• Anna Rosa (9/5): perfect location, comfy apartment. stairs are narrow so a bit difficult to handle kids/stroller - staff was very responsive wi fi connection was not working but they eventually brought another router
• Sara (7/5): - The apartment itself is stunning, and the location is amazing. The showers were only lukewarm after a couple of minutes, totally unsatisfactory for a family. Maintenance attended to check it out but there was no improvement.

• Jean-Claude (8/5): Super appart en hyper centre avec une belle décoration et vue directe sur le pont Eifel - Appartement à 1m du pont Eifel avec vue directe sur la voute depuis la salle de douche. Très bien décoré et situé. Il est possible d’accéder (parfois) à la rue pour déposer les bagages. Hyper centre-ville Dans la chambre avec les deux lits séparés: pour certaines personnes le bruit de la climatisation (groupe extérieur) peut être dérangeant car seul une porte sépare de l’extérieur. Je pense surtout à ceux qui sont habitués au calme total.
• Martin (5/5): Billige Wohnung, den Preis dennoch nicht wert. - Wohnzimmer und Küche wie beschrieben Die Lage im ersten Stock ist schlecht: laut und auf gleicher Höhe wie die meist begangene Brücke Gironas. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein Witz: ein Holzverschlag, nicht wirklich heizbar. Im Bad hat es sehr stark nach Fäkalien gerochen und die Möblierung ist generell äusserst billig.

• Neirotti (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro - L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico, comodissimo per visitare la città vecchia. L’arredamento è di buon gusto, pratico e originale. L’host ha sempre risposto tempestivamente a tutte le nostre domande. La scala di accesso al piano è molto stretta. Bisognerebbe segnalarlo nell’annuncio, per qualcuno potrebbe essere scomoda.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Great location, very central. A 15 minute walk from the train station. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very responsive. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding. The trash removal system was a bit complicated.

• xabieryv (9/5): Amazing department to stay - Once you past the the hall and stairs that get you to the apartment, you find an amazing place: beautiful, roomy (big), clean, renovated and very modern apartment. Good reviews from other hosts are well deserve. The hall and stairs up to the apartment are small and walls are very dirty.

• Susan (9/5): Beautiful apartment and great staff.the office was nearby and very accessible - Beautiful property right in the center of old town. Up one flight of stairs but manageable. Two bathrooms which was fantastic. Lovely seating and dining area. Loved the auto lock option. The office staff answered questions promptly.
• Natasha (9/5): Lovely apartment with original features and a central location looking over one of the main streets. - The apartment was modern but cosy. A great central place to stay, we saw a parade past our window and people dancing below another day. The supermarket is just over the bridge, everything seems very close. The two bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure. There were enough utensils/cookware for us to make meals. My children had lots of space to sit and relax and also love the apartment. The beds were very comfortable- we had great sleeps! Having part of the Eiffel Bridge in the shower was equally creepy and fascinating. I would definitely return as the niggles were such small things. We loved our stay, the apartment it had all the touches we look for when staying somewhere! Balcony table dirty, hard to get to the table and chair as it’s a very small space outside- only one person can fit! Slight smell of damp the more you use the showers. The sofa bed was hard to put back into a sofa, maybe a demo would have been a good idea when we were taken to our apartment? The hallway stairs were pitch black to the apartment, this felt very dangerous. My children are older thankfully so I didn’t have to carry them/have a buggy to navigate. Battery operated wall lights would be better than nothing- it’s an accident waiting to happen. More information needed on the transport system for guests as going online wasn’t always accurate and the kiosks at the bus station were closed at times. Everyone seemed to have different advice. We were stuck/delayed when travelling quite a bit

• Alastair (8/5): Overall a very spacious and comfortable appartment in the centre of Girona close to shops/cafes. - Central location of the appartment to shops, restaurants . A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar was not provided. Toilet roll was limited to 2 rolls per bathroom. Inside shutters need to be installed for the bedroom on the river side as there was noise up to midnight and after on the Gustav Eifel bridge.

• Scott (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. No regrets. - Location was very good. Very central. Was nice that was central but was a little noisy at times. We were there cycling and was a little tricky getting the bikes up and down the narrow stairs.
• Rachel (6/5): Great location but modest accommodations at best. - Location is awesome in the old quarter with views of La rambla Main Street and “Eiffel” bridge. Bed was comfortable enough and I used the washing machine and drying rack to do laundry. Showers got hot and kitchen is functional. Drinking water should be provided. We needed more towels and soap including hand soap for bathrooms and kitchens. We had to purchase toilet paper and haul water home which is absurd for the price we’re paying. Only one remote for two heaters. Would not allow checkout after 11am. Room by the bridge is noisy. We couldn’t figure out the tv. Apartment a little creepy. The doors to the balcony are broken at the top hinge and seem dangerous but I was told that’s how they are supposed to be.
• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and very nicely renovated with focus on details. It is very well equipped with very comfortable beds. The bravissimo team was really helpfull and responsive - thank you again for letting us check out bit later as one of our kids was not feeling well! N/A

Minor issues: Main door to the building did not seem very secure. Also some doubts about adequate fire escape route.

• Niber (8/5): Very friendly and helpful staff and location was outstanding with lovely views of La Rambla. - The apartment was perfect for a family of 5 with great facilities. Location was ideal for getting familiar with the old town. The apartment was clean and included 2 toilets with showers. More and better cleaning equipment would have been good to help keep the apartment clean (e.g. vacuum cleaner). Free coffee, tea and more toilet paper would have been great.

Nice view in main bathroom.😊 Noisy during day especially windows open, as it’s located in a thoroughfare. No tv remote control. No oven dishes at all, oven tray or jug/ tea pot etc. No nespresso pods left as welcome gift. Glass Shower door in main bathroom really very awkward to get working and made very loud squeaky noise when opening.
• Kristine (10/5): Alll together it was great apartment to stay with friends. - Apartment is in great location, very mordern and clean an spacious for 4 people. There is interesting bathroom :) AC was working great, there was enough dishes and glasses. we stayed for 4 days and in 2nd day we saw some ants in kitchen and on dining table, in the last day they were so much everywhere. It was quite disgusting.
• Susan (10/5): Exceptional high standard apartment - Exceeded expectations in every way. Great quality fixtures and furnishings, made it very comfortable. Great location with river view and in historic area, close to great restaurants cafes and places of interest. The entrance and shared stairwell are worn and shabby so initial impression is disappointing but once into the apartment it's fabulous.
• William (9/5): A very unique, well-situated, and comfortable apartment from which to explore Girona. - Incredible location - literally at the foot of the Eiffel bridge (the door opens onto the stairs descending from the bridge) - the internal bridge supports are visible from the shower through a plexiglass wall, very cool architectural detail. Dedicated indoor bike storage area! Great air conditioning. The neighbors were a bit noisy, slamming some doors in the early morning hours. Overall given the very central location it was not as noisy as I feared, presumably due to good soundproofing.

• Kevin (10/5): Stylish apartment in central Girona - Very tastefully decorated and furnished apartment located right in the centre of Girona. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Good kitchen. Nice layout with open plan kitchen dining and lounge space. There is a balcony overlooking the street below (las ramblas). Space inside flat for storage of bikes. Good washing machine with drying rack. Showers were very powerful with plentiful hot water. It was a bit noisy on our first night (Saturday) as people passed across the bridge and in the street below but our next four nights were pretty peaceful.

• Judy (9/5): Excellent home away from home - Very central location, close to many shops and restaurants. Super spacious, would be comfortable for 4 people. Amenities are complete and functional. The place feels quite homey and is a comfortable place to return to. Staff are helpful especially Marco who provided us with cycling routes and other useful information which is really appreciated. Certain surface can use a better clean but most commonly used areas were cleaned properly. Also not a dislike but a note for those with mobility issue - the flat is on a second floor (not too many stairs though) walk-up.

It looks exactly like what it is in the pictures. The location is very central for our family to get around the different places we wanted to see in Girona. Paula and team also provided us with great customer service throughout our stay . we would highly recommend this apartment !! nothing
