• Frank (9/5): - Es war so, dass man abends gerne nach Hause kam und sich wohlfühlte. Gute Betten und eine geräumige, hübsch und durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung. Wegen der Lage an der Hauptstraße und gegenüber einer Tankstelle war es ein bisschen - aber nicht sehr - laut, was aber durch die hervorragend zentrale Lage mehr als wettgemacht wurde - nur ein paar Meter zum Hafen, zum Strand, dem Bummel - Boulevard und dem schönen Uferweg zum Kongresspalast. Dieser ist, nebenbei bemerkt, architektonisch sehenswert und eine einmalige Location für Konzerte, mit dem Blick durch ein riesiges Glasfenster hinter der Bühne auf das Meer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung nehmen, auch für länger als eine Woche. Es war alles zufriedenstellend.

• eric (5/5): Amélioration à faire - L'emplacement central de l'île est un plus , proximité des commerces, du port. La réactivité de Georgia pour le problème électrique et son équipe de techniciens. Équipements salle de bain ok Aucune isolation phonique, les fenêtres ne ferment pas et la rue est très bruyante la nuit. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, nous l'avons signalé au technicien qui a réparé la pompe d'eau qui faisait disjoncter les plombs mais pas se problème Équipement très minimaliste: 5 couteaux 4 fourchettes..., toute petite cafetière pour un café à la fois.

• Laura (7/5): - Que está a pocos metros de la playa y tiene un centro comercial justo al lado El ruido por la noche teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas por que hace muchísimo calor y no tiene aire acondicionado y al tener las ventanas abiertas no se podía dormir bien con tanto ruido
• philip (8/5): A handy and pleasant appartment. - The appartment was very clean. The location was very good. Very close to a shopping centre with a large supermarket. And not to far from a beach and a nice walk.

• Vito (7/5): - Posizione strategica a due passi da tutto. Parcheggio in uno spiazzo sterrato di fronte. Il letto matrimoniale un po' più grande di una piazza e mezzo. Le porte delle stanze e del bagno gonfie di umidità che strisciano per terra e le maniglie rumorosissime, gli infissi esterni che non chiudono. Segno di una cattiva manutenzione unita ad una qualità di costruzione discutibile alla quale peraltro sono abituato alle Canarie.

• Vladyslav (9/5): Все сподобалось - Зручне розташування в центрі міста. Поряд великий торговий центр, продуктовий магазин. Автомобіль можна залишити на безкоштовному майданчику поряд з квартирою. Квартира обладнана всім необхідним.
