was really small and 1 of the bedrooms was exceptionally small with a double bed that can only fit 1 person. The toilet is also very small with practically no space to take a proper shower. The washing machine is outside at the balcony which is freezing cold during winter.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Not my favourite but it was alright - The location is great! walking distance from the train station and very close (10 min walk) to the main tourist attractions. the place has all amenities needed and it has two bathrooms/showers, which is great when traveling as a group. the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s even a washing machine for emergencies. 1- We requested to check in just one hour earlier and we were told it was fine but when we arrived, the flat was still being cleaned and it wasn’t ready so we had to wait there until the very annoyed cleaner finished and left, evidently there was broken communication between the flat admin and the cleaning company. 2- There’s an awful smell of sewage inside the building (NOT inside the flat). And after using the shower a strong smell of bleach can be perceived, I guess this is how they keep the drainage smell from coming inside the flat. 3- The bathrooms are long in length but small in width, a large/tall person wouldn’t fit in the en-suite, if you sit down in the loo, your knees would touch the wall in the front.
• Aynslie (10/5): Great stay! - Loved the location as its close to the river Arno and santa maria novella. The general accommodation was fab.The property has a lift and was very clean, comfortable with good facilities. The hosts kept in contact to ensure we were happy with our stay. They allowed us to leave our bags prior to leaving. I would definitely return! There seems to be an odd smell around the area in general, it's likely old drainage but this didn't bother us too much as it is not in the flat.
