• Hong Joo (1/5): Many coackroaches - The cleanliness condition is very poor! When we checked in and opened the door, so many small coackroaches were gathering at the kitchen, and on the table... Then we reported this issue to this room's customer service, they said this was their first time encountered with this issue, they did not have this issue before, and they asked me to report to the host. Their attitude is very bad and they tried to push the responsibilities to each other, the customer service not even shows any professionalism. The host had read the message, but they just keep quiet and not even giving any solving method or even an apologise. The experience is very very bad👎👎
• Marc (10/5): Good, but can be improved. - The residence is close to public transportation. Easy access to Eko Cheras Mall and Leisure Mall. The apartment is modern and spacious. No cleaning amenities such as a broom, a dust pan and a clothes rack in the apartment. We had to purchase the items for use as we stayed for 17 nights.

• IseultD (9/5): A good stay at Ekocheras - This is none of the good unit that i have stayed in Ekocheras. First of all, great location, very convenient, mall below. Good facilities, gym, swimming pool etc. Easy keys collection with instruction. Unit is clean and with the basic amenities- water filter machine. The unit with the balcony was a plus point. Good wifi as well. Bad traffic to and fro. The bed sheet need to be changed, felt like something bit us during the stay.

This made me extremely anxious. Only 1 key & fob (none for 2nd guest of mine) No instructions for flat appliances, bin location or for Eko facilities. **NO INTERNAL DOOR SECURITY for guest personal safety. I piled the dining room chairs behind the door at nights in case of someone trying to enter! No floor mop & bucket No clothes airer No drying tea towels No scissors, chopping board, pan, cutlery knives No cooking pan (for soup noodle) only 1 small frying pan The table which held the microwave was very unstable & kept tipping forward

The house equipped with toiletries, towels, hairdryer, iron, fridge, water dispenser and kettle. The owner very helpful with replacing the spoilt iron, accurate instruction to check in. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Overall all of us are satisfied with the stays. Could be better if microwaves available, Internet kind of slow
