• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - The reservation was shifted to damac reva and the check in was so smooth thanks to the help of Mr osama and Mr Mazen, the apartment was exceptional and clean with good furniture and kitchen appliance. The tower itself has a great pool and gym and 24 hours so friendly security. I really enjoyed my stay and for sure i will repeat it again and again. Thank you staycae team. Nothing

• Viktória (10/5): We would definitely come to this place again if we visit Dubai in the future! - Everything was perfect, the location is close to food places and the Burj Khalifa + mall are just ~20mins walk away (as we saw, that walk distance is short in Dubai :)) The staff who let us in (thank you Ali!) was really flexible helpful and kind, we arrived almost at night. The rooms are very big, and they have everything you need. The pool area is very big too and we are sad we didn't have more time to spend here! Our view from the balcony was great too! It may be a personal issue which appeared in all Dubai, but the air conditioning was a little bit cold for us and it couldn't be turned off :)

• Mohammed (1/5): Unprofessional people. Gas leak smell in apartment tried convincing us to sleep there - The apartment had gas leak. We checked in 11pm, no one walked us in, when we checked in it was real gas smell in apartment, when we msged the host they told us this is normal, we called the secuirty and apartments maintenance guy they all checked it and said this isn't normal, they blasted the ac and opened balcony door and said it should go away as after 1 hour around after midnight the host stopped responding and then the security asked to call police and after many threats the host came and switched us to another apartment 2am and Gave us another unit which we never booked and we were very unhappy with that unit as it was really small and had no electrical outlets in washroom for us to get ready. Unit was really small. They wasted 30 minutes arguing because the towel had stains of normal cleaning face ladies make up We will never use booking.com in the future worse experience ever. The apartment had gas leak. • Emil (7/5): Good - Cosy apartment, 15 min walk to Dubai Mall. Close to Creek promenade with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Bright appartment since it was a Creek view (East) but therefore a bit noisy due to traffic. Apartment should be Downtown view, as per title and verification through chat, but it was not.. Access key was functional for apartment doors only and was not working for swimming pool and gym. So I had to ask security or other people to open a door for me. Parking lot was not provided however I had free valet parking instead. Cupboard in a bathroom was broken.

• Moureen (10/5): I loved everything!! - The apartment was spectacular, I took a one-bedroom apartment that came with enough space and a huge balcony with a great view. Ahmed was the best he was so helpful, even a great communicator. I complained to him about a foul smell in my first apartment and he transferred me to another apartment. I came on with an earlier flight and he offered me an earlier check-in. The whole team was so helpful and informative. The building is in a great location, close to Dubai mall and many other attractions. There's a supermarket downstairs that does delivery as well, a spa as well as in the building, everything you might need is just surrounding the building. Nothing to complain because in case of anything they were always there to help.
