• Carmen Lisseth (1/5): AWFUL THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN FLORENCE - Nada El personal. Sobre todo el servicio del parking. Pagamos para el traslado del check in y el check out. Al hacer el check out llamé porque me indicaron que tenía que llamar una hora antes. Llamé a las 7:30 y que lo haríamos a las 9:30 para que estuvieran aquí y llevar las maletas, me dijeron que estaba bien. A las 9:35 llame y no contestaban, luego me cortaron la llamada. Al seguir insistiendo me contestaron ya groseros que ellos me dijeron que yo tenía que llegar porque las calles estaban cerradas y no podían llegar. Les indique que no podía porque llevaba muchas maletas y ando con mis papás que ya tiene casi 70 años. El tipo me empezó a gritar que me había dicho y no me dejaba hablar y le dije que me tenía que dejar hablar porque no era así y que yo había pagado por el servicio y luego me colgó. Llamé al servicio al cliente del lugar ya molesta y les expliqué y les dije que dejaran hablar y explicarles y cuando termine el señor me dijo que iba a averiguar y que luego me llamaba y me colgó sin más. Al final llamaron un taxi para que fueran a recogernos, al llegar al parqueo el "gerente" se acercó a decirme que yo le había gritado y le dije que había Sido el pero.que no me dejé, se portó confrontativo y abusivo sin siquiera querer arreglar las cosas o encontrar soluciones anteriormente. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR
• Maria Belen (5/5): - Tranquilo y muy bien comunicado.supermercado cerca,y accesible El apartamento necesita una reforma general. la baza con residuos calcáreos,el trastero mejor no abrir y aún cerrado sale un olor desagradable,el patio exterior en estado de abandono,ventanas y puertas que no cierran bien por las que se cuelan las hormigas , lamparas rotas, contraventanas sucias etc.No está en condiciones una cosa es antiguo y otra cosa es deteriorado

• Candace (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment is just outside of the main city center but still close to walk in or take the bus or tram. It was spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed. When the lighter for the gas stove didn't work anymore, the host delivered a new one to us. The host was very responsive and kind. The patio was nice when the weather cooperated. Was there in March so it wasnt always sunny but we still enjoyed the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store was around the corner, super convenient. Would recommend! The bathroom walls were a bit old looking, maybe a little mildew on them. But it's an old building so I get that. Still would recommend it as an affordable place to stay.
• Marcin (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds Well equipped kitchen, it had everything, even olive oil! Big apartment with two rooms Sunny with windows (blinds on the private room side are opening sideways, not onto the street) TV working with Netflix! But not with HBO Toillet clogged a little bit on the last day, but it wasn't a problem for us, we get to know the owner
• Jason (9/5): Superb - The apartment was close enough to walk to it, but it was far enough it was quieter, which was great. It was easy to get in and out from the city, so that was wonderful. It was simple, but who goes on vacation to hang out in a fancy apartment, right? I sure don't. A good place to relax and get some sleep so that you're ready for the next day! A great place to visit, that's for sure. I know that this will sound strange, but right around the corner there's only one at restaurant. Or I should say, that's the only one that I found. As you know, the restaurants surrounded to the Duomo were nuts expensive. On the flip side though, right around the corner was fantastic and super cheap. 😊

• Endri (7/5): Good - The location was great.Near the center and it had almost all the amenities needed.The beds were comfortable. There was a strange smell of mold. There were no slippers available so we had to stay with our shoes dressed all the time.Single blankets are something that the owners must consider .
