• Alisha Lara Lucinda (8/5): Es war etwas schade, dass sie uns nicht mehr geantwortet habe. Obwoh Saas Fee abgeschottet war und man nicht weg konnte. -
• barbara (7/5): - Das Studio liegt im Keller mit einem Fenster ohne Aussicht, ist aber modern und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die kleine Küche hat was man braucht um einfaches zu kochen. Der Raum und das Bad geben genug Bewegungsfreiheit. Auf dem Bettsofa mit Topper lässt es sich gut schlafen. Skibus direkt vor dem Haus. Saas Talcart wurde zeitnah per Mail verschickt. Unkompliziertes self check in. Trotz einiger Kritik hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Wir wurden vorgängig zwei mal mit einem Link aufgefordert die Kurtaxen zu bezahlen. Einmal wurden.4.50 verlangt und nach dem Bezahlen noch 7.00. Da die Kommunikation auf englisch ist, finde ich es sehr gefährlich auf den Spam nicht herein zu fallen. Ich verlangte vorgängig ein zweites Kissen, was mir zugesprochen wurde, bei Ankunft und Nachfrage, hiess es dann die wären alle in Gebrauch. Zwei Abende hatten wir kalt, das elektrische Heissluftcheminé, lies sich nur im halbstunden Takt fünf Minuten weise starten. Gebrauchsanweissung gab es nicht. Ein Stuhl war defekt. WC Papier reichte nicht für eine Woche. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit den Zimmernachbarn. Der THC Geruch und ab und zu die Lautstärke machte vor unserem Zimmer nicht halt. Principiell wäre Rauchverbot und laut Hausordnung Nachtruhe um 22.00Uhr. Wie erwähnt können wir mit den negativ Punkten umgehen und würden wieder kommen.
• Jimenez (10/5): Super séjour à Saas-Fee - Très bien, conforme à ce que nous attendions. Petit studio propre et fonctionnel, bien situé avec les minibus de la ligne 4 juste devant qui vous emmène directement aux remontées mécaniques. Super rapport qualité-prix. Pas sûre d'avoir bien compris où se trouvait le local à ski. Les indications pourraient être plus précises. Nous avons aussi reçu des messages contradictoires concernant le prix des taxes de séjour, mais la communication pour résoudre les doutes était rapide. A part ces petits détails, tout était parfait !
• Floriane (6/5): - Le logement est récent. Il y a une cuisine, c'est pratique. La salle de bains est confortable et équipée. L'hôte n'a pas répondu systématiquement à mes questions. La lumière à l'entrée était cassée ainsi que la poignée de la porte d'entrée. Le duvet est vraiment très fin et on pourrait mettre une lampe de chevet près du lit.

• Marina (8/5): Top pour un séjour à ski ! - Super rapport qualité-prix Cosi Idéalement situé pour aller skier et manger en ville à pied (nous avons laissé les affaires de ski au départ de la station dans un ski-room) 10-15 minute de marche Malgré que le lit soit un canapé-lit il est confortable ! Par contre, nous aurions apprécié que les duvets soient d’une taille et d’une épaisseur plus confortable. Les duvets actuels sont trop petit et pas assez chaud.

Die Kommunikation war auf englisch, was mich persönlich nicht störte. Wurde verunsichert, weil mir einen Tag zu früh geschrieben wurde "vielen Dank für ihren Aufenthalt"

Most accomodation in saas fee but not all provides a pass for buses and cable cars. I asked the owner about this. No reply. I asked a month later but still no clear reply except to ask why I was so stressed and that I should work on myself. I explained that I was looking for an answer to a simple question. She then said she would cancel the booking. Then I was really stressed so I cancelled and booked another apartment. I then asked that owner about the cable cars to discover that it was the same owner and she again threatened to cancel. I asked her not to but said no more about cable cars. I was anxious until I left the property. This was a trip hiking with my son

• Elisa (9/5): Convenient, basic accommodation in the pearl of the Alps - Very convenient, cheap accommodation in Saas Fee, ideal for short stays. No frills, but the studio was very clean and had all the expected facilities. I would definitely stay there again.

• Laurits (3/5): While Saas-Fee was beautiful, the experience was soured by the host's poor communication and neglect - The apartment was easy to find, despite some outdated information about a bus that only runs in winter. It was easy to get the key. The kitchen was equipped with an oven and some basic equipment for cooking, although the exhaust is less than ideal. The bathroom was good, with decent heat and water pressure. The initial apartment was dirty, with used linens, uncollected trash, and hair in the shower. The host was extremely unresponsive, requiring Booking.com intervention to establish contact. The guest card, essential for local benefits, was not provided until the second day after multiple calls. Also unfortunately does not provide the SaastalCard, which has a lot more benefits. The communication was lacking throughout, and only a day after I had left, did I get a message response with the excuse that they were on vacation. The apartment is in the basement, which may explain the presence of some bugs (like silverfish) during the stay. As the exhaust is not connected to anything, cooking smells will linger in the room.

• Lisa (8/5): Good value stay in Saas Fee. - Very clean, comfortable and reasonable prices. Underground, although plenty of light coming through. Quite a walk to the next ski lift, but there was a bus stop just outside. Communication was a little confusing with the owner/manager(?). They wrote that a Saas Fee card could not be issued for one night stay when we were told elsewhere that it could be. After requesting it, we got one. So, no problem.

• Nabil (6/5): Beware of extra charges and heating issues - can cook even if all utensils etc. were limited (and no cooking oil but there was salt and some spices) place was clean Saastal card was not given (even if per Tourism office it should be given even for one night if it is included, which for this location should have been the case. booking.com listing states all fees and taxes included. person tried to charge 7 CHF extra per night per person for the card (note that all fees included. also in winter, the real per person per night fee is 4.50 CHF. ). so, without the card, we had to pay full price for parking, and got no discounts for wellness etc. took many efforts to contact the person for him only to refuse to give the card stating that we would have to have stayed two nights and referred us to tourism office, which confirmed that 1 night was sufficient. apartment was cold … after 3 hours we got it to 19 Celsius. after 8 hours, it was finally somewhat warm. as others have noted, it really is in the basement , so opening a window only shows a wall about 60 cm away. outside of main season far when busses don’t run.

• Gergely (8/5): Basement room - Beautiful village, as no cars, no noises, the owner was helpful on the phone. We had a basement room, which has got window for air, but you can see a big bunker only under the pavement. But this came with a good price. It is fine for one night, but just for sleeping.
