• Baumberger (4/5): Schlechter zustand und Kalt - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Okay, man ist in ca. 25 Minuten bei ddr Umgebung des Ratshaus. Das Apartment befand sich in einem schlechten Zustand und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht beheizt. Da die Aussentemperatur nur bei etwa 15 Grad lag, war es in der Wohnung sehr kalt und wir haben gefroren. Ausserdem war es in der Wohnung durchgehend feucht, sodass selbst die Badetücher nicht trocknen konnten.

• Xingong (2/5): Verdict: A property to avoid unless you expect and appreciate urban camping experience. - Undoubtedly very good location. Very good proximity to U-Bahn and tram services. 10/10 Unsuitable for human beings to stay over night. Would definitely have aborted my stay without the presence of old people in the travel group. Major issues by the time of my arrival: – Wet towels. Had to dry them myself with the dryer. The host reacted with apologies. – Wet beds. WET BEDS. The covers of all quilts and pillows were soaked. Discovered this at around 21:00 and texted the host. Had to operate the dryer until midnight. No message from the host at all until 12+ hours later at 10:27 the next morning. No apology, explanation or any reaction on this wet bed issue in that 10:27 message or at any time in the future. – NO 24 HOUR FRONT DESK at all as described in the property listing. The host claimed to have this again in her direct messages, yet what was offered was in fact "24 hour self check in", which was essentially different from "24 hour front desk". There was no one to talk to when I desperately needed timely support on the wet bed issue. Relatively minor issues: – Bugs in the room – Automatic heating system did not maintain stable temperature. No possibility of direct manual adjustment through the visitor. Ice cold heaters despite very low room temperature – Bed mattress dented, too soft, too old – Zero view to the outside – High windows very hard to open or close, only possible with careful manoeuvres of a long stick – Bad ventilation. Ventilators seemingly defective. Constant high humidity even with the high windows open. Hot water in the 100% genuine en suite bathrooms regularly and inevitably turned the two smaller bedrooms into a sauna – Dirty, incomplete cutlery including plates, merely four bowls and one single teaspoon. Pot with a broken lid. Water cooker with a failing switch. Dirty fridge

• Jose (10/5): It's Charming - Flat with all the comforts for a peaceful and happy stay. I have nothing bad to say about it.
• Istvan (9/5): We liked it very much! - For 6 guests it wes perfect, every room has its own bathroom and the dining room is planty for 6. The front door opened right to the street. I was a bit noisy at night. Parking is a hard thing in Vienna, next time better to travel by train.

But a wish for next time would be that some fans could be ins - It was very clean and the apartment itself was very cozy and had showers in each room, which was nice. The host was super nice and good to communicate with. Good location, with a market next door. A well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need. There was no air conditioning and it is relatively hot, nor were there any windows that were easy to open. No ventilation and no air conditioning, so it was very hot. In addition, the apartment is on the ground floor and it faces a road, so we were woken up several times during the night due to noise from outside. In addition, it also said that there is parking, but it is not guaranteed that you will find a space and it is not free. Information about parking was very unclear.
• Yu-en (9/5): Everything in the house is nice. The landlord is really nice as well !! - The house is really nice. If three people were taking the shower simultaneously, the hot water couldn’t work sometimes. The pillow is all little bit too soft.
• Vitalijus (9/5): Convenient location of the apartment. The apartment itself is large, comfortable and spacious. Three bedrooms, a toilet, - near city center I did not like that there was no way to park a large car. The virtual parking program does not work. She did not allow us to register our country's phone number.
• Marla (5/5): Nice facilities, but check there is NO construction whilst you are staying there! - the apt is lovely and centrally located. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean The entire street is torn up - and workers start at 6am and jack hammered cement at 6:45am - impossible to talk it w so loud. Fortunately we were going out site seeing, had we needed to work inside would have been impossible. Shame we did not know. It is a ground floor flat so noise is at the street level!
• Rautios (8/5): Great place in Vienna and would definitely book again! - Great for a group of friends staying over at Vienna! We enjoyed our stay very much and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. There were no towels available for taking a shower. There was old food (moldy limes) left in the fridge which was a bit off putting.
