No me gusta hacer críticas negativas, pero deberían mejorar algunos aspectos como: el edificio donde se encuentra el apartamento necesita una remodelación estética. El apartamento no es cómodo para familias, ya que hay que subir unas escaleras después de un largo pasillo. El plato de ducha es pequeño y la cerradura del baño está rota. El menaje estaba sucio y era antiguo . Estaba poco ventilado y no estaba muy limpio. El armario del dormitorio no tiene estanterías.

• Judith (9/5): A great, 1 night stay - Communication was good and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location. It was quiet, but close to the sea front restaurants etc. It was clean and tidy. We only stayed one night, so didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. Coffee was keft for us to use, which was great. We had no complaints. Nothing

Bei Fragen wurde einfach nicht reagiert.
• Eileen (7/5): Ok for two ppl not suitable for 4 with luggage. - The location of the property was excellent with a great mini market just outside the front door. So very very central to the beach shops and restaurants. Lovely bottle of water and bubby in the fridge, Great to have a washing machine, Balcony small but pleasant. The Host was great to reply fast to queries. The shower water wasnt hot and always went cold fast, the place could do with a good paint lots of scratches on walls, the couch definitely needs a professional clean as its dirty and converts to a bed for the kids. The bathroom toilet needs a new toilet seat the wooden one there is all chipped. Missing lamp shade on light in the living room. Ants in the bathroom sink
• Yuki (5/5): - Excellent location. The view from the balcony was amazing as well. There were many ants especially around kitchen area. We informed the host but we were just told that “there’s nothing they can do because it’s an island” - but I don’t think all the accommodations in Tenerife have ants in the room there are surely things that they can do. We had to walk up one floor after exiting the lift. It wasn’t easy with a heavy suit case and baby stroller. Very strong smell when we got in (probably detergent). We needed to open the windows and doors for a while to let it go and wipe the floor by ourselves. No shower gel or shampoo. Not convenient for a short stay.

• MONICA (3/5): No me gustó - La ubicación No me gustó que la primera noche la tuve que pasar en un hotel porque nadie me decía como acceder al apartamento. La habitación era pequeña, cama muy blanda, la ventana casi no se podía abrir porque daba con el cabecero de la cama, además el interruptor de la luz estaba fuera de la habitación. Aparte de esto, varios días cortaban el agua durante algunas horas
• June (9/5): Great short break - Anna was in contact and met us at apartment via phone call . We checked out and left keys in property and I emailed anna to say we had checked out .location was great around bars and restaurants. There is building work going over the road at another hotel that was a little noisy rom but not on weekends .this didn't affect our stay . No pool but for the price this is fine .not sure if I would stay for a week without that but as we only had 4 nites this did not bother us and the beach was 3 minutes away

• Zoe (8/5): Very good - Great location with a lovely balcony. The host was very welcoming and friendly. She helped me find the property and also allowed us to drop bags off early. She also allowed us to stay another night last minute due to a flight cancellation. The only negative was it was very hot. I bought a fan to use and then it wasn’t too bad.
• Tiziana (4/5): The location and view were fantastic, but the lack of comfort and response from the host made our st - The view from the balcony was stunning.I also loved how conveniently located it was—close to shops, the promenade, and beautiful beaches. While the accommodation had some great aspects, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were ants everywhere, and despite reaching out to the host for some help, we never received a response. The fridge was also extremely noisy, disturbing our sleep at night. Another inconvenience was the lack of bedside tables, which meant we had to place things like eyeglasses and water bottles on the floor. These issues made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

• Marian (8/5): A gem in Los Cristianos ! - Anna was the perfect host who extended a very warm welcome to us. She ensured the apartment was spotlessly clean for our arrival. Anna was willing to help us in any way she could - for which we are very grateful. This helped to make our stay comfortable & secure. The apartment itself was in an excellent location close to the beach & all amenities. A big bonus was its proximity to a supermarket & Los Cris bus station. Best described as bijou, it fulfilled our needs & we had a pleasant time. It could have been enhanced with the addition of a microwave saving on time & energy efficiency. The patio door would benefit from a curtain to provide shade & privacy.

• Jocelyn (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent for the local amenities and transport. The shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor when showering. Hot water ran out quite quickly, and needed to reheat quite frequently, taking a lot of time.
• Yuliia (8/5): Perfect for a couple - The hotel is clean, has everything you need. Very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from the terrace, pleasant owner, easy check-in. A welcome gift in the fridge - a bottle of good beer. There are no problems with parking in the evening. I recommend! Unfortunately, the shower leaked and we always had a wet floor. Also, the shower itself is very small, it was difficult for me to even wash my hair, because I almost reached the shower with my head and there was no place to turn around. We did not like the bed and pillows, they were very soft, like for children. There was only one body towel. It was very noisy with the window open, but it is impossible to sleep without it because it is hot and there is no air conditioning or fan. The sofa needs to be updated, it was disgusting to sit on. There are very small chairs on the terrace, it will be uncomfortable for bigger people. The toilet seat needs to be replaced a long time ago, it is worn out. I didn't think it was appropriate to put an artificial rose on the bed.

• Braden (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, quiet and clean apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, fridge,cutlery, washing machine, oven. Anna was an absolute pleasure to deal with. For international travellers, i know that she speaks Spanish, English, and Polish. I highly recommend staying at this place. Location, less than a 10 minute walk from Los Cristianos bus stop. Little shop downstairs. Restaurants 2 minute walk, beach less than 5 minutes away. 7am in the morning you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise!! Below are two photos taken from the balcony. No issues
