Jose Vicente (1/5): - Gostamos da estrutura do condomínio e da localização. Muito organizado e seguro. Com mercado 24 horas na garagem e super seguro para entrar e sair. Recomendo o condomínio. Infelizmente não gostamos nada da acomodação. Ela fica no sub solo, então isso deveria estar descrito no anúncio do apartamento. Outro detalhe muito importante, por ser no sub solo, fica ao lado do motor da piscina que fica 24 horas ligado, então tem um barulho constante de motor ligado, ficando impossível repousar. O apartamento necessita cuidados mais rigorosos com a limpeza e cuidado com o jardim na parte externa, que estava com mato super alto. Ao final de tudo não vale o investimento. E o anúncio tem que ser mais claro da sua real localização, para não induzir ao erro de alugar achando que é uma coisa e chegar lá e se decepcionar.
