• Guest (8/5): Great for an overnight stay. - Breakfast not applicable. Location was great. A beautiful place with very well maintained grounds. Signage to the property was lacking. Due to the fact that the area has almost no phone or internet access nav aids didn’t work and I wasn’t able to upload the map on the website before leaving home. Website didn’t open as it should have done although I tried many times.

• Jake (9/5): Perfect place for a couple to get away from it all in the rainforest. - The location was incredible. The grounds were spectacularly maintained and so lovely to walk around in. Lots of tropical wildlife, including beautiful birds. The cabin was well-maintained, well-stocked and vey comfortable. I enjoyed the colorful decor. I want to thank the owners for allowing us a little glimpse into this remote part of the world, it was truly a special experience to spend a few nights in the rainforest. A few minor issues with fixtures that may require maintainence. The bathroom sink handle would come off, the shower head seal is broken, meaning the pressure is affected and the television set would not connect to the WIFI, requiring me to drive into Murwillumbah (about 45 minutes) to get an HDMI cable. These ultimately proved to be very minor issues that did not detract from the overall stay. I want to be clear that this criticism is intended to be constructive and we had an superb stay and would absolutely book again.
• Jorja (10/5): Rainforest rejuvination - The location is spectacular. Extremely beautiful. The sounds of nature is so calming too. The bed was really comfortable. Water pressure was so strong! Hot water came out really fast. The cabin was a lot bigger than I expected. Felt like a real home. We also loved your gorgeous dog! Didn't get her name as it wasnt on her collar, but wow she greeted us, took us on a walk around the property to check out the creek. Sat with us all night at the outside table, so calm and sweet. And so well behaved! She did not try to get inside the cabin once. We gave her endless cuddles :) My only issue was the horse flies. They were relentless! Could have been because it was the first 32 degree day in months but wow! Once the sun went down it wasnt as bad.

• Ginie (8/5): Comfortable tranquil retreat - Loved the location in the rainforest. Absolutely stunning property. Sitting in the sun watching birds and reading with a glass on wine was so relaxing after a 10hour drive. Bed was super comfy and warm, which was fortunate as very little heating. I love dark bedrooms and as this was so secluded there were no nasty hotel lights on all night :) birds were beautiful. We walked by the creek. Be lovely to swim here in the summer The reverse cycle air con/heater didn’t work. Another free standing heater was provided but in the depth of winter not sure it would be adequate. Freezing in the bathroom but I don’t mind the cold. Also be aware of a few things: it’s a long way from shops/restaurants so bring food with you. We did have bread and cheese and breakfast supplies so it was fine. Description says coffee maker, but all I could see was plunger and no coffee - except instant:(. We always travel with pod machine anyway.
• Troy (9/5): Great Place for a short stay. Well equiped with everything you might need. - Great little getaway location. We used it as a quick overnight spot so didnt get to explore the property much however it seemed very tranquil. Starlink was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly soft. It was still comfortable just not what I am used to. The heating in the place was also probably not quite adequate.
