• DIEGO (8/5): Cómodo y amplio - Apartamento cómodo, instalaciones remoldeladas en comparación con el resto del edificio, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días, bien comunicado por medio del trasporte público. Por poner una pega, se podrían mejorar las almohadas.

• Karolina (8/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i komfortowy pobyt mimo drobnych niedogodności - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklepy oraz przystanek kolejki, a do centrum można bez problemu dojść pieszo. Okolica spokojna i cicha, idealna na odpoczynek. Mieszkanie składa się z dwóch pokoi, kuchni z aneksem oraz dużej łazienki. Całość czysta i dobrze wyposażona, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Z minusów: zdarza się, że przy podłączeniu zbyt wielu urządzeń jednocześnie wyłącza się prąd, jednak jest na to proste rozwiązanie. Minusem jest również okno pod prysznicem – trudno stwierdzić, kto i w jakim celu je tam zaprojektował. Gdyby nie te drobne niedogodności, mieszkanie byłoby idealne. Właścicielka bardzo kontaktowa i pomocna, świetny kontakt na każdym etapie pobytu. Okno pod prysznicem wychodzące na dziedziniec.

• Alfonso (9/5): Capodanno in famiglia ad Alicante - Ho soggiornato presso questo appartamento per una settimana, insieme a mia moglie e mia figlia. L'abitazione era pulita e ordinata, l'angolo cucina aveva tutti i comfort necessari (bollilatte, forno a microonde, piano cottura a induzione, pentole, bicchieri, piatti ecc.), il WIFI era veloce e funzionale, inoltre vi era una smart TV nuova con la quale si potevano vedere NETFLIX, DISNEY+, PRIME ecc., naturalmente solo tramite l'accesso con le proprie credenziali per coloro che già hanno un abbonamento. A pochi metri dall'abitazione vi è un ampio spazio (tutto in terra battuta) per parcheggiare liberamente l'autovettura , inoltre a qualche centinaio di metri a piedi si giunge sulla strada principale ove vi sono diversi negozi, bar, supermercati ecc. Il centro città dista circa 3 km ed è raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi pubblici. La camera da letto e il bagno hanno l'affaccio su di un cortile chiuso e per tale motivo vengono illuminate solamente tramite la luce delle lampade
• Tayeb (9/5): - J'ai séjourné 7 nuits dans cet appartement et l’expérience a été très satisfaisante. L’appartement est propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, agréable et sécurisé, tout en étant proche des transports, des commerces et des différents services. Un logement confortable que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

• Żaneta (9/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Blisko do sklepów i komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie przestronne, łóżka wygodne, dobrze wyposażone. Brak wentylacji w łazience więc nie można było trzymać w niej mokrych ręczników. Poza tym wszystko super :-)
• Grzegorz (9/5): - Apartament bardzo czysty i w dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy skąd można dojechać do centrum lub na pobliskie plaże. Okolica spokojna, blisko sklepy. Mieszkanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Właścicielka czekała do późna aby otworzyć nam mieszkanie. Bardzo dobra cena wynajmu.
• AntonioBonifacio (3/5): Solo per soggiorni molto brevi - L'appartamento è abbastanza buono, spazioso e completo. La zona è pessima, non solo ci sono poche cose vicino, ma sembra anche abbastanza pericolosa

Easy to get in with the security system through the owner. Many supermarkets nearby and cafés The kitchen had cockroaches, they hid under the countertop and appeared mainly at night. The area was fine but it was a little shady at night , especially near the tram station.

• Luisenf (8/5): - Todo muy bien! Muy limpio. Zona buena para sacar a la perrita. La gatita se sintió muy agusto (buena energía). El A/A súper bien. No recomendado para personas con movilidad reducida por la escalera que lleva al piso. Buen piso para los que no les importa ver bichillos en la zona de la cocina. La habitación ppal y el baño tienen ventanas opacas porque dan al patio interior de otra vivienda. Cama ppal muy cómoda pero débil para hacer otras cosas que no sea dormir. Bien calidad/precio. Gracias a Alona por facilitarnos todo!

• Inma (8/5): - Moderno, cómo y bien ubicado. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón pero llega a todas las estancias. La zona en la que se encuentra es tranquila y tiene aparcamiento suficiente para poder aparcar el coche sin problema. Cogiendo el bus en 15-20 minutos estás en el puerto de Alicante. Dos habitaciones independientes (una de matrimonio y otra de cama nido que se convierte en una cama de matrimonio) además de un sofá cama. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar tranquilamente de tu estancia. El edificio en el que está es residencial y antiguo por lo que se escucha el ruido de vecinos.
